Beautiful safe place & beautiful staff peoples!

I can not recommend this hotel. My parents room was robbed during the night while they were asleep. The management didn’t really take it seriously. It was a unpleasant experience.

Excellent location. Good quality stay. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly. And heloful staff.

Absolutely everything, the front desk service was amazing, my room was delightful, the bathroom was perfect. I am really going back.

We had booked a Deluxe Room and it was very small. We upgraded to a Superior or Clubroom and it was perfect. The staff is excellent. The area is quiet but 5 min away from pubs and restaurants. Close to the underground. We stayed from the at this hotel from July 25th to 8/5/2018. Mr Savio and the rest of the staff were very friendly.

Very clean and the room was good for a family but the A/C keep breaking down we have stayed in the premier Hotel for 5 nights the staff was very friendly especially the receptionists (AHMER) he was very helpful Definitely will go back.

Amazingly clean and well-appointed rooms with modern facilities. Closely located to Notting Hill tube. Will definitely be back.

I stayed at the Premier a number of times throughout the month of July whilst travelling Europe. The hotel is modern, well designed, clean and comfortable. The reception and hotel staff always went out of their way for me as solo traveller, making me feel welcome and looked after At all times. The location couldn’t be more ideal in Notting Hill, close to transport and a number of tube stops. I wouldn’t hesitate coming back here again and a big thank you to Zara, Savio, Irene and Albazar!

The hotel is very well located. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The stay was nice and the rooms were clean. Just that the size of the room and bed are a little small, which is the case in most of London. All in all, it is well recommended. Special mention about Ahmer from the reception, he helped us a lot in making our stay more comfortable.

In terms of location, The Premier Notting Hill does not get much better. Everything you could need is right on your footstep. Initially after an error with the booking (error of booking agent not the hotel), the hotel bent over backwards to assist me to make sure my stay was rewarding. This is the service you want after you fly from Sydney to London. From Irene at Reception to Milagris in reservations ensured that my every need was met. It is remiss of me not to mention the porter (apologies for not remembering name) as he was SENSATIONAL. He always has a friendly smile and assisted in transporting bags to my room. I was so impressed with the hotel, I have already booked to stay for another week once I return to London in a few weeks. Yes the rooms are a little small but this is what happens in London particularly the Old Victorian buildings — but rooms are neat and tidy and have everything you need. Would happily recommend. Have happily returned to the Premier Notting Hill after a few weeks away in Europe. This is my second stay here and once again I am very happy with the service provided by the hotel. Savio on the front desk has been so accommodating and greets you with good morning or good afternoon each day by your name — which is great customer service. The hotel also looks after returning guests so I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a central location, nice staff and clean hotel.

Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very low water pressure in the shower (my room was on the 4th floor). Air condition smells like pee. Had trouble in the very small breakfast room, but it was very good.

The staff were efficient and forthcoming towards service. Well done to Amir and Irene. Thks so much…

Clean room, all services a 4 star room must have. Frendly staff. English breakfast with not too many options. A little downside was the fact that the room was located under the main floor, with not much natural light. But they have upstairs rooms as well. For 1 night business traveler it was very good.

Excellent boutique hotel. Great location with 3 X tube stations in 10 minutes walk and Paddington a short taxi ride away. Helpful staff. Compact room, but well appointed.

Well-connected with the center at 10min by Metro, near Portobello Market within 15 min walk. Very friendly and helpful Staff Quiet and peaceful area with market, pub and pizzeria in the area. The room was very clean Prices in line with the other accommodations. Go back.

Excellent hotel all round. Very well-appointed room. Helpful staff. Great location — 5-10 minutes walk to Bayswater, Notting Hill Gate and Queensway Tube stations, and lots of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. £8 taxi to Paddington Station. My wife and I had a fantastic weekend based from this hotel. Will visit again.

