“Old house” has poor bathrooms but generally comfortable, except that I had a very noisy Aircon that would not turn off.

Just popped in for a coffee, but it was a wonderful experience. The garden is magnificent, as is the swimming pool.

Gem of a place! We traveled for work and never wanted to leave. The gardens are magical, made good use of the clean and sparkly pool and staff are so kind and warm. Highly recommended.

The rooms are comfortable, and the service provided by the staff is excellent. They are always friendly and eager to help. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city, it’s a peaceful and quiet place that feels like home. However, the water was cold in the morning, and I couldn’t get any hot water. Overall, my stay was good.

Great neighbourhood, lovely continental breakfast 😋, good service and good rooms.
The house itself looks like a small museum, with reference to early British presence in Zimbabwe 🇿🇼.
When booking, make sure to ask about the commission. We were surprised by it. And know that if you pay with a credit card 💳 you will be charged 5% of the total amount.

Rooms seems quite expensive then the price/night. The owner Ana, is a great lady and so are some of the staffs.

Good place. In a nice neighborhood Alexandra Park close to Belgravia. Classic old Salisbury Style look to the housing. Staff is kind. Only thing I didn't like was the non-functional Fan in the room. Also no small fridge in the rooms.

The rooms at 12 Fleetwood were nothing special but the grounds of the hotel are very nice. The staff was very good and were happy to take care of my wife's dietary restrictions. We never had a chance to use the pool or spend much time there, but it is in a good location not fair from the presidential palace and the botanical gardens.

Booked at short-notice, but welcomed in with enthusiasm and shown to our room. Very comfortable, water hot, room spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a bit spartan, no frills, but adequate.
A decent coffee percolator would be a welcome sight! Overall, good value, well-positioned, comfortable and friendly.

One of the best places I have been. The environment is beautiful, lots and lots of vegetation.
