I had booked a room with two single beds. Arrived at the hotel we were told that the room had the toilet faulty so we were given two single rooms. The More I insisted on saying that this option is NOT the one for which I had paid and the more they said that two single rooms are better than one with two single beds.
I would like to MAKE a CLARIFICATION: I had called the Hotel 2 hours before and they on the phone never told me that I would receive a room other than the one booked; I Doubt the toilet broke just in those two hours taking into account that I got to the night! Arrived in the room, I found The baskets full of junk (including the surplus of a Mcdonald), I showed the photos to the staff! I don't Recommend the breakfast included: The breakfast space is very small and you have to wait because there are no croissants for everyone, the room is so small that you do not breathe and you find yourself waiting along with 20 other people who like you are waiting for The croissants. NOT RECOMMENDED! There are many other hotels in the area close to the metro station.

High quality rooms, if a little small. Complementary breakfast and a fairly priced room. Close to local bars and a stone's throw from Hyde park. The 24hour reception desk is nice to fall back on, if you arrive late or even just want to go out for a drink.

Stayed here on a recent visit to London. It was in a great location, with access to the tube, lots of restaurants and walking distance to some cool neighborhoods. The room was super tiny, we had a triple, and I had to shimmy along the foot of the beds to just get to my bed. The bathroom was unbelievably tiny and you couldn't do much more than shower and go to the bathroom in there. I think our AC was broken, but I was fine because we could just open the window at night. We had a gorgeous street facing view, so we got no noise from the tube station. The building was a bit confusing if you were using the stairs, and there were a ton of doors. Breakfast was nice, but closed early and there wasn't a ton of space. Also the Wi-Fi was super spotty and slow, and I'm glad I wasn't relying on it for my whole trip. Everyone at the desk was super friendly, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

Hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes walk from Earl's Court underground station. The single room I was occupying was small, but comfortably furnished. Given that the hotel targets business travellers, a small desk would have been convenient, there was room for one. There are a multitude of eating establishments within a short walk from the Hotel.

Just few steps away from Underground. Quality room. Clean toilet. Good quality sleep. Free breakfast. Friendly staff.

Great hotel, well located (same block as the underground, Earl's Court station), with lots of stores, pubs and cafés nearby. Good breakfast, although it closes at 9am (a bit soon for me). The room and bathroom are extremely tight, making it quite hard to move around and get dressed (we were in three). Two cockroaches appeared in the room, but the hotel is refurbishing, so I believe it's due to it. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean. Great location. If you are over 6 feet tall everything will be not ideal.

Completely refurbished and budget Hotel.

A clean hotel with well connected, with a metro station within walking distance (4 minutes walk) and two lines that ensure you can go anywhere in the city. The area in which it is located is very good with many restaurants nearby, pizzerias, McDonald's, Burguer King among others, and is a bustle but quiet and safe area. Breakfast without being the best is acceptable and we had no complaint. The hotel staff is friendly and willing to help in everything. The only thing but the room is very small, tiny I would say, but if you are going to enjoy London and the hotel only to sleep is highly recommended. I'll say again.

All very well. Perfect location well connected to the metro very close by in a lively area with dining options for all budgets including a McDonald's and a King burguer. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nicely updated hotel in the heart of a beautiful neighborhood. Room is cheap, cheerful and close to the tube. Be aware, the tube runs right behind the building so if the noise will bother you, take it into consideration. Rooms are small but wonderfully appointed. Staff have been super helpful and warm!

Had family room which for me was good size. Staff very friendly and I would stay again.

The hotel is very close to an underground station, and therefore very accessible. The room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of options to choose from.

Newly refurbished, pleasent stay. Comfortable and clean rooms. Also a bargain for central London. 10/10 would stay again.

Positive points: very clean hotel, receptionist very welcoming and courteous negative points: permanent problem with the elevator suddenly it would be necessary to type all the stairs in the form of a maze on foot.

