Came Here For My Daughters 13th Birthday Night, Staff Were Lovely, Spacious, Clean & Tidy Rooms.
Staff So Helpful, Nothing Was A Problem.
The Staff Went Out Their Way to Make It Special. Thanks Every1. Would Highly Recommend & We Will Definitely Be Back X.

Food was terrible in the buffet breakfast Eggs floating in oil I asked for fresh ones no oil, got two eggs hard as nails still been cooked in oil.

Honestly wouldn’t bother going if you’re looking for helpful staff. My cousin sat on the stool in the room and the whole thing collapsed. Informed staff and they laughed and weren’t bothered. Now have a member of staff refusing to return expensive earrings because after 3 weeks I threatened to complain. Have sent me rude emails asking me to travel over 200 miles for my property despite giving payment details to pay for postage. Absolute joke.

Have been twice now. Really find this place close to everything. Good restaurant next door where if your at Radisson you get 10 per cent off. And great food.

Perfect central location for bars, restaurants and shopping. Comfy beds and right next door to Wetherspoon for a fry-up!

Centrally located with good comfortable accommodation. Allows you to explore the city centre and experience this wonderful city. Friendly staff make this a great place to stay. Great selection of food available from restaurant next door plus an excellent breakfast is available. Rates are competitive so overall good value for money.

Lovely rooms, fantastic breakfast, but noise from outside is bad. Reception staff friendly mostly, some are too slow to fix issues though. Otherwise, good, as it in the centre and is close to all train stations, restaurants and bars.

Great hotel and great central location to both train stations. Clean rooms and loads of choice of food in very short walking distance would highly recommend.

Was given one of the handicap rooms. Everything is at lower level which is fine for people on wheelchairs but horrible inconvenient for us. The bathroom is big but filled with equipment for handicaps. Felt like I'm staying at a hospital. There was simply not enough shelf space in the bathroom and worse still there was no home anywhere in the bathroom. We ended up keeping all our toiletries outside. Super inconvenient.

I Do two stars just because the staff at the front desk was polite. We were 19 May 2018. The room was without heating in the bathroom, little darkened for the night and not at all silent to sleep. There is no conventioned parking. But on Saturday nights and Sundays the parking lots are free, although we suffered damage to the car although parked in front of the hotel. More suitable for business trips than pleasure. Breakfast very disappointing. Not appropriate in my case the value for money. Helpful to check in on your own at the entrance. If Italians remember to ask for the adaptor for the sockets.

Excellent location near plenty of restaurants, both stations and shopping. Pleasant staff and a nice room BUT only access to the hotel is up steep stone stairs which are no fun with a large and/or heavy suitcase. I saw an elderly woman stumble and fall several steps before being caught by another guest. There are no porters so you MUST be able to handle this yourself. There is a tiny elevator once you accomplish the reception level!

Nice hotel at an excellent locatiom in city centre. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Pleasant staff at reception. Nice warm settings on shower. Mattress and pillows are soft. Sound proof rooms. Toilets have hygienic bags. Gym is small however not busy so comfortable. Access with key card. Buffett breakfast is really good.

Stayed in better budget hotels. Strange layout, clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a little ropey too. Would L ly go back if other hotels were fully booked. Great location, but otherwise poor.

Centrally located, 5 minutes to the shopping streets. Numerous pubs and restaurants on the street. From the outside inconspicuous inside very modern interior. Rooms with carpet, very modern and large bathrooms. TV available, unfortunately no German-language channels. Friendly little reception and a small bar. Elevator present.

I had left behind a significant amount of money In cash and I had totally forgot till I was about to leave Glasgow on the train. I rang the hotel and they were magnificent and the honesty in this day and age of all staff especially the cleaner and manager is commendable. My money was returned without any delay. Thankyou to all involved and a great team. My stay was really good. Location is great and would recommend it as a basic hotel for accessibility all day long in Glasgow!

Excellent location. The rooms are modern and the bathroom/shower is very good. The gym is limited to cardio machines and up to 5kg dumbbells but it's plenty if your only staying a short while. Breakfast is decent enough. All in all I would recommend.

Good Hotel 4 stars. Located in the centre of Glasgow it is particularly suitable as it is close to the central Buchanan street and the myriad of premises in the centre. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast includes with good assortment both sweet and salty. Prices were about 90 euros per double per night in February.

The check in process was quick and simple, and staff were helpful. The room itself was fairly basic and the furniture looked a little worn. The desk lamp was temperamental but asides from that everything in the room worked. We didn't eat or drink at the bar.

Great location at the heart of Glasgow, just a few minutes walk from the main train stations. Hotel room very large with high ceilings and views of the high street. Comfortable bed and classy decor. Buffet breakfast had ample choice of cooked, delicatessen and patisserie. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Also recommend the Vietnamese restaurant around the corner called "Opium". Exceptionally good food and service.

