Great! A perfect place in Bucharest.

Shame on you hotel Cismigiu!
I don’t know with what to start; the rude guy at the reception, or the overcharged rooms that are horrible. Anyway I think the picture attached will show exactly the truth, the one they are trying to hide.
We’ve arrived Friday night after a long flight. The man at the reception was welcoming us with “You will have to pay first than you can stay! ” I told him that it’s not possible, we travel a lot and the only hotels that make you pay upfront are the cheapest, which wasn’t the case: 4* Hotel Cismigiu. Anyway, was to late and we were to tired to find another place to stay. When we got upstairs and saw the room realised that we made a big mistake by paying first.
To be honest, I don’t know were are all this good reviews on their Facebook page coming from.
Maybe they delete the bad ones, hmm, let’s see what’s going to happen with this one.

I stayed here 2 nights on 15-17 of November! Excellent experience! Very nice staff, reception, bistro and rooms! The rooms are actually suites with a big living room. The location is great, 750 m from the Old Town and close to the entire central area. Delicious breakfast! The price is not cheap but the hotel deserve it!

We had an Awesome experience at the hotel. The location is great (2 mins walk from Old Town and Cișmigiu park) and the hotel has it's private parking. The Bistro (on the last floor) is super cute — all pink/rosé and has a great view.
You can rent lime scooters from outside the hotel and then drive on the dedicated trail from Old center to Herăstrău Park (very nice! ) — we did this route 4 times and we did not get bored.

Great place to be, the most beautiful, elegant and romantic lake garden in Bucharest. Perfectly located close to the old city center. Some terraces available on the lake shore, plus the Library bar and Monte Carlo restaurant (good for weddings). Boats can be rented even by beginners (water level is only 70 cm). Century-old trees with impressive shapes, sizes and variety. A big playground in the middle of the park. Poet Eminescu's water spring, peacocks, swans and ducks in the warm season, statues and on some Sundays in summer — a brass band (fanfare) plays in the center kiosk.

Certainly one of the most beautiful parks of the Romanian capital, located in the heart of the city, ideal if you are looking for a little tranquility and shade during the days of the canicular.

A very nice and big Park, in winter on the lake creates an ice rink. It has a playground with games for the little ones and a lot of benches where to sit. There are some that other restaurant and.

Beautiful green Lung near the center of Bucharest. Clean, well cared for and supervised. Excellent point for a rest stop between the various excursions in beautiful Bucharest.

Beautiful large and free entry park. A lovely lakeside bar which has great and amazing range of cocktails. So beautiful and scenic, it's hardly a surprise it's considered one of the most romantic parks. Plenty for adults, families, children — nobody is really left out. And of course, it's free entry — so great for any and all budgets!

One of the most beautiful parks in Bucharest. There are plenty of bars and a few restaurants. You can take a boat trip or a bike ride and, why not, a jog on foot. Bucharest always manages to amaze me.

Very beautiful park with navigable lake (using small rowing boat). The second biggest of the city with playground for kids a lot of WC. Clean and very quiet. Perfect for biking and for jogging or even to bring out the dog. A lot of place where you can buy drinks or snacks and a lot of chair.

One of the oldest parks of Bucharest. It's surely the most popular and the biggest park from the central area of the city. You can rent a boat and sail on its lake. Very good for kids. Temporary exhibitions are being organized there on special occasions.

Nice Park for a Sunday walk with family. Body of water with boats, benches in the shade of trees.

Gigantic and well kept park, very populated both in the morning and in the afternoon. Fresh air and plenty of greenery at any time of day. Ideal for a nap on the many benches present. Availability of public baths.

Excellent place I like this place very much! It is really fun for the kids and even for the adults and also relaxing. Sometimes it can be very crowded (especially during kids' holiday), but even so, it is a nice place to visit.

In any season, but spring is the most favorable moment with an explosion of colors and scents.

It is a beautiful park designed to be in family and enjoy of pleasant moments, I spent a Saturday afternoon there and seriously enjoyed it a lot, there are beautiful landscapes, clean air and total peace of mind, in addition to places where you can buy ice cream, coffee and even lunch. Recommended totally.

