Lovely environment. Close to the beach. Superb pool.

From as soon as we walked in to be greeted by a rude receptionist (hope she's not the owner) whom was short to us and didn't explain anything about apartments. Another miss leading fact the photos on there site look nothing like we booked and as for the smell, let's just say we brought candles. Accepting the room for what we paid to have a nice shower would of made things better but no even now as I write this review the shower head is still leaking ALL NIGHT. Shower was awful! The linen was grubby and the patio dirty also. Is this really what $75 dollars a night gets you these days.

Location is great but room was in desperate need of some electrical repairs.

The positives — friendly staff, pool good, air conditioning worked. The negatives — the room needs a full make — over, dilapidated best describes, fridge didn't work, holes in curtains, tiles cracked and broken, bug/roach infected, poor plumbing, taps dripped continuously, noisy shuddering pipes. A great deal of money needs to be spent for these apartments to be the three star rating they report to be.

Great week Close to transport restaurants beautiful Broadwater shopping Theme parks Staff so friendly Manager drove me to the train. Had lovely BBQ with other guests. Have booked 4 units for myself and friends in Dec.

Worst place to stay on holiday! No service for a week, Washing machine was out of order, 4 towels for 2 people for a week, no aircon, TV remote was taped together, power points were glued to wall, door to bathroom was taped together, obviously no checking in guests as the room next door had about 20 people having a party and no after hours number to ring to get it controlled, fridge was heating up so he swapped it with the room next door and then they had no fridge! Wasnt clean! Not a nice place to stay and definitely wont be recommending to anyone!

I feel it is very over priced for its condition. Mould on bathroom roof. Faulty power points. Paint peeling off walls. Cobwebs on ceiling. Screen door wouldnt shut. Terriable highway noise. Bins over flowing and stunk. But staff were friendly.

This place was disgusting. We were given one sheet for a fold out couch. The taps were faulty, there was masking tape around the rotting cupboards a hole in the wall where the air conditioning unit sat. The fridge door scrapped across the floor. When we left our unit we came back to it being unlocked. Let alone the awful smell! The mattress protector was filthy and we ended up leaving and not staying there. The people around the place were yelling, babies crying and a woman off her face. Very disappointed as I had to drive 3.5 hours just to go home and missed second part of a convention. Did not feel safe and was disgusted. When I called the manager he was really rude told me I had left the door unlocked and that he put linen out he swore on the phone to me and told me when I said I was writing a bad review that he would sue me! What a joke DO NOT STAY here!

Affordable accommodation, clean property, functional amenities, well situated, friendly staff. If you want 4 star, go pay 4 star elsewhere — don't complain here.

Do not stay at this place. No hot water, no blankets, dirty, old, rundown. Horrible. Show be closed down.

This would have to be the worst place we have stayed, carpet had huge very wet area, screen mesh hung of windows, walls dirty, unpainted since patched, sliding door onto balcony would not shut, security screen for door propped up on balcony, stove we wouldn't touch was so rusted and dirty, no hot water over hand basin, shower screen door broken, no chairs or table, no aircon and fan in lounge area was so dirty the dirt was hanging off it. The smell of cleaner was so strong we had to sleep with everything open and froze be cause there was no blankets and bedspread was questionable. Inside shower wall tiles from under tapes to floor were duct taped on.

The single worst motel accommodation I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. No aircon, ceiling fan did not work, big holes in all the fly screens, front door broken, water taps leaking and kept me awake all night with the constant dripping, and mosquito's and cocroaches climbing and biting me as well, walls were filthy, carpet needs replacing, cigarette burns all over couch and filthy, toilet seat was old scratched and stained with filth. The list goes on but you get the idea, overall crack den hell hole.

One of the cheaper options available that isn't a backpackers, but it's still not a particularly good deal. Stayed in a studio apartment with a leaking kitchen tap, broken toilet seat, faulty toaster and blown light globes. Informed the manager of these things, and they were "fixed" in the same way duct tape fixes things. Parking was a bonus, but over allocated, meaning we ended up on the street anyway. To top it all off the room often smelt of mold due to water damage in the cupboard from hot water system. It was cheap and not the worst place ever, but for what it is, it's still overpriced.

