I stayed here two years ago and it was very very nice! The staff was wonderful, the breakfasts were amazing. Located in a wonderful area with Hyde Park and a few bus stops within walking distance. Cannot wait to stay again soon.

Very good location, friendly staff and beautiful interior. Room was spacious, comfy beds, bathroom small but everything you need. Breakfast various and very good, here also friendly staff. Really recommend this hotel, when back in London definitly we will return here.

Stayed here for 2 nights to go to winter wonderland. Lovely executive room and lovely breakfast in the morning! Breakfast staff very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location was amazing, right around corner from Lancaster tube station and at an entrance to Hyde park. We also recommend the Swan pub right around the corner. Very clean and comfortable with excellent service from very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and the Easter egg out our door Easter morning was so thoughtful. This hotel is truly a. Would definitely come back.

Lovely hotel staff very friendly and nothing is to much trouble.

The hotel is well located, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. We did have problems booking a taxi through reception who told us to come back and ask 10 minutes before we wanted to leave. In the end we waited 30 minutes and nothing turned up so we booked an Uber ourselves.

Very good service. My room was very quiet. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Very good breakfast buffet. I stayed ten days and would stay again if I ever go back.

I would have only given three stars for this hotel, as the room is incredibly small, as was the elevator. But they have a Handy Phone on each room, which is already set up for local data and Wi-Fi. Use this room phone for calls home, tickets, where to eat, just like your own phone, but you don't use your data or minutes. Very handy for getting around town. The accommodations are comfortable, just a very tight for for luggage and wide bodies.

Friendly & helpful staff. They booked a play for us & printed out the tickets since we only brought our phones & could not print from our emails. Also get the British breakfast it is amazing with a great variety of delicious food that will fuel you up for a great day of exploring London!

Room 307 was possible the worst nights "sleep" I've ever experienced, due to the extraction network directly outside the window. I'm sure other rooms are lovely, but 80quid for no sleep didn't really set me up for the day. The room decor was nice, it was clean. Just the noise that let it down.

Great location for Hyde park, some lively little restaurants nearby. Clean and modern rooms, helpful and friendly staff, but no carpet in the rooms so sound travels.

Nice hotel with great breakfast and slightly larger than average London rooms. My room was next to a main door that slammed every time someone went through so not the best sleep. Clean in a decent location.

Clean, warm, incredibly inviting, and staff that go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay. Definitely staying here again. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable, the air conditioner never worked.

Stayed for 4 nights, it was easy to get to the hotel and the prices for the rooms were great. Our room was just next to the elevator so it was pretty noisy when people used the elevator (basicall all night / early morning). The beds were not the most comfortable and the bathrooms didn't feel too clean, but for the price we paid it was still a pretty good experience.

The room is small but cozy, water and shower is pretty good. The staff was also very helpful. The hotel is at walkable distance to Heathrow Express so catching the flight was easy for me. I enjoyed my stay there!

Pro: Very good location. Well heated. Clean. Excellent and full continental breakfast. They offer some p options to eat at the hotel. Electric water heater with coffee and courtesy tea. Cons: No minibar! No parking. Several steps at the entrance, no ramp. The best: They give a cell phone for the time of the stay, with free local calls and permanent Wi-Fi. Great help to walk freely! It was a nice stay. I'd choose them again.

This is a great little hotel just off Hyde Park and 2 minutes walk to Lancaster Gate Tube Station. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice of hot and cold food. The staff are externally helpful. I would certainly stay there again.

Really nice, and central hotel in London. Close to Hyde Park and Tube-stations, so easy to get around. Quiet neighborhood and comfortably beds/rooms.

Great location, nice hotel, no parking place, be careful if you park your car in front of the hotel, the limit is 4 hours and it will cost you 80 £ if you are fined. Breakfast is excellent. Avoid room with view on the local pub, it is a bit noisy…

Very good location along Hyde Park a few steps from the subway "Lancaster Gate" (Central line) and its bus stops. Very decent Hotel although the rooms would benefit from being a little bigger. Staff friendly and good breakfast varied and plentiful. Hotel available for booking via GROUPN with promotional rate, breakfast offered (£15 per person) and late check out (13h instead of 11am).