A big and beautiful park near the center of Bucharest. During the summer you can go with the boat on the lake and during the winter there is a skating in the middle of the lake. Here you can find anything and it has public toilets that are not very clean though. The big advantage is there is a Mega Image near the park where you can buy drinks and enjoy the summer in the park with a cold bear. I highly recommend it and go during the summer!

Park to wander in any time of the year. Benches, ducks, children's areas, something to drink or eat.
In winter, some stalls style Christmas market and skating rink. In the summer it can have bright decorations.

Quite easily one of the best parks of the city. Beautiful lake, skate park during the winter. Flocks of tame, friendly pigeons to feed. They love wheat by the way. The con is? No bikes allowed.

Normal municipal park in the open air, well-manicured gardens, flowers of various types and colours, lake in the centre and children's playground.
To visit only if you are passing, nothing special, there are much more fascinating and suggestive parks.

Great and Spotless Park. There is an ice skating rink where they also rent skates. There are also some chioschietti where you can buy a little something to eat on the fly or to drink or a packed ice cream. You will also find a small but equipped playground x children. Great x footing in the open air or x bike rides.

By far my favourite park in Bucharest. It's not the biggest but it's located in the city center and it offers beautiful winding alleys with through a great diversity of trees and shrubs. It's basically a mix between a botanical garden and a park. There's also a lake and boats can de rented to enjoy some time on the lake. Inside the park one can find a multitude of cafes and terraces to stop for some refreshments. During the wintertime an ice skating area is organized on the lake.

Beautiful. Loved. Kiosks, where you could taste some local specialties. And entertainment ice rink. Open to all.

It is a beautiful park in the centre of the capital. Unfortunately, it is fully shitting by the pigeons fed by park visitors.

This is one of the two most popular parks in Bucharest and my favorite place to enjoy a quiet evening. It is an amazing atmosphere with a lot of nice people and serene surroundings. The trees, birds and the lake and bridges are amazing. The pigeons and the waterfalls nice benches around and allowing atmosphere right in the middle of the crust are amazing and very beautiful. I really love going there every time I come back to visit from Long Island New York. I used to leave near the park 1 as a teenager and I really loved it then too.

To visit at least once. In the center of the capital, and a place full of life. Beautiful nature. Belissimo trees a boat ride. Children's Park. A good ice cream. So many benches to rest. People resting.

Fantastic experience staying at the hotel. My room was amazingly comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The view from the roof, especially at night, is brilliant. Breakfast had various choices and was tasty. All in all, an awesome place.

This is not worth you time. The food was ok, but no more, the menu is not very varied and on top of that they don't have different items like any kind of cocktails (maybe because I did not even see a barman). The waiter was overwhelmed, like on the first day on the job.
Prices were really high and nothing to show for them.
The only thing that is nice is the view from the terrace.

Large, Green Park, with ponds and centuries-old trees. Lots of benches. Very good for family rest.

Beautiful and historic building, excellent standard, very sweet and kind staff, separate bins for recycling, toiletries organic and recyclable, huge cozy rooms with balconies and wonderful views. All right in the centre of Bucharest and in short walking distance from Cișmigiu Park and the Old Town. What's not to like…?!

The park alleys bring coolness in 35-degree heat, but in general the park was not impressed.

Hotel eccezionale e curato. Le camere superior dotate di cucina, con tavolino e salotto con TV, oltre a quello presente in camera da letto.
Il personale della reception è molto cordiale.
La colazione viene servita in pub irlandese, adiacente all'hotel a cui si accede tramite porta interna, veramente molto particolare.

Amazing Hotel
Superior rooms have a kitchen, with table and lounge with TV, as well as the present one in the bedroom.
The reception staff is very friendly.
Breakfast is served in the Irish pub next to the hotel which is accessed through the inner door, really very special.
Really close to city center, and to a park.

Fantastic place to stay, all suites, excellent shape and staff's first class.
