Very clean modern hotel. Great price for London and yet still close to lots of attractions. Comfortable beds and full breakfast. Will definitely be using again. However upper floors would be better as I was on lower ground floor and was woken up by staff preparing breakfast! Downside no lounge or bar.

For a four star hotel I am really dissatisfied. The smell in the room is like a nappy bin, there is mould all round the shower tray and the shower door is off the rail completely. No rooms to love to and no manager available to speak to either. I picked a best western as it is a trusted brand — I suggest they consider removing this hotel from their portfolio.

Rooms are adequate and clean hotel is close to major transportation hub and sightseeing places.

Second time here! The height to the ceiling in the room is higher than the width of the room! If I was any taller I’d have cold feet!

I don't know how to put the star of hotels, but I thought at 4 would be comfortable. The room is so small that my suitcase occupied the whole room. No air conditioning, very stuffy. Didn't want to check in 2 hours early, it's 12 days, although I had the right to do so, as early check-in was my bonus when booking, paid 10 euros. Why include services that can't provide? It also happened with breakfast, I had it included in the reservation, but for it wanted money 12 euros, breakfast I defended. I approximated what kind of breakfast can be in a hotel of this caliber, clearly not 12 degrees of its price. Probably the only plus is the location of the hotel, the Pimlico area is quiet, clean and close to the center, to the main attractions 10 minutes by 24 bus.

Too warm! Too loud!
The busy street is right next to it and the windows are simply glazed. The double bed is very narrow. We had to park in a parking garage 10 minutes away (30 dollars a night). We had this information from the Internet. The staff was not able to inform us sufficiently here.
The breakfast was quite good. The location was good. You could achieve a lot on foot.
We wouldn't come back.

The rooms are small but fine and sufficient. Just like the bathroom. It is all very clean and the room staff comes every day. However, there were only two hooks for three people in the bathroom, which was a bit awkward. The hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful. We asked for a third blanket as we only had one for the double bed and we were quickly brought a third blanket to the room. The pesonal also helped us with other difficulties. The breakfast was also very tasty, there is actually something for every taste. However, I would have liked more fruit to choose from. My only shortcoming was that I had fruit flies in my juice from the vending machine, which was not very appetizing.

Very bad experience. 1. No air conditioner 2. The room is very small, I book a family room of 3 persons, but no enough space to put our luggage. 3. The double bed is too small, only 4 ft. 4. No additional water supple. I have book 3 days, only the first day provide bottle of water, the other two days I need to pay for the bottle water. The staff told me it is hotel policy, if I book each day individual, then they will provide water each day, but I was book consecutive 3 days, so no water at the after two day. I think this is nonsense, I paid £225 for each day, but I have to pay for the water. 5. This is not a 4 stars hotel. Actually, it should be 2 stars.

Good hotel, the rooms are a little small but this is to be expected in the location. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The only disappointment was the breakfast which was appalling.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Employees were always very helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Proximity to the tube made traveling easy. Definitely would recommend.

Small bathroom but nice and clean place, walking distance to 2 train stations and some attractions. Very helpful staff, thanks to Avni for catering to all our needs.

A group of 11 of us (2 instructors and 9 students) stayed at the Best Western Corona for 4 nights in May 2018 and I can't recommend it enough. Throughout the entire booking process, the staff were excellent at meeting our needs, always doing so in a timely and friendly manner. This continued during our stay with every member of staff ensuring that we were happy. The rooms were clean and modern, and a decent size compared to others in the same area. The breakfast was also a good spread. The prices are very reasonable for such a central location. We definitely hope to come back! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who is part of a group as the staff are so amenable to your needs.

In a lovely area and near to Pimlico tube station. The hotel is really nice and the rooms were very well furnished and decorated. the staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfsst was good too and a great room service menu. the only negative I would say is the noise from other rooms. The walls and doors are very thin and you can hear people in the rooms above walking around.

It was the worst hotel I've been in a long time. Shower did not drain the water, the room was really small, horrible Wi-Fi, terrible breakfast and the guy on the reception did not help us at all. The girls were nice and helpful, but the guy that received us didn't make us feel welcomed here. Don't waste your money here.

Place a bit dated. Rooms clean but I had to change rooms due to strong carpet freshener smell. Made me think it was hiding damp. Smell affected my Asthma. Breakfast was good with a small buffet area to serve yourself.

Excellent service, the attention we received from the Mariana receptionist was very good supported us at all times. Almost opposite the hotel passes the bus that connects to the citio of interest.

They are small rooms, for example, there is no place to store clothes. The attention is good for now but I would not recommend it to spend more than 1 day.

Good value hotel, short walk from Tube station. I had a great room in the basement. My colleague got a much smaller room upstairs that was ok, but did the job for one night.