Had a great stay here. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices.

Just visiting to meet family members. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Location fantastic for Hyde Park. Lots of parking outside, but somewhat difficult to find with all the one-way streets.

I reserved single but was upgraded to double free of charge which was nice. Walls of the rooms were not very soundproof so I could hear noices from other rooms. One of the towels was stained but I used the other one so it was ok. I didn't find personnel particularly friendly but I enjoyed my stay there.

Chic, clean and friendly hotel amidst. Furnishings are a pleasing mix of modern and classic. The book-lined bar is particularly pleasant, but the rooms are well set up and the bathroom is excellent. Breakfast is adequate and copious. Pricing very reasonable by London standards.

Great location, good prices, but very basic. Rooms are simple, and the one I had had no fridge. Good air-conditioning though and quick service in reception.

Being a stone throws distance form Hyde Park the hotel was in a great location. (even though Lancaster gate station is closed until July. Maybe this is why we got a brilliant price! ) The hotel staff were very helpful and professional with good recommendations of the local area. The room we were in was originally an executive double room which was upgraded to an executive suite which spanned two levels. The interior was amazing with only a few minor faults; the electrics/lighting and fridge cupboard. The shower was pleasant but the fixed overhead shower was to far forward and low down. The tea tray was standard quality. A upmarket hotel with a little bit of luxury in a nice part of London.

The service was good, and The breakfast was nice. Then our last day it was like The breakfast staff was hangover or just lazy. Those two other mornings was exceptionell nothing to complain about. They had pancakes which they cooked to order and I thought my little brother could have that our last day there. But the waitress said today its not possible. Then I asked the chef when she was out in the buffet area and she said no problem. And 5min later I had pancakes for my little brother. And The rooms are really noizy. I would not comeback because of The rooms noizyness.

A great room for a fantastic price.
The service was exemplary, from the reception staff to the staff in the breakfast room. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in London, close to Hyde Park/ Bayswater/ Paddington.

Nice location tucked just back from the main road, but still only a minute or two from Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Very polite and welcoming reception staff, room was a tad small for my longer frame but for the rate perfectly acceptable.

Small rooms. The walls are not isolating the outside noise. The reseption stuff are nice, but no basic informatin about the city or transportation is available at the front desk.

Just over a year ago my party of four booked Morington because of its location relative to our London holiday site seeing desires. On the first night one of our party had to go to St Mary's emergency. She had life saving surgery the next morning. Then she had to stay in her ward until she was well enough to travel. The hotel staff were very kind and understanding as three of us had to have accommodations during recovery time at St Mary's. Staff were so cheerful in helping us with extending our stay day after day and also in suggesting how to meet our other needs. As an American I had to ask one of the staff, "How can you be so civilized? " Thank you, Mornington, thank you. (The patient and I married this past June. We celebrate our life together with a constant remembrance of Mornington staff's support during our completely unexpected and greatly stressful life and death event. )

Fantastic boutique modern refurbished hotel in the heart of London. Close to Lancaster Gate tube station and Paddington railway station. Right across the road from Hyde Park. Fantastic facilities. Amazing breakfast. Nice bar/library. Very friendly and efficient staff. Great stay. Highly recommended.

The staff was friendly and helpful, I had no problems with the room. I stayed there for a week while I had my vacetion in London. It is close to Lancaster Gate tube station, and paddington station. I had breakfast included with my room, and there was a nice selection for breakfast. There was air-conditioning in my room, a flat-screen television. Free Wi-fi. I did not bring my laptop, though so I only used it on my phone, so I can not claim to know if the speed and stability is good or bad. All in all I was pleased with my stay there, and might well choose the same hotel again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a great location near many tube stations and the Paddington trains. And Mr Wilson, the general manager, was extremely prompt and helpful in sorting out my enquiry about available rooms, even offering me an upgrade when rooms became available. Would definitely stay here again.
