Shout out to the Management of the Burleigh Esplanade Appartments. The apartment and surrounds were immaculate and we were greeted with the most friendliest service ever. Beautiful pool. Amazing views and walking distance to everything. Well done guys, we will certainly be back.

Had the best 12 days here. 10 out of 10 on all levels. Handy for shops and cafes. Over the road from the best beach. Super friendly people who bent over backwards to make sure we had the perfect stay. We will definitely go back! Highly recommended.

Beautiful and Large units with the most incredible views of Burleigh in walking distance to everything. Newly renovated pool area gym tennis court great for a family Holiday or a couple getaway.
Brett and Candice the managers are so welcoming and accomodating to ensure your Holiday is perfect.

Everything from the large apartments, the facilities, close proximity to the beach and upgraded pool. The management are also fantastic. We always stay here.

We had such a brilliant stay. Views for days and whales going past! Staying right on the beach with great access to so many services locally was so perfect for our little family… we'll be back again soon.

The view is amazing… just a great place to sit & relax & listen to the waves breaking. The apartments are extremely spacious, clean and well equipped. The managers are very welcoming and friendly.

Great apartment, clean, tidy with great views.

Fantastic views of whales migrating north in July. Patrolled swimming across the road. Heated under cover pool. Expansive decks. Large kitchen and entertainment area. Close to shops and eateries. Friendly hosts. Highly recommended.

The unit was very large and comfotable, the views were fantastic. It was easy walking distance to both surf clubs and the amenities at Burleigh.

We stayed over Christmas and had a beautiful stay. Kitchen was amazing able to cook full traditional lunch. Each room is aircon and the view each day was magnificent love love love.

I had an amazing experience with my family. The new managers, Candice and Brett were lovely and helpful. Thanks for making it such a positive experience.

Do not go to this place unless you want to get abused & spoken to in the worst tone. Definitely a BIG minus ZERO in customer service. Refering to the public apartments with hosts on living on ground level.
We just got told to piss off, how professional. This is after I simple told the lady she was being rude to me from the second she answered the phone LITERALLY. Tone & manner is everything, there is no way other ppl have not experienced this. WE DROVE 9 HRS to suprise my sister from overseas staying in these apartments to only get abused. Fair enough she was staying in a private room however you can politely talk to people & say good luck with your adventure sorry I cannot help, not be so harsh after I clearly thought they were receptionists looking after all rooms. Worst couple I have ever met in my 35 years of life. Learn people skills & how to affectively run a business. Horrible.
All the guests have been so nice and helpful.

People who are pretending to managers of this nice building and work in the hospitality industry actually have no interest in you whatsoever. Wanted to print a document from them and they refused, unreal. Also common areas in the building are not so clean — check out how clean the carpet is. Another trick they use — instead of vacuuming and getting rid of dirt/ bacteria on the carpet — they simply spray it with some strong disinfectant to mask it off. They think if it smells nice then it is clean :) Rude, there are no many other buildings on the coast that have better service and facilities. Windows in common areas (on levels) are filthy as well. Nice views, heh?! Did I mention — there is no Gym there?!

Booked for two nights, 1bedroom apartment with car space. Check in from 2pm and out at 10. Upon arrival was told main road would be closed on out check out day, that we would have to move our vehicle out of car space before 3am or the vehicle would be stuck until road opened at 11. We were offered late check out, we accepted (tried to get a car space to leave earlier but nothing in side streets) ensuite bathroom locked because we opted for one bedroom so had to use the old shower and toilet in the laundry, which was away from main bedroom and a sign stating you would be charged $39 per night if u used that room. We were placed in apartment 14, and subjected to a heavy footed person who used power tools up until approx 8pm of a night. I tried to ring the rexeption/manager but the phone rang out. On the day of check out we were still in bed when the front door was opened at 8.45am and when we yelled out no one answered but just shut the front door. Then we received a phone call at 10.15 telling us that they were sending cleaners to our room. My husband told them to wait for 15 minutes and we would be checking out. When I returned the key I made comment about not being told about remodelling, or road closure and then I told them someone came into our apartment at 8.45am. The male said it was him and he was sorry he didn't know anyone was in there? I said that they could then of rang and apologised or waited as I was coming to the door once I was dressed but he took off.

We have enjoyed holidays at the Esplanade Apartments on and off for about the last 30 years and we love the fact that whatever floor you select you will always have great ocean views, great views of the hinterland and that wonderful flow of sea air from front to back of your unit… All the units are large and roomy, bigger than most other apartments on the Gold Coast… The biggest bonus we found during our recent stay was the new managers, Stuart and Denise… Stuart keeps the grounds and building in immaculate condition, clean and tidy while Denise in the office is always polite, happy and ready to assist with your day to day inquiries… Stuart and Denise are a great team and certainly help make your stay at the Esplanade Apartments a memorable one… Keep up the good work and we will see you again in 2019 All the Best Rod and Cathy G.