I stayed for a Saturday night in a single room (112). All the staff I encountered were welcoming, courteous and helpful. The reception area is very pleasant and the hotel has a good ambiance. The room was quiet and very comfortable and good value for money. There was no view as it looks out into a light well with ducting, pipes etc but there were excellent curtains if you wanted to block it out. There was a kettle with tea and coffee, a bottle of water and biscuits. The small wardrobe had plenty of hangers but the ironing board at the back restricts the available depth. There is good storage for a single room in central London. The bathroom was small but well designed with good space for toiletries, and the shower was good. I didn't have breakfast as I had an early departure but again the individual on reception was courteous, enquiring if I had enjoyed my stay and expressing the hope that I would come back. I have stayed overnight in London many times and this hotel was one of the best in terms of value for money I have experienced. Yes you can get a bit cheaper in Shepherd's Bush and occasionally even in Bayswater, but this place is in a different league. If you want a larger single room in central London, you will have to pay over £100 and there's likely to be traffic noise. I'd rather stay here.

Nightmare stay. They allocated a noisy room to the point that I had to find a different accommodation at 3AM! and they didn't want to refund me for that night, shocking. Definitely not a 4 star property.

Great place to spend the night. The hotel is one of the cleanest places I've ever seen! Everything looked like it was just waxed and cleaned everytime I walked in. It's a bit far from the underground, and it's not a real hotel (more like a motel) so I had to give only 4 stars, but other than that it's great!

A few minutes walk from Notting Hill station. Very friendly staff. In a quiet neighbourhood. My room was very clean.

The staff was extremely helpful the morning we arrive, and really made our trip by their kindness. They certainly went above and beyond! My wife and I would definitely stay again.

I had a delux double room which looked bigger on the pictures than it actually was. Enough storage space and a modern new bathroom, bathtub was top! All very clean and well maintained, unfortunately a few surfaces that have only attracted the dust (poor housekeeping). 3 min to Bayswater underground where circle — (yellow) and District Line (green) drive every few minutes.

Great hotel. Zono quiet is 5 minutes from Bayswater Metro. Very kind. Recommended!

A big thank you from Ali to Savio and Zara :) Last time it was Milagris, Julian and Albazar (I hope I spelt the name right) who made my stay pleasant with their hospitality, and friendliness. This time it’s Savio and Zara, who did everything possible to make sure I got the perfect room to my needs. There are a few hotels in Bayswater, but none of them can match the quality of this one, so I was in a bit of panic as I wasn’t sure I was going to get a room that day due to the high demand online. I arrived at around 2pm, and it was very busy at the hotel due to all the check ins. As I have now stayed in a number of rooms at this hotel and they are all as good as eachother, you will not be disappointment, if you are looking for comfort, cleanliness and class. The maids are extremely helpful also when they do their housekeeping, they clean the room from top to bottom. The area is brilliant, minutes walk from Kensington Gardens and Notting Hill, and 2 underground stations nearby Queensway/Bayswater) and multiple bus stops that will give you easy and quick access to all of London’s tourist attractions.

Nice hotel quick check in lots of bars and shops open late near the hotel but very quiet. Set in a regency location very beautiful. Cosy room but modern interior design with nice amenities. Easy access to tube station.

Happy, friendly staff who are always attentive. Room was very clean and a good standard of decor. Easy parking directly outside. Short walk to Hyde Park and Kensington High Street. If you don't mind a bit of a walk… took 35 mins to Oxford Street. Many cafes and restaurants — our favourite Maroush in Queensway, been there 6 times and never disappointed.

A tasteful and exceedingly well-maintained hotel in a quiet, safe and convenient location. The room was elegant and cosy, the staff kind and helpful. I was plesantly suprised by a follow-up call by the house manager, showing once more the attention to customer satisfaction and comfort this hotel has towards its guests. Will definitely make it my to go hotel in London.

Most of the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The room initially booked was labeled"deluxe single. " As tiny as it was, it was like a snuggly nest in grandma's attic. I've had larger rooms across the world that were never So Cozy! AC, state of the art shower, great tv, and a fair size comfy bed! Only 2 issues — an on-line listing stated mini-fridges & airport shuttles were included. Not so — Only Certain rooms have fridges, so I was moved to another one, but at my (full) expense, no discount offered. The new room was lovely, & included a microwave (! ) tho I missed the cozy nook. The staff kindly moved my bags for me, including a sleep mask I'd misplaced! Also there is No shuttle, & whilst they offered to make arrangements — again at my full expense — subsequent Considerable issues with their calling for cabs made me glad I didn't take them up on it. In 4 days, I had them call 3 cabs, only 2 of which showed, & each quite late. One used his GPS to get completely lost & attempted to drop me off at a housing development instead of Sunday lunch at a pub! I noted all this to the desk later, & a perfunctory apology/excuse was made, citing their perfect history with the company they use, & will continue to use. Not satisfactory considering the formal wedding functions I was horribly late for 3 out of 3 times! The rest of the staff — lovely! The upscale rooms/location on a quiet street facing a lovely park — wonderful!

