The daughter was refused entry as she was 17 and 8 months. She was with female Adult who was over 18 and they refused them entry after travel from Stirling. Left to the street in glasgow, no cash and no refund given (4day refund). Just hope nothing happen to them tonight as we try to sort this out. Was this based on discrimination, me think so, shocking If she was with her gran or uncle who are 70/40 would she be let in?

Reception staff were really friendly and helpfull, would defo stay again.

Turkish staff member was rude, cheeky and barged into my hotel room even after I told him my gf was naked. Disgusting behaviour and service.

One worker here was having oral relation with a guest in public corridor and when confronted because irrational and aggressive telling me to leave hotel (as he knew he was in wrong)

Night reception staff was rude. Came into my room after my partner told him I was naked! Then lied about being in our room and put us out hotel because he was in the wrong. Disgusting attitude will never be back and do not recommend.

First time staying here last night and was really impressed! The room was lovely for such a cheap price, loved the mood lighting it made it really cosy and everything was very clean! Staff were also friendly, Definitely will be back.

Had a great night away in Glasgow. Point A staff were great as usual. Margaret’s breakfast in a bag was excellent, especially the warm croissant and chocolate panini.

Love the rooms. It's like being in a NASA space ship. Fun rooms. No windows I'm our room, but we didn't care. Breakfast was good good also.

Great location in the City. We were going to Theatre Royal so really handy. The rooms are spotless and have everything you need. The staff are nice & friendly too. Definitely stay here again. They have a loyalty system that gives you a discount when you book online too.

What a lovely hotel. I never heard of the hotel brand before but the price was attractive, so I booked it. This place was clean, elegant and the reception was warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly and the check-in was efficient but not rushed and provided great help about local attractions and directions. Thr design of the rooms are so well thought out. May be this style of room could help the housing crisis of the homeless?

Very basic rooms in a central location that will do in a pinch. They’re small and have a lot of space-saving/efficiency features that take some getting used to. The built-in shelving looks like it’s made from the same stuff as an airplane lavatory. Not well insulated and can hear noise in the hallway pretty clearly. There’s sort of a window, but it’s frosted and doesn’t open. One of my towels had about a half dozen long hairs matted into it — the other was OK. Overall I haven’t been wowed by this place so far, other than the front desk staff who were lovely.

Staff very friendly. Hotel light and modern. But that's where it ends. £86 per night and didn't include breakfast, but told we could pay £8.99 for a cold buffet breakfast. All breakfast food set out in the open for everyone to cough and splutter over, nothing at all covered. Nothing refrigerated in this heat! Flies around. No tea making facilities in the room, but told we could buy tea and coffee from a poxy machine in reception. So I have to go down 2 floors to purchase tea, really? don't think so. Beds and pillows really uncomfortable. Rooms very small. This hotel reminds me of a dolls house. Take my advice and stay at the riverside just up the road, £78 per night including breakfast. Or the Jury's inn also £72 per night including breakfast. No comparison, won't be returning to Point a hotel ever again!

At first I would have put a lower score, because of the plastic stool and drop down tables (not my idea of bedroom furniture) and the lack of tea / coffee making facilities in the room. But they gave me tea and coffee at reception, the staff at reception were really helpful and nice, the shower was good and strong and warmed up quickly, the Wi-Fi was excellent — no problem streaming video, plus a big TV. And everything spotlessly clean. So it's not a place I'd want to stay a few days on holiday, but excellent for a short trip, especially for business people.

A nice hotel in the center of Glasgow, not too pricey. Very good location if you want to visit the city and close proximity to the train and bus stations as well. A small room but everything is there ; airconditioning and funky lights (any color! ) included. Breakfast is an extra 6 pounds but well worth it. All in all, a perfect hotel for a city trip.
