Do you need a relaxing place to stay for your holiday? Well, Aussie Resort is just the place for you. When I first stepped into the unit I was staying in, I saw a tidy and clean room. I heard people swimming and chatting happily in the Australia shaped pool. I smelled the beautiful flowers that were planted in the garden. I had a feeling that I was going to spent the best Christmas here. The managers there were very kind. The room I was staying in have enough space for me to tidy up my giant suitcase. I had an amazing time there. I would definitely recommend you to spend time in Aussie Resort in the holidays. I would be going back very soon.

DO NOT under any circumstances park your motor vehicle on the grass, even though there aren't any signs saying that you cant park there, the secretary of the body corporate sneaks around taking photos of number plates. A regular KOJAK with a KODAK she is. be warned.

Think this is the 5th time I stayed here since it opened in 1984. Each time I have enjoyed it but this time was so relaxing. Room was well maintained and the few glitches we had Chris (onsite manager) noted and attended to promptly. Great resort feel, well appointed — bring nothing (starter amenities pack provided), shops, cafes, clubs & restaurants within 1km (easy walk) Minor traffic noise, but to be expected of any accommodation on this part of the Gold Coast. Transport at the door, and Bus/Train card can be easily obtained at the 7Eleven 100m up the road, but we chose to walk everywhere — even to Surfers Paradise.

Great place to stay manager (Chris) was very helpful would stay again.

Easy check in and out. Clean unit with cooking facilities. A very helpful couple, Chris and Kelly, always available to assist.

Great facilities. A little dated but perfect in terms of function and comfort. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here when returning to the area.

Location is great… nicely shaded swimming pool… Room was quite hot though and dated.

The room itself was fine but the Wi-Fi is pathetic at best, trouble logging in and disconnected regularly.

Great place to stay close to everything you need specially to the beach, highly recommend reasonable price for location.

A good sized unit close to the beach and Burliegh Heads.

Cheap rates and good mid range location. Small units SEP lounge/kitchen. Less than 50m to beach. Good value. Quiter on beach side but less sun in winter.

Chris & Kelly, fantastic hosts. Will go of their way to help you. Nine-tenths of your stay at any accomodation is the experience you have with the host or staff. A big plus is the communal nature of the site and proximity to the beach and shopping.

Great pool and spa, comfortable accommodation and accommodating management.

This place has amazing Wi-Fi! And so close to the beach!

The place was dirty had to sweep and wash the floor soon as we got in. Facilities are okay and the couple running it are lovely, don't think I'd come back.

Room 36 is clean and tidy. Self-contained and has laundry amenities in room. Staying for a week. Secured underground parking. Hassle-free checking in.

We loved the accommodation. It had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. It was a few minutes walk to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again.

Apartments are nice and comfortable but a little dated. Pool is in definite need of some tlc. Close to beach and public transport.

Great security, lovely and neat grounds, very helpful with information, very well positioned on the gold coast. Would most definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Good value for money. Room 46 has quite reasonable ocean views. (Though 1 street back you can see over other buildings to beach on that side).

I went there with some friends a little while ago. It doesn't look spectacular from the outside but I found the interior of the rooms pleasantly modern with a nice colour scheme and comfy, new looking furniture. I'm guessing they upgraded recently and it definitely paid off. The pool was nice and deep and well kept and the spa was one of the deepest I've been in and it was fantastic. Owners were nice and non intrusive. It was just a short walk to a heap of restaurants and bars, but not too close so its quiet when you want it to be, and its just a stones throw away from the beach. Its location away from the busy noisy surfers paradise is a nice change. Would recommend.

We have stayed at ausie resort 7 times love this place staff and owners are lovely people price is good to love Burleigh heads great area.

Having stayed here for the last 15 years I cannot think of anything that's wrong with this place. Good location and excellent customer service. Keep up the good work Jan and John.

Great place to stay, friendly people great facilities and wonderful spa (even if it was raining! ) i'd stay again.

The apartment was fantastic. We had a view over the pool. It's quiet. Staff are fantastic. The beach is only about 50 metres from the Resort. The only draw back, if you don't have a car, it's difficult to go to the shops as the nearest supermarket is a good 15-20 min walk, however, pit stop at McDonald's, which is half way, makes the distance closer.

This accomodation is the worst I have had in over 20 years staying at the Gold Coast. The room needs a full renovation, the television looks like it was picked up at a council collection day, there are 50 mm steps in the lounge witch is a safety hazard. The toilet door is an old plastic sliding door not air proof. People stay up at the BBQ till after midnight so next to your room so do you spoil there fun or suck it up? I may sound like I'm a winger but this is rubbish, maybe other rooms are more modern than this one but room 49 is not a two star.

Always try and stay at Aussie when holidaying on the Gold Coast, Managers are always very helpful and friendly. The resort is in a good position and not noisy.

I was involved in a 30 year re-union, and we looked a venue that required a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and at Aussie Resort, we got that in spades. Added to which were ideally furnished, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff. Cannot recommend highly enough. I will definitely return.

Newly renovated room, with view overlooking the pool and complex, close to beach and. Loved it, would stay with them again.