Not my favorite, but a good location, especially for Victoria station and Gatwick Express transit. The street is really noisy, and the hotel busy with hit and miss Wi-Fi. Our triple room on the backside of the hotel was roomier. Breakfast is average. Staff friendly and helpful. I only stay here when I’m flying back through Gatwick.

Fabulous location around 100metres from Pimlico underground. Very clean room and polite friendly upbeat reception staff. Breakfast fair value for money charged, and the serving staff could not be nicer. Overall not the best hotel room in London, but will be close to best value in our opinion. Travelled as a couple.

Place was good, rooms nice and clean, with modern facilities. Would stay again.

Quiet, comfortable, good value hotel in a convenient location.

It's ok. I have stayed here a couple of times for work but I don't think I will be coming back. It's quite expensive for what you get but I suppose it is in London. The first time I came the room I was given the toilet did not work, this time the noise outside feels like it's in my room. Would I book here in the future, not a chance. If I were you I would book somewhere else.

This Hotel is so great! The staff is very nice and the breakfast is so tasty! I will come back if I wil be in London again! The rooms are a little bit small but very cozy! The next Tube Station is the Pimlico Station (Victoria Line). The location of the hotel is in the heart of London. I was in the Hotel from the 10. October to the 16. October 2016.

While the area is nice and located near public transit, the room had a significant amount of mold in the bathroom. For the price it would have been a great room.

Good hotel in a good location. Only downside was that the rooms are a little small and have no fridge. There's a communal fridge in lobby to buy drinks etc. But can't keep water or food cold in room.

A simple hotel suitable for tourists who do not want to have a high standard of quality and who do not like to fall into the bag. Rooms are quite small but functional. Bathroom is also really tiny. The breakfast was totally okay and the service was friendly and helpful. Some nice pubs around the corner and the tube is also not far away. Walking distance to the River Thames.

This was my second visit to this hotel. Conveniently located for central London, the rooms are small but adequate, clean and a basic but adequate breakfast. Would stay again.

Small cozy rooms but has everything you need. Very quiet location and yet very central especially if you're coming from Gatwick airport. Reception was super friendly and rooms very clean.

Steps to the front door and no hand rail. I was in a very small single room. The bathroom door did not fully open as the toilet was immediately behind it. Clean but comfortable. Lights fused second night and I was left in the dark for 30 minutes but, when repairs were impossible, I was swiftly moved to a larger, more comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Good location for exploring London via public transport and on foot. Train station, attractions, grocery store and pubs within walking distance. All staff at the hotel was more then friendly and helpful – way beyond our expectations. Rooms are European sized (small for Canadian standards) but we found it enough for our 5-day stay. Our room was clean and nice. (Side note: We had the luxury of temperatures in the lower 30th degrees Celsius while in London and the room was quite warm – the hotel does not have AC and states that on the website. But they provided fans without hesitation). We used the breakfast twice and found it quite good. We would stay at the hotel again.

Fantastic, beautiful location, excellent access to tubes comfy room and scrummy breakfast. Friendly staff topped it off. Would defiantly go again.

Stayed here for one night as attended a theatre show with friends. Staff were polite and room was comfortable and well equipped albeit small. Bed was very comfort despite the fact my feet hung off the bottom but I am 6ft5in so not their fault :) did not have the breakfast as went out for brunch… would book again as its a safe bet but am interested in other hotels in the area.

Perfect position for Chelsea Flower Show. Extremely convenient to Pimlico tube station, and the bus stop. Very clean, friendly staff, couldn't fault it.

The room I stayed in was a bit smaller than usual, but the hotel was nice and clean, and the staff pleasant. The hotel is 5 minutes away from Plimico tube station and 15 minutes from Victoria station.

We stayed at this Hotel last December with a group of friends, if I went back to London, the scegleirei again to the location where you find that for services rendered and the friendliness of the staff.
I highly recommend it.

It is a modest but clean; a great solution for those who go to London to visit the city and plan to use the Hotel only to sleep.
The area where it is located is great especially if you take into account the cost of this Hotel. It is a 15-minute walk from the London Eye and Parliament/however taking the 24 bus, which stops almost opposite the Hotel, you can reach Soho, Piccadilly etc. Etc.
Recommend using the 24 to move because he spends a lot of frequent, inexpensive and runs for all 24 hours (even at night) with a very high frequency.
If I get back to London I'm definitely still in the Hotel.

I have been to this hotel last November. The hotel is very close to the city centre and a few minutes walk from Victoria station. Convenient especially for those arriving at the airport to Gatwick. The rooms are clean and equipped with all the necessities.

To be London is not so bad. Excellent location well connected. Very small rooms. The bathroom clean but very small. Breakfast good.

We stayed in the Best Western Corona Hotel in July 2008. The room smelled not very good. The infrastructure was standard and ok. Only one of four person of the service personal has been friendly what is not acceptable. We would not recommend this hotel.
