Cresta Oasis Hotel

I’ve had a very pleasant experience here. The standout feature of Cresta Oasis is definitely the people. From the front desk to the restaurant servers, everyone is polite and helpful. As a traveler from India, I felt very well taken care of. The restaurant service is efficient and the meals are delicious. A big thank you to the team for making my stay so comfortable!

Good service, friendly staff and a great ambience of the hotel. Mixed feelings about the food but it's okay. I enjoy my time always at Cresta Oasis.

I have come for your food 6times now in the Feb month, lunch and dinner. Each time you get worse on service in the restaurant. You get slower to serve, and it gets shittier each time you order after 3pm. Taste wise its mid on the stews, dont be stingy with the aromatic flavorants, the bars next door be cooking food that hits us harder sitting in there. The best thing they make are the french fries, I love those. Thats one food I wasnt angry about for waiting long, they are that good. Dont do take away, not as good when they get soggy. Hit them for sit in, not take away. I cried when I got home. They take 40-1hr to serve you food. Thats the range I've been getting. It doesnt even matter if you order a salad or tea, you will wait the same time if not longer than one that ordered a grilled chicken. The rice is normally saggy. Use a better brand of rice for that price. That chicken salad I ordered yesterday, I would curse you if only I hadnt done a take away because you were ridiculous late, nearing the hour waiting for them. You made me graze like a cow no dressing on the side, js dry as few chicken bits thrown in there and dry lettuce, onion rings and half a Tomato piece. Imi ka. If it wasnt for a long stay relative thats crying daily over the service and doesnt like to go far much, I wouldnt be eating there this much. Im scared on what you will serve me today for dinner.
Your waiters are nice however. They do try but that kitchen staff just is the problem.

Cresta oasis is a great place. Very friendly staff. Esther Tinda in housekeeping your service is in the 5star level, nyasha, primrose and good hope in reception, Tracy, millycent and praise in the restaurant were exceptionally warm. Reuben and elia and chido you deserve a thumbs up. The rooms need some minor repairs which I know are right in your plans.

The team there is super friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

I was booked there for a work event and my perfumes went missing. I made a complaint to the hotel and there wasnt much assistance. I am greatly dissapointed. I expected better service than my perfumes being stolen at a hotel.

I have been there 4 times and I am always pleasantly surprised by the Hotel, there is always something new. The highlight of my stay at Cresta Oasis is always the genuinely friendly and helpful staff, who ensure a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. The dinner and the breakfast offerings were consistently good. The high level of service and convenience make it a solid choice everytime. Stay once and youll never want to leave.

My stay with Cresta Oisis was awesome. The food I requested was delicious, with a touch of African dish which reminded me home. I liked the friendliness of staff, assisting in every way helping me feel at home. If given the chance I would like to stay again. Kudos to the Chef's for the delicious meals.
The Deluxe room I check in was clean, fresh each time I entered with very clean linen. Its just intown easy to access.

I love Cresta Oasis, always have a great experience there, great hospitality, clean rooms and the food, I love their traditional menu, their baobab juice is just amazing.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The whole team was friendly and willing to assist. The room waa super clean and provided a conducive environment for rest.

Staff are very pleasant and friendly. Some parts are scruffy but renovations are happening and everything worked. Cafe is nice although al la carte items take a long time to come.
Loud music from nearby played into the nights.

I had a really fantastic experience at Cresta Oasis. On my arrival, a welcome drink of indigenous chilled Baobab fruit juice was given to me. Reception was so friendly and helpful, special thanks to Goodhope who first welcomd me and checked me in, and kept looking out for me through my stay. A minor problem with my in-room security safe was sorted out in good time while duty manager Paidamoyo kept my valuables in the office safe for my peace of mind. Housekeeping was also exceptional and accomodating with special thanks to Maggie for friendly helpfulness around a towel for swimming in the lovely swimming pool in the beautiful well-kept grounds and garden. Delicious food and great service in the restaurant with the breakfast buffet a highlight. Highly recommended.

Personally enjoyed my stay, staff is so friendly and professional, liked Sibongile and Grace, their service was top notch, Sibongile assisted me with my million bags😄 flawless service and il definitely come back, Sly at the bar, great service as well really appreciate.
