Booked a two night stay in October for myself and my wife along with my wife's fully accredited Assistance dog, recieved a call from the hotel saying that we would not be welcome to stay, we pointed out that the dog is covered by the assistance dogs UK legislation and cannot be refused access, still refused accommodation, asked if the hotel would decline a person with a guide dog apparently yes they would. Disgraceful attitude discriminating against my wife.

Pros: + close to the subway station + apparently quite newly renovated + large window in the bathroom + generally bright room + elevator Negative: — Hotel advertises with Wifi, Wi-Fi only very slow and unstable — called subway station is clearly audible — hotel is very audible — unfriendly P ersonal — extremely small room — smallest sink in the world — low water pressure, which makes showering and toilet flushing difficult.

A little small in space in some rooms but okay for the price. No restaurant though for either of the meal incased one needs to.

The room in the 4th floor was just awful. It was tiny (even for London), not very clean and ridiculously hot.

Really bad. Rooms bordering on claustrophobia. Very poor cleaning (in my children's room — in the basement they never changed the sheets. It even rained in my room. Staff reduced to the bone (two Indians who exchanged places at the reception and who don't even speak good English). No breakfast. For the price in the end it is better. The only thing beautiful is the area, with a metre's court a few steps away, and the avenue with the characteristic houses of south kensington. For the rest never again.

Small, clean rooms in a perfect location to explore London with great public transport options nearby. Great for a two or three night stay. A little on the expensive side.

The Hotel ist very close to the station, the rooms are clean but very small, service was very good and the people working there friendly.

The heating in the rooms is a disgrace. The manager refused to move us to another room. Instead he gave us a small electric heater which could not compete with the draft coming from the window. The next morning due to the discrepancies the beds were not made, bins were not empty and towels not replaced. The rooms I would describe as a semi mismatching furnished council flat.

Clean, nice and quite in a quiet street, friendly staff, renovated rooms. No hooks for towels and electricity switch (? ) in the bathroom. Good access via near Earls Court station, lots of cafes and shops nearby.

As for cleanliness and vital spaces the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, however it is handy to get to the center and close by there are great places to eat. Recommended for Max 3/4 days. Average price of the city.

Rooms small, walls thin, paid £49 for double definitely wouldn't pay more. Builders outside very loud from 8am. Staff friendly and room clean.

Very clean, very comfortable, location is excellent. I have often been disappointed in hotels in this area, definitely not disappointed this time.

A place to avoid absolutely.

Very average paid 128 for 2 nights bed not that great and bath is just nàhh. That's why only stayed one night of the 2 nights I paid.

It is not suitable for delicate people! But to go to sleep and shower this quite well … very close to the metro and supermarket.

The location is great. Right next to the metro station. The room was pretty normal, nothing special or fancy but good place to sleep in.

The location is definitely the best thing about the hotel. 3 minute walk to the underground station. Quite a few pubs and restaurants around and 5 minutes to a large Tesco for pretty much anything you need. As others have noted the rooms are very small, although they are clean and we never had any problems with the bathroom or Wi-Fi or anything. Due to the size of the rooms though you've very close to the other guests, so you will definitely need to watch how loud you are if you plan on listening to music at night. Overall great value for money.

Nice and clean Hotel. Nice staff The room is very small but it seems that in London it is a widespread thing. Bathroom (WC only) outside the room but for private use. The shower instead is inside the room along with a small sink. The Wi-Fi works great!

My daughter and I were there earlier this year around the Easter holiday for three days. If you are looking for a very very basic hotel and a phenomenal location near to everything important this hotel is great for you. It is incredibly tiny but it is clean. It is right around the corner from Earls tube train station which can easily access the high points in London and Heathrow airport. There are loads of restaurants and bars and stores and ATMs and money exchanges to choose from. Unfortunately my daughter became ill but thankfully there was an urgent care right up the street. We had an incredibly tiny room but it faced the street and we could open the windows which to us was a big deal. There was a safe as well as a kettle and the shower was a sufficient size for my 5'9 frame. If you have been in European hotels/showers you understand what I mean.
I would stay there again if I were there for that short a period of time.

Don't particularly like the photo here is not the same without terror and sometimes at night no hot water.

Small place but next to the underground.

Good location, looks very nice from the outside.
Room very small, old style (not very modern furniture). Very small bathroom. Weak toilet flushing, beds comfortable, however, is a type of popup beds. From outside you can hear everything in the room: everyone who passes in your room, or goes only down/up the stairs. You can hear the conversations and the trudge of the feet.
Breakfast very modest, always the same and no hot food (no fried eggs, sausages… etc). Two small tables with toast, bread, a dish with always the same ham, another dish with always the same cheese, jam, honey, butter, yogurt, cereals. It's not a spectacular breakfast and I more had hoped for honest said.
I would say for a short trip, it's okay, but I felt too good, there are nicer hotels, I would not say that this one is worth a day 100 pounds.
My visit took place on the 02.03.2016 ~ 06.03.2016 instead.

Stayed here for five nights and are very satisfied. The hotel room was small but very clean and cozy. Large bed and also the bathroom was for two persons completely sufficient. Unfortunately there are still no toilet brush — that's why a star less. This should still be improved. The Breakfast was also good. And for this perfect location (3min to the subway, the price is super!

Nice hotel, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Just a few minutes walk from Earls Court underground station so that was convenient. The rooms were a little small — but I was out for most of the day so it didn't bother me too much.

The hotel nice and clean close for underground tube spend ten dayes.

The hotel is in very good location to visit London (the tube is a few minutes walk). The staff is very helpful and kind. The room (a quadruple room) very clean and the beds (two French) very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit 'small especially the sink but to take a shower is more than enough. Breakfast (included in the price) is decent although I prefer places as Starbucks (there are at least two nearby).
Furthermore from the Train Station West Brompton (few minutes walk) you can reach Watford to visit the Warner Bros Studios (The making of Harry Potter Making) with a direct train (ask at the ticket office).

The hotel is only 3 minutes walk from Earls Court tube station. Very clean hotel, and very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was very good with a variety of sweets, bread, toast, ham, cheese, eggs and fruit. I would definately recommend this lovely hotel.

Breakfast is good, location of hotel is good. BUT: Corridors are very narrow. You have to climp up on stairs letting you feel you are in a wooden house in the 16th century. NO SPACE AT ALL (you cant make a turn with your luggage in your hand). Very small room, without enough space on the table to open your laptop. Electricity was not available for a few hours while I stayed there. No toilet brush in the bathroom. (lack of hygiene) No "dont disturb card" available. Staff keep knocking on the door disturbing you all the time. They speak hardly any english. Wifi costs money.

After I had read some reviews of the Lord Kensington, I was a little concerned when my partner said, she had booked us for a city break at the weekend in the Lord Kensington, but to be honest, I was actually pretty impressed. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, our room was spotlessly clean with room to move (I think she updated us). Our room was full of bad and we had fresh towels. A continental buffet breakfast in the price of our stay was much to choose from and very tasty included.
