Rooms were clean, staff was perfect. Pretty well located giving the pricing so ideal if travelling on a budget.

Small rooms with minimal facilities. Obnoxious staff who seem unwaivered by issues. Found bed bugs and staff blamed it on the warm weather, saying some one will check out the room. Very basic breakfast, but good location. Not worth the money they charge.

Friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. Near the Underground and Kensington Garden.

Worst hotel ever! all I got for breakfast was toast and jucie and that was it that was on the first morning I stayed and expected a nice breakfast but there was apsolutely no frie or nothing just toast and jucie and tea and coffe and that was it but we were only staying for 2 nights thank fully but on the second morning we had to go out to london for breakfast beacuse there was hardly any breakfast to eat there and the beds were so uncomfortable I woke up 4 times and so did the rest of my family! never ever stay there again! horrible!

I've been given a pequeñisima room in the basement. I can't open the suitcase on the floor. I did not get the sign of my Mobil nor D my the Wi-Fi of the hotel.

Very good location. A fright the hotel. Minimum rooms with no room for anything. Breakfast was bad. The maids eating while serving breakfast. There is no elevator or air conditioning, they lent us a fan that looked like a toy. The area is very nice and is full of hotels, opt for another!

Very well located hotel (near Metro and Hyde Park). Breakfast very basic but very good enough. Wi-Fi is getting bad on the third floor.

The fourth star I want to make it for the staff very kind and helpful and because they keep the small room very clean, say that apart from this the room left a little to be desired but it is already so much that we had the private bathroom, usually in London is difficult to find hotel with private bathroom. Anyway in the room the problems we found (apart from the TV beside the bed quite uncomfortable but it's a relative issue) are the fixtures and doors, the door probably got thinner because al. Darkness passed the outside light through the closure, the fixtures just arrived had a broken closure initially, then while we were walking around Hyde Park they rearranged it, besides this the glass is very up the windows are of the Roman era and the. Paleolithic closure Even though the room was always hot, in the window you could see all the broken doors that were not really a good view. One problem they have are the fairly awkward stairs and the absence of an elevator. The breakfast is very classic: juices, milk, coffee, cornflakes jams and hot toasts. In general the staff value a lot of the hotel and I feel to give it star although with some more foresight it could become a great hotel.

Great hotel, the location is second to none with the park and the underground station within a 2 min walk. The staff were great and the overall look of the hotel is very elegant and clean. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The rooms are good, the bathrooms are clean and the hotel is very well located. Also the breakfast is simple but rich.

Expensive, crappy, no service and some items (like shampoo) are not furnished. Plus It's badly isolated expensive, rotten, bad service and lack of supplies like shampoo. Plus, it's poorly insulated, I really don't recommend it. Only advantage: the rental.

Good hotel for a weekend getaway to London. For longer stays it is not suitable because there is no elevator and then you may have to drag the suitcase to the 5th floor. The location itself is top, two subway in range. All in all recommended.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location.
For the rest, deplorable!
Bathroom dirty with hairs on the walls, very small room with curtains that let the rays of sunshine and positioned 30 cm from the windows.
The breakfast is made up of toasts (bread crumb with jam) and coffee…
But this is nothing compared to what will follow.
For 3 days on we did not have hot water due to a breakdown. We had to wash ourselves with the help of the kettle. We therefore requested compensation which was accepted and which was to be transferred to the bank account of the reservation. After a week of waiting on our return, we contacted the hotel which told us to go through the booking site. With more than 10 phone calls, the result was that he refused the compensation and that was saying no one complained. How honest on their part!

Shortcoming: It was renovated when I was there. But for me no reason to give 4 stars.

Stay away – This place is utterly disgusting, out room had a broken door and windows facing a wall, the staff is unfriendly and the food really really bad. After we went there telling them we do not want to stay in a hotel with a broken door (could not be locked at all! ) the would not even offer us a another room only after threatening to leave the hotel and do a cc chargeback they gave us a another room. Still unfriendly as ever. In hindsight I really really regretted staying here.

Super location, great establishment — undergoing substantial refurbishment and taking great shape for a historically listed building… In a contemporary setting.

The bed was good and the bathroom was clean. It got a really nice location and it isn't too loud at night. The breakfast is okay and the staff is really friendly.

Great if you like to spend your days exploring instead of staying in the hotel room. Small and cozy room with soft bed. Nice staff, thin breakfast. No AC but at least a fan. Outdated but fresh rooms. Some Wi-Fi problems, usb charger ports in wall. Close to resturants and fine parks. Subway and trainstation is close. Perfect for our 4 nights stay.

Location is good close to Paddington st. Wi-Fi is free but very slow. Breakfast very very basic: bread, butter and jam. Clean room and the staff are very nice.

Good hotel if you are just looking for a place to sleep after a Day in London. Breakfast could have been better though.

Very nice place. Great location near underground or bus station. Hyde Park is few minutes by walk. Room was small, but comfortable, everything new renovated and clean, nice view from window. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Simple breakfast, but for me enough. Really love that place! Bed was too soft, not good for my back : (

The receptionist is friendly and speaks Spanish. The room is small but not uncomfortable. The place for breakfast is small but the attendants are attentive. The hotel is of the metro and that is very good, the air conditioning is 9 points.

We started by a receptionist who spoke no Spanish or to for us to understand it in English. Up we realized there was no lift and the hotel was in the works. Thing not consisted on the web when you book. The street was also in works, creating noise during the day. Small rooms with small bathrooms, luckily we had a reformed but is small for three people. The breakfast was poor, coffee, milk, juice bottle and simple toasts. On the web see option to pay for Wi-Fi in the room but then they don't offer it. Luckily came to the room the reception. Every day there was a receptionist and luckily the second day and third were two very nice guys. Good comfortable beds and good location.

Greay location. Expensive tricky parking. Rooms are very dated and the beds are horrible. Okay for the price. Juast barely.

A very bad hotel. The person at the reception is very uncorrect and unprofessional. My room wasn't as what I've seen on the booking site. Very expensive for its quality. I've cancelled my book and went to an other hotel.

Ok from a VFM perspective, BUT I personally found the hotel reception staff and management inflexible and disagreeable. You get what you pay for and nothing more. Be prepared to pay excessive additional costs if your requirements change mid stay.

This hotel ONLY seemed good value for money on the internet, but when you get there: you will find there is; There is no tea and coffee or condiments in the rooms, only available through room service. Which they have but no hours are stated. Only NON smoking rooms (Late rooms indicated Smoking rooms WAS available! ) No LIFT (my room was on the TOP floor! ) NO Plugs My room was supposed to have a desk to work at! Nowhere to hang your bathroom cloths. Unfriendly Staff Expected to pay before you complete your stay! or even see the room. I have posted some pictures for you to see the state of the room I stayed in.