Great spot for a few days R&R. Well appointed Apartments close to both Burleigh Heads & Miami, nice beach over the road & great views looking up and down the coast from the 16th Floor — recommended +++

Outstanding location. Room was very basic and not what you'd expect for the price. Watch the lift, my son was trapped inside for over an hour with a loud alarm for over an hour. The situation was poorly dealt with by management.

My stay was wonderful with a spectacular view from the 22nd floor but on the last day my mother unexpectedly passed away and the staff could not have been more helpful … letting me stay in our room for a bit longer so I could make some phone calls in private …

Great view nice big appartments.

7 nights on the 20th floor, magnificent views, very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment with everything you need. Great facilities, secure parking and friendly staff.
Close to restaurants and shopping and right opposite patrolled beach.
Highly recommend.

I must reply to the comments by the "the Owners" some one and half months after our car, and others were broken into at the Esplanade Apartments. The complex advertises that all fire exit doors located in the car park and on the ground floor are connected to an alarm system which is activated each evening. It would appear that this is not accurate; and that the thief, even though well skilled at his trade, was able to walk around breaking into cars and private mail boxes for over 2 hours and at no time be challenged by any private security personal or police. Was this because no alarms were connected or active? Secondly you appear to indicate that you organised and paid for the car damage caused by the thief but did not pay for our car damage because we did not know it had been broken into until a day later and then informed you of this fact. One may then ask why we were treated differently to the other holidaymakers and made to pay for the damage to our car? We were never offered transport by taxi at any stage; and it was the complex manager who told us that the door alarms had not worked for years, after I pressured him to reveal this security secret "by asking"! On departure we simply stated that we were very disappointed and would not return. We offered no formal salute or unkind gesture on leaving, and I am offended by your inference.

Stayed at Burleigh Esplanade for a weekend away and didn’t want to leave. Apartment was very large, well equipped, excellent all round views and very clean and tidy. Upon arrival and during stay the managers were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this location and apartment building for anyone who wants to spend the time on the Gold Coast, especially down at Burleigh Heads.

It was very nice, hospitality was good and good veiws.

A recent stay sadly resulted in our car and a number of other guests cars being broken into in the secure basement car park. All fire exit doors located in the car park and on the ground floor are signed to indicate that they are all connected to an alarm system which is activated each evening, this gives residents a sense of security that if a break in does occur it would be acted on immediately. When the building manager indicated to me that the intruder was captured on their cctv system for over 2 hours, while he calmly walked around smashing windows in the car park, I said "why didn't the door alarm activate". His response "oh they haven't worked for years", the result was that we were unable to use our car for the full weekend, where we were intending to go out to celebrate our anniversary. Very very disappointed in the perceived secure complex as advertised.

Generally was clean with good service. Carpets could be replaced. And the lifts are so slow.

Amazing location with views in every room. we stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was huge in size with modern appliances. foxtel and Internet were good for us. friendly and professionally managed by the lovely hosts. highly recommend.

A wonderful experience. Staff great! Beach/Ocean view from room great! Walk from building to beach one minute. Huge room with separate bedroom. 2 washrooms. Multiple balconies from main room and bedroom. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. 5 out of 5!

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience at any hotel in the world. Denise the manager was rude, lacked any managerial standard and was truely unwillingly to accomodate for some minor changes. Made us feel uncomfortable, and made false accusations upon us. She built up a high expectation via email correspondence and once payment was received none of which she said in writing was actually provided on arrival. In such a high customer experience industry, her attitude left a distain not only to her hotel but our entire stay at Burleigh.

A horrible customer service experience, I was advised check in was 2pm Saturday, so I organised our day around this, I received a text at 11am saying the keys were in a lock box, which is totally acceptable. I received a call at 10:30 Sunday when I was at the beach without my phone on me saying I needed to be at the reciption by 11am to pay. I couldn't make it back by then so they automatically charged my credit card for the full stay without my authority, signsture or an email notifying me or email receipt about the situation. I then checked out the next day to discuss this and the owner/operator female, I believe here name was Diane, whom was utterly rude to me. I have stayed at this resort 15 times and I will never stay again, she refused to take any feedback, discuss the situation or create a solution moving forward to keep me coming back as a customer. As a holiday resort I would expect for at least a customer service representive to at least hear a customers feedback not tell me to leave and blaitantly lie to me. My feedback would be that they are pathetic and ignorant. Would not suggest staying here if you want to enjoy a resort with customer service, the apartments however are great and roomy, pity for about the experience. Shocking!