Don't waste your money on this place. Would have to be the worst motel I have stayed in. If I had read reviews before booking would NOT have booked. Room was disgusting, have no idea how this motel has a 3 star rating. Leaking taps, No air-conditioning, ceiling fan that had 1 speed slow, curtains had been used for drop sheets for painting, security screen to balcony had part on screen missing and you needed to be Sampson to open it, TV did Not work. One panel from shower screen door missing = water all over floor. Place does Not deserve even 1 star.

This place was probably the second worst place I've stayed at. No towels and less than half a roll of toilet paper in the room on arrival, you could feel every spring in the mattress so I woke up very sore. Leaking taps in kitchenette and shower aswell as noisy people next door made it hard to get to sleep. The place is very run down in need of some paint in the room and new carpet cheap temporary repairs in room, there was a piece of plastic covering a water damaged ceiling in the shower. Under cover parking a plus but needs to have down pipes replaced with some actual pvc pipe, It look like it's going to fall apart and hit a vehicle half of it was hanging down and you had to duck under it to get to your vehicle. Gardens need maintenance pool area looked good with new deck.

This place doesnt even deserve a star! The manager is such a disgusting person. Me and my partner were left with no place to stay due to their lack of customer service. The manager paul called me to advise that he was taking $50 deposit from my card which I was fine with. But ends up trying to take $120 from my card which declined. He did not even call me to advise he was taking $120 instead of $50 which is actually fraudalent and did not even call to advise that my booking would be cancelled. So when the day of my booking comes I go to check in to find out he tried $120 from my card which declined and he cancelled my booking due to it and they were full so they had no room for us. I had money but due to people like this fraudalently taking more money than advised. Worst customer experience ever!

Dreadful. Unit was in poor state of repair, missing light fixtures, power points were taped to walls. Appalling customer service, will never stay at this establishment ever again.

I wish I never had to give a star, cause this motel was so ran down that it wasn't fit for a dog, arrived Friday got a key found my own room, went outside my daughter was offered drugs, sort of over looked that incident, then you he next day hell broke loose there where guys running around screaming with knifes fights, I tried to call reception for 2 hours no reply, I rang the police I was pretty scared by this stage actually had a panic attack my daughter was screaming the police came and said just go to another hotel it's the worst hotel you could stay in, started searching found one but couldn't go there to the next day so spent one terrifying night listening to men screaming at each other was out of there by 8 the next morning no refund nothing not even a phone call to see if I was ok yes I lost 600 dollars, but mine and my daughters life was not worth staying there seriously do not go to this motel how seperate you are stay away do not take kids there dangerous and filthy.

If the Motels way of doing things is as good as the way they Pay Tradesman, then I don't think I would advise any one to book into this place!

Water hammer from neighbouring rooms is well and truly enough to keep you awake. Security door locks were busted, back and front. Front door jammed in door frame. Washing machine didn't work (to be fair there was a communal coin laindry available), one power point was held with duck tape. Plaster was badly patched in places. Kitchenette was well equipped, bed was comfortable yet a little hard. The good service from the staff didn't really make up for the subpar room quality.

I booked 2 nights here and then received an email confirming my accommodation had been cancelled by the hotel due to an issue with my payment method. I immediately called the hotel to be advised they didn't actually have any rooms available. I asked if they can arrange for me to stay in a room with more beds, however I was told this isn't possible (in a rude and aggressive manner). I asked to speak with the manager, but was told they weren't available and I needed to call back. I responded with this isn't good enough, and asked for a call. My number was left, however, I am yet to receive a call. Considering I am due to arrive in 4 days and they couldn't even give me a courtesy call to advise of the error, the service I have received most likely reflects how hotel operates, so I am now glad I'm not staying here.

Husband just arrive hm fm this motel well he said rubbish under bed, cockroaches around, hair in bath room, was this room clean? (No) he was to scared to sleep in bed for fear of other things, not happy (DO NOT STAY HERE) house keeping skills need to be LOOKED AT.

Accommodation is good if you only need somewhere to sleep. Not recommended for family stay. I stayed in room 27, fridge wouldnt keep food cold, ceiling fan didnt work, the sofa lounge had a paper thin mattress, power points were hanging out of the wall and the shower had no water pressure or hot water plus half a shower screen. They say you get what you pay for but a back packers hostel has more to offer. Very disappointed. Will not be going back. Look else where.

Ok accommodation, basically get what you pay for, If staying in apartment number 25, ask if they have replaced the bed, as it is horrible, had a very sore back, apparently there has been a few complaints, and the owners won't do anything about it. Apart from that, it was clean and tidy.
