Amazing Location all near by wonderful place to stay and to wolk around and old town is near by comfortable room and bed clean great breakfast and sweet staff and helpful.

Absolute perfection. The staff was incredible. The location is perfect. I’ve stayed their twice and both times it has been simply the best. Great restaurant too.

Excellent hotel, very good breakfast and good service.

1. At the arrival one member of the staff made a comment about other guests that shouldn’t be done, especially to other guests (us).
2. Guests don’t respect safety measures and the staff don’t alert them. Even the staff do not use masks properly.
3. Breakfast poor for a four stars hotel (and always the same).
4. Cleaning must be requested every days.

We have a great dinner there, at Beef Room and everything was exceptional. Excellent service and our waiter Gabi was a professional. We recommend the place for lovers of good food and ask to serve Gabi. It will make you come back.

Nice rooms and big. Great breackfast. Great location. Hot water in shower depand the room. For people who suffer from noise ask for internal room. More quite. I asked to change and they agree it was great. Not so clean. In reception was nice which no so common with romania people. Great price.

The top apartment is quite unique and works very well given the two floors.
Very tasty food including traditional dishes, works very well for brunch on the terrace.

I booked a room in this hotel for the weekend for a couple of my friends who were in town for an event. Both of them had disabilities, one of them being an electric wheelchair user. They told me this was one of the most accessible hotel rooms they ever stayed in (although small things like the placement of the ramp and the front door or the climate control accessibility could be improved, but it was nothing they couldn't manage). I would like to personally vouch for the friendliness and excellence of all of the staff, especially Stefan and Lory at the front desk, who managed to get us an accessible room even though we didn't manage to book one in advance and for handling all of our requests with ease. They should definitely get a raise or at least a bonus!

I had a wonderful stay here during a weekend trip to Bucharest. It is right downtown and near many shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and overall hotel were very clean. Although it's by a slightly busy street, I couldn't hear any of the street noises from my 2nd floor room. The curtains are also good at blocking out light, which I really appreciated.
