Bucharest hotels with breakfast near Antim Monastery

We stayed at Novotel Bucharest City Centre throughout our holiday. We chose the hotel based on a recommendation from a friend who lives in Bucharest, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. From the moment I checked in, every staff member I dealt with was very welcoming, friendly and professonal.

Quiet and excellent hotel. Good location. Courteous service. Large, spacious rooms, including shower and toilet. Good quality hotel.

From the moment we booked, the communication, even before arriving at the hotel, was impeccable.

The location was excellent and the neighbourhood quiet and safe. 5-10 min walk to the Old Town. The room was clean, well equipped and the towel were changed every day.

The hotel is gorgeous. My husband and I stayed for a few nights this December and were greeted with exceptional service. The room was ready way in advance, which was great.

I stayed in December and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, really beautiful. People were gathering just to take pictures outside.

A very conveniently placed hotel in the Old town. Very nice and welcoming reception area with sport TV and bar area. It's immediately evident that it's a quality hotel on entering.

Our stay at Hotel Capitol was very nice and we received what we booked it for. The room was clean and cosy, with only a few worn-off details and the bed was very comfortable.

An average hotel, relatively old and not well-maintained, but the service is fine, and they fix anything needed, so overall, we were satisfied.

Warm staff ready to help with anything needed. Very good restaurant. Cozy sleeping bed. Sauna. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Amazing view and location.

Very classic hotel with very traditional rooms. My friend's room already looked a little used. Our bibliotheque was only show, but the upstairs room was very nice. The service is excellent.

If you take all things into consideration — this hotel is probably the best option in Bucharest.

Fabulous room/suite which was so comfy. But the QR Code room service didn't work – I ordered at 6pm, nothing had arrived by 8pm – no phones being answered in either reception or the restaurant.

We spent 3 nights at Cismigiu early October 2024.
The property is strategically located in the center of Bucharest and very convenient for sightseeing and restaurants.

We stayed here for my birthday for 2 nights. The location was super central there was abit of noise due to clubs and bars being open till 8 in the morning.

We didn’t actually stay here, at least our stay was only 10 minutes long, but I want to celebrate integrity in a hotel. We had reservations at a different hotel, a much more expensive place.

The hotel has a very old and historic atmosphere. It’s a nice and decent place, but it definitely doesn’t deserve 5 stars — barely even 4. Still, I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s clean and peaceful.

So some may question the five star rating but this hotel is 150 years old and has fantastic old world charm. If you want all the mod con amenities go somewhere else.

We felt a warm welcome from staff at check-in. Nice and clean room with a balkony and some coffee/tea options. Slept good in the bed.

Our one-week stay at Hotel Avenue Parliament was fantastic. From the very first day, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable.

A hotel that is much nicer than it looks from the outside. Note: it is not for wheelchair users or the mobility challenged. There are a flight of steps up to reception, 4 steps to the lift etc.

Peakture Hotel Bucharest is very centrally located in the city center, right next to the metro station at University Square.

Excellent hotel, exceptionally clean and approx 10mins walk to the old town. We didnt eat in the hotel but had evening coffee which was lovely.

The stay was very comfortable and lovely, staff is very friendly and rooms fresh!

Very satisfied. Room was nice and modern, spacious enough and in perfect condition (really nice and cleaver touch was: smart TV with Chromecast, working desk and the iron+iron board).

I had a very positive experience during a 2 night stay.
Good quality bedding and towels. Nice mattress. No harsh detergents. Good pressure shower. Hairdryer. Kettle microwave and fridge and utensils.

A lovely clean hotel in the centre of the city close to all the restaurants and bars. Quiet and air conditions rooms were welcome in the extreme heat. Comfortable beds with a clean bathroom.

Great stay at Hotel Forty One! Excellent location in the heart of Bucharest’s Old Town, close to restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small, but it was okay.

Really lovely little hotel. Ideally located in the centre of Old Town, surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I returned to the Corinthia Grand Hotel for a friend's trunk sale of his fashion line Mihai Manciu. The rooms are spectacular and the terrace had nice views.

Beautiful hotel. We visited during December and the outside was beautifully decked out in Christmas decor.
We visited the bar/lounge for cocktails which were delicious.

Excellent location in old town. Check in at Rembrant Hotel next door but one. The apartments are really lovely. Next to a derelict building but can't be helped and makes no difference.

We have just returned from our stay at DeGoya studios and we had a brilliant stay. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Bucharest old town.
