Omg. Outdated room. At last the bathroom was renovated but the kitchen and furniture, yeiks!

Great place to stay. The manager was very nice and helpful. Checkin was easy. Nothing was to much trouble. Very close to caville Avenue could walk to the mall in 10 mins. Unit was really good. Really good value formoney. Will definitely be back abd will recommend this accommodation to family and friends.

Very well situated near the heart of Surfers. The staff were friendly and my signing in was very helpful and welcoming. The units are fully self contained, well maintained and very convenient to all facilities nearby. It was really good value and I will definitely return, as well as recommending here to my friends. I did not use the car for the whole time I was there as it was only a short walk to a G tram stop and not much further to shops and restaurants. I had a very relaxing few days and the other guests were friendly and also liked the resort.

This place is putrid. There were snot marks on the bed and curtains. The floor was disgusting. We barely set foot in the room because of how horrible it was. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

If you care about customer service, I highly discourage you from coming to this resort. Before we even checked in, the receptionist threatened to call the police on my partner and I if we were loud. I laughed it off, however he then yelled at me and told me he had no issue with, "throwing a lawyer in the slammer for a night". We're all young professionals, not 18 year olds. I live on my own in a quiet area in Sydney and have never once received a noise complaint. He also did not give us keys for the rooftop area which was advertised so if you're expecting this, it's not actually included. Neither are basic toiletries that you'd expect at most hotels. The rest of the trip was clouded by the bullying of the geriatrics who reside there who have a negative attitude towards anyone who is there for a short time stay. To be honest, we tried to avoid going back to the resort for as long as possible but our presence was clearly annoying the long stayers. I can understand their frustrations as other rooms were playing loud music etc. (NOT us) However, this is what happens when you're living at a resort. Good luck during the Commonwealth games! I would have had a more relaxing time at home and will never come back here.

Stayed here for 8 nights, due to the price of this place I was expecting average accommodation but for the price it was amazing. Two minute walk to the main strip, trams right outside the door, very cleaned, new linen was provided after a few days, great facilities. Will definitely be back here again.

I stayed as an overnight guest at Enderley. The location is good, within short walking distance of transport if necessary, beach is only down the road. Beautiful communal area and pool, there's a spa and sauna as well. The rooms are satisfactory, with aircon in the lounge area. You have to provide your own toiletries as they only provide 1 of each item no matter the duration of stay.

Not a great place to stay. Fans were not working at full capacity. We were stuffed in a cnr. There was alot rules. The pool was not heated. The room had mouldy curtains and needed to be updated and cleaned.

Really unhappy with the service and this is before we even stayed at the hotel. Booked with Wotif and selected to pay once we arrived at the resort which was just over a month away. Then the following day (a Saturday) we had a large amount of money get debited out of our account, which turned out to be from the resort. Contacted them and apparently when you book you are charged 50% deposit, which was NOT stated in the booking conditions with Wotif, to which the rude resort employee (who I feel has heard this complaint before) stated that it isn't their fault that Wotif doesn't stipulate their conditions. Due to the need of the money they had debited we requested our booking to be cancelled but then to be told will not receive our money for a least a few business days, yet they have no issue taking the deposit on a Saturday. Now we must struggle for the next few days due to their unclear conditions and poor service. My husband and I travel to QLD 3-5 times a year and due to this poor experience they have just lost a potential long time client.

Furnitures and fixtures are outdated. Carpets has a stance odour. Basic accommodation with OK pool. Stroll to the beach, dinning and shopping district. Rated 3.5 stars…?!

First night and the TV doesn't work, I called up and spoke to a girl who hung up on me when I said the TV was not working, I called back another 7 times before she picked up again and said she would send a maintenance man in 20 minutes. The man comes to my room and the first thing he says is "the girl said you were were rude on the phone", I said how she hung up on me and I had to call another 7 times before she answered again". He says "well you do know it's a call center that goes around all of surfers paradise". I said "how am I supposed to know that? All I know is she hung up on me". Very rude service, first and last time staying here! Don't recommend.

Good resort, for the price don't expect ultra fancy however definitely worth the money.

