Booked rooms 4 months ago to ensure that we would be able to have a handicap accessible room, and one regular room for 4 nights. We were assured it would be ours. Show up to check in for the 4 days and the girl behind the desk assures us that our rooms with kitchenettes are good too go. When trying to correct the room reservation we were told that we can have the handicapped room for the first night but then we would have to move rooms because someone else "locked it in". When we asked why our reservation was not locked in or how we could go about locking it in in the future (since we thought that's what we did by calling and booking it months in advance) the staff member informed us she "doesn't need to explain how to work a computer to guests". Upon asking to speak with management I was told that I would have to wait until the next morning for anything to be done. I then said that I would like a discounted rate for the entire hassle this has now caused, and for having to essentially suck it up until a manager starts working. The staff member said sure and discounted the rooms by a whole whopping $10! Upon walking into the accessible room we discovered what appeared to be dried blood on the shower seat! Which is absolutely disgusting not to mention a biohazard for future guests. It should also be noted that the "accessible" room does NOT have a roll in shower, it is a tub shower… but it did have grab bars for the ridiculously low toilet so I guess that's something? if they're not going to honor their booking reservation requests months in advance like EVERY OTHER HOTEL then any person needing an accessible room is better off going to Prince George.

Nightly rates from $86
