Great apartment, well placed to visit Newcastle and surroundings. You can go downtown and to the railway station in foot but the place is quiet, perfect to rest. Breakfast is provided. Young, nice and helpful staff.

Fantastic managed apartment if you are stopping for a few days and want something different to the usual corporate hotel. Perfectly situated for the train station and town centre with friendly and helpful staff. You can hear the trains from the station on occasion when on the room but nothing too bad. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but you have all the facilities to sort your own out but the lack of a gym means that the nearby Staybridge Suites still sit slightly higher overall but the actual apartments are superior. I visit Newcastle regularly and will undoubtedly be a repeat customer from here on in.

Really nice large room in central location. Avoid if you are a light sleeper though as the sound of the trains kept me awake. The shower was really hot and couldn't be made any cooler.

This hotel is stunning. I was impressed with how large the rooms were, especially compared to Roomzzz Nottingham (where I have previously stayed). I had a my bed on one side, with a partition separating the rest of the room, which included two armchairs, a kitchen, a TV and more! Wi-Fi was also very fast which was much appreciated. I highly recommend Roomzzz if you are in Newcastle.

Excellent hotels, really love the apart-hotel idea. Amazing beds, rooms are lovely, staff are brilliant. Literally couldn't recommend it enough. If you go and think you'll go again use the royalty rewards thing.

Worst nights sleep, slept in the room downstairs on ground floor. All we heard was noise above us, because the reception was dirtecrly above, was like a stampede til atleast 12pm at night and then continued at 6am in the morning. One of the knives in our room, the handle was broken. Which is a big health and safety considering it was one of the biggest and sharpest knives. Overall, the room was nice, but me and my girlfriend will not be returning. Better to pay more money and get nicer treatment and a better nights sleep from other hotel establishments.

Very large room. Friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel. Breakfast good. Secure Parking 7mins walk £12 for 24hrs.

There is no better place in Newcastle than Roomzzz which offers great space and warmth. I loved the floor heating the huge space it offers, the decor and the friendly staff I felt like home. The best are the two one bedroom maisonettes on firts floor. I only wished there was a bottled water in the room.

Excellent stay, room was the penthouse which was very modern and large. Was relaxing just what we needed. Only let down is the takeaway breakfeasts.

What a gem — awesome room, close to centre of town and rail. The best staff ever who couldn't do enough for us they were like family. Rooms very clean and well serviced.

Great location and excellent rooms, though rooms vary in size from aequate to huge. Wi-Fi is free but speed can vary. The included breakfast is good. Alternative brakefasts are available a very reasonable price.

Gorgeous apartments and will definitely stay again. Value for money is amazing and location is perfect for Newcastle city centre and railway station. However, there were some draw backs. The room we had was based on the ground floor at the front. The entrance corridor ran past our door and as such we could here people passing by and chatting at the reception. This woke us both late night and early morning. We were also woken up earlier than planned by the rumbling of a wheelie-bin being pushed past our window on a cobbled alley at 8am. Also, randomly, the bathroom was small, really small when compared to the rest of the apartment. Almost to the point of being an afterthought. Small little things that turned a great stay into just an OK stay. Will definitely stay again but will make sure to request a room off the ground floor. I would certainly recommend Roomzzz Newcastle to anyone… With that small tidbit of advice.

Very well located for the city and quayside. Nice big room with kitchen. Friendly managers meant I felt relaxed and welcomed. Positive first trip to newcastle as a result.

Ideal location about 5min walk behind the train station. Close to town and the metro system makes it easy to travel around Newcastle. The room was a spacious apartment size room with underfloor heating, 2 tvs, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, really was surprised — was expecting a bog standard hotel room rather than an apartment!

Absolutely beautiful hotel-the suite was stunning. Couldnt fault a single thing. Staff more than efficient, friendly&helpful. Perfect location to explore chester.

Roomzzz Newcastle is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the train station, Grey street and the Quayside. The grab and go breakfast is handy. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The staff are very friendly.

Without doubt one of the best places I have stayed in many years. The staff, in particular, Mark and Scott were fantastic and would grace any top class hotel in the world. The apartment itself was stunning and we had everything in it even a dishwasher. It is placed minutes from the Central Station/main line and Metro and, obviously, placed in the City Centre, one is spoilt for choice with shopping and restaurants. The building itself is magnificent (probably listed) with its high ceilings and sweeping staircase leading to all apartments. Will I be back? I cannot wait.
