I am shocked and appaled by what happened in my room just now. Extremely poor and shabby for a five star hotel like yours (I was just informed by your receptionist that you are four star but anyways that doesn't matter. There must be quality if not why am I paying so much to lodge at your place? ). My wife boiled water in your hotel kettle. When I drank the water there was some smell and weird taste. Luckily I opened the kettle and I saw fungus in kettle! Its not cleaned. I was shocked. I went to see receptionist. The attitude was shocking and distant. No empathy at all. I have always stayed in double Tree in every city of my country malaysia. I never had this problem. But here in London this has happened. Very unprofessional and shabby. I am writing this because I have faith you still have customer service values and will look into this. Yes the kettle was replaced with another one but is this how a customer is treated? More importantly how will you ensure it does not repeat?