It was a very nice Hotel and the staff were very friendly. Only downside the rooms, although we had booked an exclusive double, the bed was jammed in the room and there was not even space to place the suitcase…

Good hotel close to downtown but away from the hustle and Bustle. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well-kept Structure. The room, although it was a deluxe, was Microscopic. The bed was barely in the closet and the wardrobe was very small.
It can be good for a weekend but More.
Perfectly in line with the classification because on average in London hotels are overrated by a star compared to italy.

The staff was great and the location is good, but… I found holes in two bags of food… I don't know if they were mice, but I can't imagine what else could have been… I am very sorry, because apart from that it was a nice stay. The room was indeed very small but cosy.

Easy walk to Bayswater and Edgeware rd tube station. Plenty of good restaurants and pubs. Took out breakfast option, plenty to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and standard size room, would stay again.

The location was great for what we wanted. The receptionist that checked us in was very gruff, we felt like naughty school kids. The room was compact but had everything we needed. It was clean but shabby. It was very hot at the time so the air con was on but kept switching itself off, especially annoying when your trying to sleep, which we didnt get alot of because the bed was rather uncomfortable and the guests in the next room were very noisy. All in all we wouldnt stay here again.

The staff is very nice, it is pretty close to the centre, very clean facilities, but the rooms are a bit small. It is hard to open 2 suitcases at once and you can barely walk through the room. The bathrooms are all right and there are good Tv's. Overall it has a good location, good rooms, but a bit small.

Great service! The room and view were nice, the staff were very kind and helpful, and breakfast was good — albeit not worth an additional 13£, in my opinion.

I am not particularly excited about the facilities of this hotel. For 4 * I had expected more. The room was very small and all the corners were toasted. The bed was very small but comfortable. The bathroom smelled like someone was smoking there. The location was very good and the evening was nice and quiet. I would not stay here again Though.

Area well served by two subways the CIRCL but especially the fastest and most frequent central from Queensway to central London at a time.

Unprofessional hotel. I booked a room online for a great rate and when I arrived at the hotel was told that my room was cancelled. The staff apologised but would not admit any wrong doing by not even informing that my booking was cancelled. I would advise against this hotel. Rooms are small and bed was lumpy.

Overpriced and overbooked hotel. With the pretext of boiler problem, it sends guests to another hotel of their group. The double room I had was dark, practically no window, air-condition did not work properly. Staff cannot cope with stress.

I was put in a basement room with broken air con. My window looked out on to a 2 metre squared brick containment area housing the buildings ventilation unit. It was loud and my sleep was sporadic. Breakfast was good though in the basement dining area. Needless to say I won't be staying here ever again. Decent pub on the corner, prince Edward I think it was called.

Stupidly small rooms. Polite but not very smart checking staff. Bell boy who watches you struggle with bags. Rooms next to the hotels boiler, so woken up a dozen times anytime somone heats water. These so called 4 star small hotels seem terrible, nearly always get better service in small privately owned 1 and 2 stars.

First start french friends was wrong in this Hotel! A 4 stars where no member of the staff don't speak french! You are asked to adjust the room even before to set foot inside, then inside the room is tiny. We had a room floor that was in no way soundproofed against the local housewives so every morning at 6:30 this is the stank before the window of the room. Finally her to tell you that there is no French chain, that there is no mini bar, no internet connection and no heating in the rooms! Don't let you have photos of the rooms, catch photo angles make you seem limited to huge rooms but it's only illusion. Mention special at the photographer.

The room (we stay in) is roomy, private, well-appointed and comfortable. In fact, I'd say "comfort" is the key theme here. You feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. The very big dogs, Beau and Buddy, are sweet dogs, and very well-behaved.

Poor. Very disappointing. Room tiny. Breakfast — they should be ashamed: dining-room small, hot and crowded; food barely warm; coffee from a machine. Mini-gym? — two machines, neither working.