Best hotel stay in a long long time! Amazing big comfy bed! Rooms are clear and modern with a good choice of tea and coffee in the room. Bathroom was lovely and the shower was great. Really lovely staff who. Were so helpful and attentive! The breakfast was a real standout! Fresh cooked hot breakfast and lots choice of continental breakfast. Can't wait to stay again! You have gained a customer for life!

We loved our stay at Park Inn. The room was so convenient to everything. Two blocks away and enjoy fabulous shopping! Three blocks away and hop on the train. The staff is extremely helpful and were ready to help whenever we needed them. The breakfast is a delight.

Central heating in the room was bad, I had to call the reception every few hours to ask them to switch the heating on. The room was too small and noisy since it was near the main road. The bed was 2 single beds joined together so was not comfortable. Only breakfast was available in house, lunch and dinner had to be opted out. Only good thing was the location, it was right in the middle of the city so had quick access to offices, shopping and eating options.

Convenient city centre location. Rooms quite cold in the winter. Just stayed recently with a number of colleagues and all found the same. Also had early start. Breakfast served from 6:30am but still no hot food out by 7am.

Very noisy hotel. The rooms are fitted with carpeted floors and it is rather cold with a thermostat blocked on 21 degrees.

Nicely appointed rooms with a comfortable bed. Morning breakfast excellent. Much nicer than Travel Lodge or other budget hotels.

Good hotel situated bang in the heart of Glasgow. Decent sized room with plenty of plugs etc. Although layout of my room was slightly unusual. Doesn’t have its own restaurant, but you can charge to your room in the Italian next door. Breakfast is in the hotel though, and that was great.

The rooms were well furnished! And the services and the breakfast was too good.

Clean, comfortable budget hotel. Perhaps not as modernised as others and the layout can be confusing. Good location for Central station.

Very centrally located for train/bus stations. Not good for disabled/low mobility access lots of stairs and many fire doors. Rooms nicely decorated with good facilities and comfortable beds. Bathroom a bit on the snug side had to maneuver sideways between shower cubicle and basin to get to toilet. A bit noisy if you're on George Street side from nightclubs. (ROOM 208)

Great location, friendly staff and really, really quiet. I actually felt like the only guest at some points in my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are small and cosy. Excellent location 5 min walk to Glasgow central station, many good places to shop and eat. Breakfast was great. Staff are very helpful. There is a bar. For dinner they have a tie up with Tony Macaroni restaurant which 10 % discount. Only one feedback house keeping need to upgrade thier cleaning skills.

Excellent central hotel that has great networking facilities that were perfect for the professional event I was attending. Catering was plentiful and staff members first class.

Had a lovely stay, staff were very helpful the room we checked into had a faulty flush in the toilet that wouldn't stop. We were relocated into room next door within 10mins of phoning reception. (which was even nicer anyway as better layout). Good selection at bfast and not having to check out till 12 was bliss. Second visit & would def book again.

Will not stay here again. Had to walk a good bit from NCP car park to the hotel. They should have somewhere closer. Wasn't even told I could park in the pay and display outside.
Asked the guy in reception to book us a table at Tony Macaroni which is just below the hotel. As we were leaving the hotel, confirmed with the guy that he had booked a table and he said yes. Got into restaurant 30 seconds later and to our disgust, no booking had been made. The restaurant were very ac…commodating and we had a great meal. The waiter told us that 5 minutes after we'd been seated, the guy at reception phoned to book us a table.
The same guy at reception also gave us wrong directions to 2 different destinations we had asked about.
Room was OK although there's a design fault with the shower.
Breakfast was OK. Won't stay here again.

Really lovely staff, great breakfast. Good idea re delivery from next door but pizza wasn't brilliant. My room, 204, was very cold. A great size but bathroom had no heating and the room was colder than the corridors. I told the staff and the reset it but it was just the same. The friendliness of the staff was a big plus and it's very central.

Very small chilly room with no way to heat it.

One thing to say about the receptionist called Carly. She is an absolute diamond. Nothing was too much trouble and she is extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I have nothing but praise for her efforts as she helped me arrange a meal for 10 of us at short notice. The hotel is well placed and is comfortable and handy for both mainline stations and buses. It is in a good state of repair and I would use again.

Spartan and food service stopped at 9.45 pm.

Good value, friendly, I was easily in the smallest room of my group of three, but that's city-centre hotels for you. Would definitely go back though.

This hotel was really good, very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Rooms are great size with aircon and beds very comfortable I would highly recommend this hotel.

Just arrived and been given the most depressing room ever overlooking a multi story and the airvents. It's 10:30 and am absolutely starving only to be told when trying to order their 24 hour room service menu that there is no food in the hotel! Lord knows how they will cater for the masses come breakfast time in the morning! Still I suppose I have my two biscuits 'free' to fill me up until tomorrow!
