Beautiful hotel well located in the center of Nothing Hill and a stone's throw from Hyde Park. Redone.
Very friendly staff with little care.

We booked for a five day stay… We stopped in that filth thirty minutes. Dirty Hotel full of hair, hairs, dust, rats excrements in industrial quantity, dirty water, stained sheets, mold everywhere and fake window. Don't go there!

It was ok. If you have large luggage then avoid as you will be struggling up the steep stairs. Also if you are infirm or unfit avoid like the plague. Lots of stairs which is common in London… it was cheap. What do you expect. Wifi worked well.

Outstanding location. Quiet area in the intersection of W2 (Paddington) and W8 (Kensington), this area of Westminster is a short walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Palace (Princess Diana's home), nice neighborhood pubs, we etc. The service is good, but the hotel itself needs work. Awesome if you're not planning to spend time in your room.

Like mentioned before. Good place if you're only looking for a bed. Location is awesome. I didn't have any problems with hygiene. The bed sheets were clean and so was the little shower in my room (#15) but VERY small room. Had to squeeze between the sink and the bed to get to the shower. The addition of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a nice touch.

A place to sleep and get ready. That's about all. But who needs anything else in a city as magnificent as London? For $60/night, what more do you expect. The location is fantastic, the staff incredibly courteous and the neighborhood is beautiful. The rooms are small and a bit dated, but by no means are they filthy and uninhabitable.

Room horrible super small for 4 people, bathroom small, dirty, the location and the Wi-Fi is the only good, does not have a lift stairs super steep, not recommended.

Staff were absolutely lovely, and very helpful. It is in a fantastic location right near Kensington gardens and a quaint pub with good lunch food. Room and hotel were very tired, but felt like it needed some serious refurbishment. The family room was very cramped and had little storage space. The bathroom was small and needed replacing entirely. Even the waste paper bin, which would cost next to nothing to replace, was grubby and bent out of all proportion. Getting up the the penultimate floor was a nightmare with loads of stairs which were narrow and steep (not that this can be helped, but worth knowing about if you're not good with stairs). Good price and if you're staying for a night, not unavoidable. Bear in mind some rooms have a shared bathroom.

Prices exaggerated for the quality and cleanliness that offers the structure.

Hotel not recommendable. Eye with this joint. It is less a hotel. Dirty, bad service and the employees leave a lot to be desired. I don't understand how to have the opening licence.

The staff is very good. There is no lift in this hotel so not suited for aged and if you have lot of luggage then avoid staying here. Breakfast has limited options. The advantage is its location.

Tidy, goode yalue for money.

The curtains dirty double room was tiny had to go to shared toilet and shared shower had dirty duvets aswell worst hotel ever will never go back again.

Very affordable bed & breakfast in a great location in Bayswater. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very humble, kind & helpful. Perfect for a weekend in London.

This is the third time that we stay at this hotel and we are too satisfied. The hotel is just a few minutes from three metro stations, the area is safe and quiet at night. Near Bayswaterwhere there are restaurants, shops and supermarkets open even at night. Remember: the hotel hasn't lift. The breakfast is varied and plentiful (important since it is included in the price). The staff is excellent for competence and cortesia. WI FI free in the rooms. In the room there is liquid soap and shower gel. We always recommend for the excellent value for money and because we find it very welcoming. Our girls liked to much. We return as soon as possible. This is a shack. Avoid at all cost. Had similar experience with the credit card. Charged twice on my credit card. Rooms are shabby and very poorly maintained. The only plus side staff are friendly.

Very dissapointed with the Hotel Maangment. I booked a room for two friends with my debit card and by mistake they charged me twice for the same room. 10 days later I had to stop by and talk to the manager and the director of the hotel, which is a very nice lady that apologized for the mistake. They did the neccesary to give me back the money or they said so. Still waiting for the money, I have talked to my bank and they say it should take way less than 24 hours to return 180 euros. But still I do not have the money back in my account. I am calling the hotel but the line never seems to be available. I will write a second part of this review and let people know if they finally give me back my money and how long it takes. So far the experience is not that good.
