Wonderful stay! "Never want to leave"
I would thoroughly recommend staying at Le Beach. The two bedroom unit was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Loved spending time on the balcony during the day. The unit had Wi-Fi and cable TV. It was lovely to open up and feel the ocean breeze through the unit. The bed was very comfortable. Le Beach also has a lovely pool area, spa and bbqs. Parking was gated underneath with easy access to my unit. Nice and safe. The gardens and grounds were immaculate and beautifully maintained. I was amazed at the close proximity to so much in Burleigh Heads. Very convenient. I walked across to the beach everyday. One of the most beautiful beaches I have visited. Burleigh Hill was a walk worth taking. Incredible national park, rainforest, ocean view. Truly spectacular. Also I walked to James Street where there is restaurants, cafes, smoothie bars, thai massage, shopping and so much more. A very cool vibe indeed. The grocery store Coles is also in walking distance from Le Beach. Le Beaches managers Rod and Lisa were very helpful, informative and kind. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. So thank you. I will be back!

Great place to stay friendly owners — we have been staying there for nearly 30 years.

We have stayed numerous times at Le Beach but sorry to say the complex is starting to look a little tired and not value for money in comparison to other holiday apartments. Pros — heated spa (although heavily chlorinated), location to beach/shops, underground park, premium foxtel. Cons — for six night stay minimum supplies + no bed linen change + one towel per person, plumbing noise from other units, lack of sun, DVD did not work, toilet flush sticks, no lift, pool water cold so no swims despite this being one of the reason we holiday there (August), only one key offered for our apartment, hot water ran out during second shower, no discount offered for returnees.

Nice rooms with Foxtel and great beach access. Carpark is slightly difficult to enter. Beach towel hire is available. Nice location.

The appartments are quite nice in a very convenient location. However it is the little things that have made me give it a 4 star rating. They have small hot water systems of 80L for a 4 bed apartment, our dishwasher had a number of broken wheels.

Le Beach Apartments have a wonderfully laid back, yet neat and clean feel to them. It is great value for money and you cannot beat the location! Management were also very attentive to our needs. We will definitely return!

Love these apartments. Very comfortable and great decor… across from a great beach within walking distance from surf club and Burleigh main street. Friendly owners. Not a high riser. Pool spa. If you don't like the hustle and bustle of Surfers this is the place to see. Can see Surfers Paradise from beach. Its beautiful.

Has all the essentials of home but on the Beach with a nice pool. Affordable and great management. We have children around 10 and they loved it.

Stayed at Le Beach for 1 night with our 2 children. We had asked for an early check in as we arrived on the Gold Coast @ midday, and were told to see reception when we arrived and they would see what they could do. Ash in reception was so accommodating for us. We were originally booked in level 1 but after having a laugh with Ash about hubby having to drag up all the luggage up 2 flight of stairs (no lifts available), he kindly put us on the ground floor. Although we didn't get time to use the pool, it was very clean and looked very inviting. Also after we checked out and left the apartment, we received a phone call to say I had left my kindle (ebook device) there. Very honest people. Thank you and we will b back. Special mention to Bob the whippet who is so friendly and lovely.

Very clean, fit out is a bit dated, but fantastic location, 10 min walk to lots of restaurants, slightly protected beach across the road.

Le Beach is pure value for money beachfront Burleigh Heads accommodation at its best. You will not find better value accommodation on the Gold Coast in a better location. This was our second stay at Le Beach apartments on the Gold Coast and we will be back.
The self contained apartments have everything you need and more. The patrolled beach is across the road. James Street is an easy 10min walk away and Aldi is around the corner.
The on-site managers Lyn and Ashley, plus Bobby, are exceptional. Always go above and beyond.
We have been visiting the Gold Coast for over 25yrs and Le Beach is the best value for money accommodation on the Gold Coast we have stayed at by far.
See you again in a few months guys.

Great location. Quiet. Clean. All necessary facilities. Staff friendly and helpfull. Could live here. Thankyou so much. Will return without a second thought. The management are absolutely wonderful. Full of helpful information and you get a feeling they could be your neighbour. Wonderful views and local restaurants supermarkets etc within walking distance. Beach across the road and lovely walks along the esplanade. We were here just prior to summer holidays and its a perfect time to visit. Wonderful. ⛱

The rooms here are beautiful — and so spacious! We stayed a few weeks back, during the storms that caused all of Burleigh to lose power. The managers were so lovely and helpful, even though it wasn't their fault for the issues. The beach is right across the road and close enough to walk to the main shops on James Street. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, we will definitely be coming back!

Le Beach appartments are a low rise (3 floors) complex directly opposite Burleigh Beach. The appartments are accessable by stairs only. Being low rise appartments the veiw of the beach is obscured by trees. There is a well set out swimming pool. We had a two night stay in a two bedroom appartment which was very clean and tidy. The master bedroom had built in robes and ensuite. There is secure parking under the complex, be aware that some of parks are tight to get in and out of. Foxtel and Wi-Fi were included in the cost. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

I absolutely loved staying here recently with my family. Lyn, Ashley and of course the handsome Bobby are fabulous. It was the highlight of my trip meeting these three and staying at their apartments. Would recommend to anyone. Could not be happier.

These apartments are close to the ocean (across the road), clean, tidy, nicely furnished and have everything we need for our family holiday. The staff is amazing and has accommodated our every need and we love it. The only downfall is that there is no elevator, so if you are on the top floor (which is best for views) you need to haul your belongings up 3 flights of stairs. In saying that, its not a big deal! I feel right at home with a well equipped kitchen, laundry and even a decent amount of foxtel/austar channels. Love it.