Absolutely love it went there to see my uncle who has moved in recently and thought it was awesome, got a perfect pool, spa, and sauna rate it 5/5

The noise and party people above us ruined what was an otherwise nice stay and being above the office did not help when you get woken up at 3am from people smashing on the door demanding to be let in. Doubt I'll ever stay there again! And half a roll of loo paper PLEASE!

I like the grounds, and the receptionist was quite nice and accommodating.

Where do I start. Firstly, the 'smoke free rooms' are incredibly misleading — smoking is available outside and on all balconies, and there is nothing to police people smoking in their rooms. Our room was one large smoke box, as the amount of people all smoking around us was insane. I brought this up when we checked out, that we were disappointed, and was rebuffed because 'technically there was no one smoking in your own room, so that makes it a smoke free room'. Very misleading and horrendous customer service. If the smoking was not enough, apparently they only provide half a roll of toilet paper, and after you have used that you have to buy your own. To be honest, the least you can do as a 'resort' is provide toilet paper. My husband and I spent a majority of our time out because we hated being in our room so much. I would have been happy to discuss this with a customer service rep instead of putting all this online, but after trying to have a conversation with one of your employees about smoking, I wasn't willing to push it. I feel like I was not asking for much out of a budget property — The ability to breath clean air, and toilet paper.

Peaceful and relaxing… close to everything… lovely friendly staff… rooms could be a little cleaner and furnishings updated… overall good value for money.

The location and size of the rooms is brilliant however the room facilities are very dated and in disrepair (hot tap in ensuite basin didn't work). The pool and BBQ area are very pleasant. The carpets were a bit gross but the rest of the room was clean and tidy. Have washing and coking facilities. Management insist on cleaning dishes etc to avoid additional fees but don't supply either laundry or dishwashing sachets as I am accustomed. Not a big issue but small touches like this would make a large difference as would having a hair dryer in the rooms! A great affordable base if you wanted to spend your family holiday $$$ out and about enjoying the coast with your time spent in the apartment cooking and sleeping!

You need to update your photo gallery on your website because your resort was terrible. I got photos I will post them up on a website where they rate hotels and resorts so good luck. Your resort makes Gold Coast look bad.

Amazing location and good sized apartments at Surfers. Close to light rail and all the buzz of the Surfers strip. Plenty of fun and good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the main beach in all its glory.

Just returned from our 2week break and found the apartment very spacious and handy to everything enjoyed being close to transport as we didn't have our own would go there again.

Rooms were simple and tidy. Location was fine. $200 bond seemed exorbitant for the place. Service was average.

A nice quiet and pleasant place to stay. Lovely garden environment, and friendly atmosphere. I love that you can have a bbq while the kids play on the grass area. My only complaint is that the toilet door near the pool was often locked meaning I had to take my daughter back upstairs to our unit to go to the loo. I have struck this same problem before and I wish they would fix it. The unit we stayed in was cozy and clean. The complex is a nice walking distance to shops, eateries and the beach.

Was just visiting a friend there but it looked good.

Excellent place to stay have 2 weeks here in total. Very quiet setting. All mod cons in apartment and amazing grounds and pool, staff friendly and helpful.

This place was good value for money. Close to surfers, large rooms, pools, security Wi-Fi, etc.

Fantastic beautiful fun spot. Great for the kiddies but above all the service is impeccable such friendly helpful well mannered staff who absolutely didn't see anything as to hard. Will be staying with them next time we come.

Good exept for the funky smell in the room the kids slept in. Good value though. Close to beach and close to city center.

Walked into our apartment to find a used condom in the middle of the room, then one under the bed. How could the cleaners simply miss something like that!? We had kids staying in the room, and when we told staff about it we got no apology what so ever all we got was a okay, but other then that how was your stay? Wasn't good enough, your lucky the kids never picked it up!

Pleasant, we got a lovely two bedroom self contained unit, clean, spacious, as it's self contained you're responsible for your mess which is fine. Pool was nice with the spa. And only around 8mins to central! Reasonable prices of you catch a special early otherwise standard rates are not the best but all and all. Above average.

Fantastic place to stay close to everything and the people that run the place are nice and frienndly highly recommend to anyone.
