Clean, tidy, COVID secure. Very helpful staff in reception. Only drawback was NCP parking, but at least it was just across the road.

Booked last minute and certainly not disappointed, realty friendly staff and super quick check in. Great price for a Saturday with breakfast included. Complimentary drink and quite a decent size spotless room. Room advertised as sound proof so far so good. Give it a try you won't be disappointed. Top quality bedding and super comfortable bed. Take a bit of beating this.

Excellent hotel — lovely staff and great rooms! Loved my room at the Hampton — city center is literally only minutes away — major train stations such as Charing Cross, Central and Queen Street all less than ten minute walk — conveniently located. Great restaurants and bars nearby (but those are everywhere in wonderful Glasgow). Rooms actually have real soundproof windows. You do hear your neighbors bang their doors when they come home at night — but that is the problem of disrespectful guests and there is nothing the hotel can do. Breakfast is sufficient and thus great — with soy milk, a waffle maker, fruit, cereal and toast and English breakfast with scrambled eggs, beans and even haggis — as well as coffee and tea — a good start into the day — excellent. Amenities in the bathroom are great smelling body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner — all you need. Plus coffee and tea, kettle, ironing board with iron are in the room — excellent again — and coffee and tea are actually filled up every day — so really good cleaning and service. As hard as I looked could not find anything to complain about — and that does mean a lot" So five stars for this lovely place.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long time. Rooms light and airy. Bathrooms were lovely. Staff were absolutely brilliant. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel! Went with two other people to visit my boyfriend who was in Glasgow for school (we come from New York), and all I can say is everyone understands here what customer service is supposed to be. Particularly your breakfast staff (Louise — — I wish I maintained contact with her because she was great — — and Thomas) were great and hilarious. And Nicholas was great as well.
If ever I return to Glasgow, I would love to stay here again.

A nice hotel. Clean and bright rooms and bathrooms. Communal areas are welcoming and well priced for a city centre location. No restaurant on site but plenty of eateries near by. Breakfast was nice, limited hot and cold options but suit most needs.

Attended for cocktails and bar snacks offer. Staff member was friendly and helpful although at times she was on her own covering bar and reception so wait for drinks was longer than expected. Cocktails were good although limited in selection. Bar was nice and looked recently updated. Facilities were clean and modern. Would go back for similar offer again.

Fantastic hotel with very large rooms. Very helpful and generous staff who helped us when we had problems with our pillows. Very diverse breakfast which surprised me when it finished at ten but they left all the food out for me and one other person which I was was pleasantly surprised by.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I used 1 website to check in for 2 nights. It was that good I booked us in for another night not realising I had booked a accessible room which we never usually bother about but can be helpful for my partner. We are on the top floor and Can highly recommend if you need a Accessible room I would have no hesitation staying in this beautiful hotel.

Booked in for 2 nights in a mobility room. Great hotel, clean and ideal for wheel chair access. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Nicholas always smiling and he seems to be everywhere you look, never stops…
On the down side when I got home I noticed I had been charged twice for my visit, 2 x £158. I phoned to complain and was informed I would get a call back the next morning from there financial manager. After chasing it up again I received a blunt email informing me my money would be refunded in 3 to 5 working days. No call back financial manager must have been to busy. Bit rude and will not be using Hiltons by Hamilton again.

My partner, and I have just returned from a 2 night stay at the Hampton by Hilton, and we had a lovely break. We were made to feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the shops, and restaurants, which is great. Breakfast can be a very busy time, but, there is a good variety of food which is always being topped up. There is always a friendly member of staff to help. We would be delighted to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Glasgow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hampton by Hilton, and, hope to return again soon.

Great location and excellent hotel for its price range :) The room was very comfortable, bathroom had a nice shower, had a great night sleep in the bed and the room (5th floor) was quiet. A few street noises but it’s the city centre so that’s normalThe mattress is hard but I like that and find most hotels mattresses much to soft. So this was a nice change. The breakfast that was included was really nice! I was expecting s very limited offering as it was included but there was plenty of choice, to cover all tastes of breakfast and the make your own waffle a fun addition. I didn’t have much contact with the the staff but what I had was friendly and professional :) Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Glasgow.

Great value for money. Rooms are nice, clean but small. Extensive choice for breakfast and probably good enough for most, but I wouldn't call it exceptional, just standard.

Haggis. For breakfast. My life is complete. In all seriousness, faultless place for the price. Location couldn't really be any better. Hotel is clean, modern, well stocked, spacious and comfortable. The best part? The staff: 100%. As a frequent business traveller their friendliness, professionalism and efficiency is rare. Of particular note was the bearded waiter, who noticed I popped out to move my car and kindly offered to reheat my meal upon my return, before later considerately asking guests if it was okay for him to clear away breakfast buffet items 15 minutes after breakfast officially ceased, rather than just doing clearing items away as most would. Small touches all round lead to a very positive customer experience all round. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Quite a nice place for a short stay. BIt of a walk uphill from the center. And took me a while to find that the wardrobe was part of the bathroom door. But the breakfast had a waffle maker. Which was appreciated.

Fantastic hotel location and staff in the heart of Glasgow. Delighted with the decor. Size and quality of furnishings in our room and never heard a sound at night. The staff couldn't do enough for you and well very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of hot and cold dishes which was constantly topped up by the attentive happy staff. Will definitely return.

Great service from the staff made my stay very enjoyable. I appreciated the office chair in the room as it made it easy to do a bit of work on a laptop in the evening.

Excellent friendly service. Our room furnished to high standard and very clean. Breakfast has usual range but is very good quality. Biggest downside is rubbish views from the 2 rooms I've been in.

Cozy and clean rooms. VERY helpful staff. Good security. Continental breakfast is actually quite hearty. If you plan to stay over weekend/party nights, definitely request a room on the 5th floor and away from the street to avoid the inevitable distant thrum off dance beats.

Stayed one night in July of 2016. Just wanted some place clean, safe and functional after a long drive from London. They far exceeded our expectations. Great room, excellent food and an amazing staff. Next time we're in Glasgow we'll definitely seek Hampton out again.

One night stay when in Glasgow with my son. Very impressed with our twin room. Very clean and comfortable, and the single beds were large three-quarter double size. Ate out in the evening, but the buffet breakfast was absolutely fine. Overall, a clean, comfortable good value hotel that is well located. Very likely to return.

I stayed here with my husband after attending a concert at the 02 ABC so the hotel was in a great location and within walking distance. This was our first time at the hotel and we were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had modern nice decor. The hotel has a bar. Breakfast is included with your stay and was great. Its a buffet style breakfast & there is a good selection of hot and cold drinks and continental and hot breakfast choices. There's even a waffle maker to make your own waffles. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.
