We stayed here two nights and enjoyed our stay. The lady working the afternoon and evening shift at the front desk and was just awesome — friendly, accommodating, and shared info about local attractions. The room was good. A good location for going for walks along the river, shopping, etc. One thing that would be nice would be the hotel had a free, full, hot breakfast as some Best Westerns do, but perhaps this one is not set up for that. But we would definitely stay here again if the occasion arose. A really good experience!

Clean. Easy to find. No pool or hot tub which was kind of upsetti. But I didn't check before so my bad lol Overall it was a good stay.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice but alot of background air conditioning noise. Next doors was having mechanical difficulties. The show stopper was finding a dirty pair of socks in between the sheets. They did exchange rooms for us but the socks ruined our experience at this hotel. Mike Rutherford. Added comment. Clean and comfortable. No hot tub or pool which kinda sucks, but that's not a deal breaker. Pretty good with!

I can only give a 3 star, as the heating system is really bad, way too much heat in the rooms even when all is shut off. Staff is great.

My wife and two kids and our puppy stayed the night there, the staff was very friendly and the facility was clean, the only issue I had was the location. The town is full of thieves and drug users. I had items that were on top of my car and it was burglerized. The thief was never caught and I never retrived many of my items back and the bastard could not be identified due to the mask this punk was wearing while on camera word of advice lock up your valubles! Other then that the hotel was in fact quite good.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area, with tips to local restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant and the staff again were friendly and the food was great.

The food was great. Had a beef dip. No tap on the debit machine, but that's alright I guess. It IS Quesnel.

This hotel does not have a continental breakfast but we had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs for a reasonable price. Great value at this hotel. Location is very convenient in downtown next to Safeway.

Good hotel for the price, rooms are a bit dated but are very clean and everything is functional. I would say this is the nicest hotel in town and the best place to stay in Quesnel.

Overall, a very good value for the money. Loved the location right downtown close to some places to eat and the movie theatre. Good place to start window shopping downtown. A small town but a lot of quaint western Canadian appeal the the hotel is well positioned to take it all in.

The service was great, the rooms were clean and nice. I really like the bedding. It was very soft and comfy.

Nice hotel at good rates. Service was excellent, decor/amenities somewhat dated. Bed comfortable. Location was excellent, right downtown.

Gone downhill ever since it became a best western. Menu has sucked for a while. I used to be a regular customer until they took most the things I liked off the menu. Now the pub side is closed and the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch. The kitchen closes at 2 pm. Like to know where they send the guests from the hotel part because service is really lacking in the food section.

Nice clean hotel. I use the pet friendly room and have never had a bad experience. Staff are lovely. Very friendly. Beds are just right, not to hard or soft, with choices of soft or hard pillows. I would defiantly recommend a stay at this establishment.

Great location for holding events in the banquet room. Comfortable seating for a larger group. Good lighting and ample table space for events. I would recommend this to anyone planning a special event that requires a larger space. As a plus, the pub and restaurants are on the same floor making for a nice setup for conferences with dinner.

We only stopped into the restaurant for breakfast but if it is indicative of the hotel I would advise steering clear.

Customer Service nightmare…

Ageing hotel, hair dryer not working, no microwave in the room, no crib in the room and scrappy Wi-Fi. Good space, quiet place, clean rooms, good sized washroom and nice shower, very friendly staff, good access points and ample. Parking for the day.

The hotel is good, Bistro not so much, for Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry anyway. Have had better from the frozen food section at the local grocery store.

Clean, quiet, great concierge service.