Charming Hotel. Small but very neat rooms with modern style and very clean bathroom. The Desasayuno is quite complete and the hotel staff is friendly. The location is perfect, the Metro is a 1 minute walk and very good connection to central London.

The staff was very helpful, the location of the hotel is very good, next to a metro station and the room was clean enough. The room, however, was tiny, less than a meter around the bed, no space for a table, and the slanted ceiling did not add to the habitability of the room (and I'm not a tall person). The breakfast was basic, just some fruit, juices, youghurt and toasts. The coffee machine was broken the first day, so only half the options were available. All in all, passable for a short stay, but not great, and not suitable for people who aren't comfortable in small spaces.

Comfortable hotel, small one but good enough to take a rest when you visit London. Very close to the Earls court undergroud. Quick connections whith city center. Good selection. I will repeat it.

I don't know why this hotel gets such bad reviews? It is one of the older hotels but our room was freshly renovated. All amenities including USB ports for charging. Brand new everthing. Give this place another chance. Breakfast was simple.

As a traveller, two things are really important to me: Wi-Fi and proximity to subway. This hotel got both down (I was in room 01). I had a single room with a beautiful view of a garden. It also had a TV and a blow dryer. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and also stored my luggage for a long time. I would definitely go back to this hotel, especially given how close to transportation it is.

Avoid the lower ground rooms bed comfy shower room is so tiny but shower great breakfast good as well.

Lovely stay, breakfast was basic but food… Rooms were nice and clean so all round.

Reception staff super helpful and polite, can't write the same for the staff serving breakfast, by the way the Macedonia I ate was also gone to bad as Frizzava! Clean room.

Friendly staff. Relatively clean. Near public transport. Basic breakfast. Rooms too small. No real AC (too hot). Bad Wif signal. Bad TV signal.

Old Fashioned decor. It is hoped that the work will be completed soon. Room for breakfast inadequate to the number of visitors and service at table useless. Not sure to go back on the occasion of a next visit.

For the price, this hotel is simply unbeatable! It's directly next to the tube station, as well as smack dab in the middle of stores and eateries a plenty! The staff, Alex and Jasmina, were unbelievably friendly, helpful, and all around amazing people. Anything we needed, they responded to within seconds. People that give poor reviews for this place are likely millionaires, because I have traveled the world, and never have I found a better bargain when it comes to price, location, and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking to get the most from their London experience. Thank you Trebovir Hotel, for an amazing 4 day stay!

Very good location with plenty of places to eat. Good for Earls Court and some museums in walking distance. Very clean and tidy, excellent en suite. Staff friendly Very good value, breakfast included. Would stay again.

Definitely avoid!
I was put in a basement, with a cramped room, tiny bathroom, bed equally tiny attached to the wall, otherwise do not pass.
On the other hand I paid immediately upon arrival and they didn't want me to change the room.
To my request to leave, I don't make money.
If, despite everything, book this hotel, before paying, make sure the room.

The hotel is its location. The rooms are small, which is completely normal in London. We travelled with our two children and had a four-bed room which was clean and appealing. The bathroom was newly renovated and spacious. But admittedly, you should take the breakfast situation with humor. We were tired but every morning. The staff was friendly and the price is for London conditions in the lower middle. We will book this hotel again for our next London trip.

It's a budget choice for easy access to the important metro stations while still maintaining a standard (i. E. Not youth hostels or such), but the hotel itself isn't much. VERY close to the Earl's Court Underground exit, within 200m you have plenty of coffeeshops, a classic english pub, supermarket.

This is ideally located for Earls Court and surrounding area, the hotel is well presented, the staff very friendly and helpful especially on the little things like lending you an umbrella if it's raining! Although there is no bar or restaurant 2 minutes walk to the right are an abundance of restaurants to suit most pockets. I was very happy with my stay and will happily go again.

Correct hotel. It seems newly renovated. Breakfast included basic. If you have trouble with stairs ask for a room near the elevator.
