Great well positioned & secure Lodge. Sadly I missed breakfast as it only served at 7:30am. I had to leave early for my meeting.

Enjoyed our stay at Royal Guest house. Wendy the receptionist was nice and friendly. Rooms are neat and clean. They serve food and drinks. Food is prepared as per order.

I would definitely recommend staying here. I didn't make use of the breakfast facilities available but the hospitality was great and the room was very comfortable and clean.

12 Fleetwood is my go to accommodation when I’m in Harare! Next line clean and very quiet (despite being near a busy road)
The garden is very well manicured and the pool is kept clean.

“Old house” has poor bathrooms but generally comfortable, except that I had a very noisy Aircon that would not turn off.

The hotel is in a quiet location though not far from the CBD. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and polite. They make you feel at home.

We stayed at Rainbow Towers while attending the Everywhere Tour happening at the same premises, which made things very convenient.

The staff are welcoming. Overally, the place is beautiful. Spotted some wildlife too. Serene environment in the middle of lush greenery.

Had a great time with the family…Nature all around …enjoyed the weekend stay…game drive…nature walk…the best place to be for a weekend with family.

So one has to understand that it is not a hotel so you can remove the expectations of being in a hotel… it is good value, rooms are very clean and staff is friendly.
