Place needs work but new management is working hard on that! In a great location with lovely welcoming staff. Nice terrace out the back with a bbq and a spacious common room in the basement.

Dirty room, bedding was horrible, no towels, and the box shower in the middle room, and very bad smell. Avoid if you can. Good thing was good location.

The hotel was extremely dirty and unacceptable. One night only occurred foreign un our room and wanted and got our good. And they only occurred with a key in which they got from the night watchman.

It's not the 5 star hostel but it's a good cheap place to stay. The people are friendly.

Nice area with many hostels. Cheap afordable prices considering that it is zone 1.

Bed bugs and flews in all rooms. They changed our room for a desinfection. The other room was worst. Had no sleep all night get bitten from these aliens. When I complained the administration said its still from the other room. People don't care and eat ur stuff. The second visit was better!

Good location, close to business/shops/market and also the train station. It's "clean" and the bedroom aren't that bad. For the price it's really convenient.

Where do I begin… We arrived at the hostel to be told that our booking was cancelled. We had to rebook in order to get a room that night. The room we were in was absoloutly disgusting. There was 8 beds (4 sets of bunk beds that didn't even fit the room) This big fella came into out room at 3am. He couldn't even fit through the gap between the bunk beds to get into the room. Another man followed into the room 20mins later farting so loud complaining that he had bad guts. He then got into a argument with another guy who was sleeping in the room. The walls were sticky. The sheets were filthy. Slept fully clothed and sprayed half a bottle of my diesel "only the brave" all over the bed because it was reakingggg : ( I slept holding my bag pack because I felt so unsafe. Went to the toilet early the next morning… I COULDNT FIT THE TOLIET. Seriously the toilet is so small. Worst nights stay ever. How this place is still open. I do not know.

Pretty standard hostel as they go but was a good, comfortable stay and reasonable price.

The pictures do not show the real hostel. If you can afford it, look for any other option. The rooms of 4 are too small to fit 2 bunk beads (there is almost no space to walk between them). There was a sink inside the bedroom; the wood around had termites. The shared toilets and bathrooms had a permanent stench. They don't have any lockers for you to put small bags with passports or so. The man at the reception told us the first day to keep our things with us (except clothes) because they could get stolen. The only good thing about this hostel was its location.

Worst hostel I've stayed at my entire life! Please don't believe the pictures on booking sites! The place is run down, filthy, extremely dirty, overcrowded, and how it hasn't been closed down yet is beyond me. I slept fully clothed on top of the blanket with my own towel as a pillow as I didn't want to touch the clearly unwashed and dirty sheets. I also used the toilet in the nearby pub as I couldn't bring myself to use the bathroom there. My husband who did told me that it was not only incredibly unclean and reeking, but he also had to open the door to put his trousers back on as there was no space at all (mind he's only an average sized man! ). Please stay anywhere else but here. It's vile!

The worst hostel I have been in my life.

College kids looking for a cheap hotel for spring break. It was horrible. Gross beds with blood stains and crumbs left in the sheets that aren't washed only turned inside out for the next people, weird grown men that walk around the halls in their underwear, and water that is scorching hot to the point where you would rather be dirty than take a shower. Front desk was very unhelpful with helping plan activities around London as well as giving us false information about underground. The second night we were here some grown man came back to the hostel drunk and went on a rampage destroying everything in the lobby. The sheets smelled and were sticky from not being washed. Overall horrible experience.

Very nice area, convenient location to easily reach any point of the city with metro and bus. Room was clean and consistent with the description.

To avoid. Personal little welcoming, the beds were poorly made and not even necessarily own with sheets of the wrong sizes. The rooms are well far of the pictures that we can find on the internet, the place is dirty and a little warm. In our rooms we had a sink broken to the contours filthy, windows dirty and broken, the rest of the hotel is not top either … For the price we expected at least to have a satisfactory reception. It was not even the case. Really, avoid this place.

The only Positive thing about the Hostel was the free Wi-Fi and the location. Within 15 minutes it was on the U-Bahn Station and shopping facilities. The staff at the Hostel were super rude and impossible. On Entering, the stench of chemicals came as chlorine, and the carpet on the steps was totally broken and worn out. Our room had a water damage on the ceiling, mold on the window, stained bed linen and and and… The shared bathrooms and toilets were so small you could barely move around, and not exactly the cleanest. To recommend in any case!

I went to London and looked for a room at this hostel. Not polite at all, even a little hostile and intimidating. I was almost forced to pay in advance and we didn't even stayed there the first night we left immediately without any reimbursment. Not for family at all. It may not happen same thing to you but better look elsewhere.

One of the most disgusting hostel I ever been in bayswter. The toilet facilities are inexistant and everything is dirty. My bad the first day wasnt changed.

The rooms are totally different. They don't want to reenvolsarme the money. The boss is very close to his attention. We wanted to leave and we were not given the money after 10 minutes of the entrance.
