No heating system over night and it was snowing, a rude representative thinking I wanted a upgrade, but actually wanted the heating system sorted, the plumber told us he has bin try too get keys for weeks, and being a plumber my self, the representative trying too tell me what was wrong and threatening too throw us out cause I wanted the problem sorted, I hope no one will ever experience being treated like that, didn’t care about the money, get over your self, still got all the recordings!
We stayed in a 2 bedroom flat. The apartment was nice inside except very dusty! The main issues were the bedroom window was broken and you couldn't shut it at all. Called and asked to have it fixed, they never fixed it. There is construction directly outside the ENTIRE apartment. Right outside the bedrooms (including the one with the broken window). Was woken up extremely early every morning to jackhammers and sawing and banging, and since we couldn't close the window you couldn't even try to block out the noise. Called about this as well and was basically told that it is a city center apartment and there will be noise. Totally understandable, however, was never told about the abundance of construction right outside every window of the apartment. They should let people know that there is construction and let them decide if they want to still book with them. Or at least try to accommodate or fix issues when there are complaints!

Still no refund of our fully paid weekend stay in May… no response to emails or calls. Utterly disgusting behaviour from a well established company that we have used in the past a number of times.
