Handy to West Brompton Underground. Room well appointed & plenty of lifts. The breakfast is terrific everything you could possibly want. Taxi from Kings Cross was £35! Not on direct Tube from Heathrow & tube has steps which not easy with suitcases. We happy to stay here again.

Wonderful hotel IBIS, Earl's Court, London. Nice staff. Nice hospitality. Very nearby to Bus stops & Underground Tube. We had a pleasant stay for 5 days in IBIS.

We booked a double bed room for 7 nights. It was well maintained. The downside: the air conditioning was very London style and the room was hot when you come back from a hot July afternoon. There was no fridge as well. The upside: The staffs at the service desk, information counter and breakfast were very nice and helpful.

It combines the Ibis style (comfort, good quality relation-price, services, etc. ) with a touch old British that although it could be improved in terms of modernity and state of some things of the rooms, it gives a touch of authenticity to the stay. Good modern TV, coffee maker, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Located in an interesting area, next to the West Brompton metro station, it connects easily and quickly with the tourist attractions. Its surroundings also offer possibilities such as the neighborhood and cool locals of Kensington, the cemetery of West Bromptom, the Stamford Bridge Stadium and plenty pubs/restaurants to choose from. The best: It has its own pub to enjoy a good pint of beer or food after a day of work or routes in London.

In the hotel with low prices. The location is great as it is really close to Earl's Court.

Rooms are decent but smells of wood. Breakfast spread is good. But no change in the menu. Close to train station and bus stop. Need to walk for 10 mins to Earl's court station if you need to change to Piccadilly line. Overall a good place for a comfortable stay.

Light Girl Parade of a stop, lived a night very happy and anime is a direction of the room, unfortunately the hotel has been renovated, corridor room elevator can not be restored QAQ, lobby and front door is still the same, next time to the United Kingdom will live here!

Great hotel five minutes from the West Brompton Metro. EasyJet's bus stop to Gatwick, at the door. Yes, there are not many services around at certain hours except some convenience store and a burger in a street to the left.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is small but functional. The bathroom is OK too but quite ageing.
Nothing frankly unpleasant. Even more a good surprise for an Ibis.
Especially breakfast question… This is the jackpot. Absolutely complete. Nothing to complain about.
And finally the location, you are 5 mins walk from the district line that you will take to West Brompton station. And 3 red bus lines await you right in front of the entrance.
In all, you are for example less than, 15 minutes from Picadilly circus.
I recommend for those looking for a hotel… To sleep without fuss.

Nice quiet simple hotel, friendly staff. It is located in Kensington, a little further away from the sights, but a bus stop is right outside the door and the subway is 5min walk away. Quite good breakfast.

While I didn't stay a night at the hotel, I did attend several 2 day seminars in their conference room. The room was exceptional with great sound and lighting for the event. The bathrooms were clean, the staff were friendly and the overall experience was pleasant. Thanks for everything.

Very large Hotel. But it fulfills the function very well I remembered price.

Very comfortable room. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Very clean hotel. Good location just a short walk from the Metro.

Decent hotel. Bedrooms are small but well soundproofed and it is London… Breakfast is good. Meeting rooms are large and modern. Tube is just down the road and good selection of shops 5 mins walk away.

Great value for the price. Breakfast is always the same.

Great hotel with nice and friendly staff. I even got an voucher with 2 free drinks on for me and my boyfriend because it was my birthday! Lovely bed and great room. We where on the 9'th floor where there was an amazing view. The breakfast cost about the same as other hotels but it has almost everything you could want, so I think it's an fair price. All in all a great hotel I will stay at again if I come to London.

Comfortable rooms, especially the refurbished ones. I've been staying at this Ibis for a few years (usually one night or two) and have always felt very welcome & always slept very well. Not to mention the great location.

Old hotel in the years. We had to complain to our room twice until we got a clean and functional room. The cleanliness in general leaves a lot to be desired and the breakfast is a joke. Prefer to book somewhere else!

The hotel was just in front of the EasyBus stop and 300m from the West Brompton stop.
Maybe it looked somewhat outdated but the bed was quite comfortable and the room was not bad.

It was a very nice hotel. The decor is worthy of the years 80 I still find quite exaggerated the price in view of the quality of the hotel. The reception staff is friendly.

I think they do not know the true concept of service, remember that the hotel is Service + Service no matter whether guests are groups or arrive alone, attention reception, concierge and Lobby bar, the staff of Restaurant best.

This hotel is very well located and the prices are really convenient. The staff has been always kind and really understandable. I've been fur a weekend and it was absolutely lovely spent my time. The full breakfast it's amazing and the continental too. The room was not brand new, but for my point of view really useful.

Comfortable rooms. The attention is not bad, but they are not characterized by having a good mood. The bar is good. The breakfast that includes the reservation is very incomplete… nor eggs brings. If you pay extra, it gets pretty good. It is not central, but the metro station is very close allowing you to access anywhere.

Not too far from the center, close to a metro station, breakfast very provided and good, on the other hand a lot of passage, the doors slam very often, lack of soundproofing.

De service was prima. Bij aankomst konden we meteen naar onze kamer terwijl we ver voor de check-in tijd aanwezig waren. Eventuele vragen die we hadden werden prima beantwoordt. De kamer was heel erg basic, maar op zich prima, aangezien we er feitelijk alleen waren om te slapen. De nadelen van de kamer vond ik de weinige stopcontacten, geen spiegel buiten de badkamer en wanneer het raam niet openstond werd het snel benauwd. Het ontbijt was een relatief uitgebreid all you can eat buffet, dat prima smaakte, maar wil je een echt lekker Engels ontbijt, dan adviseer ik je toch om naar een van de dichtbijzijnde pub te gaan (wij zaten regelmatig bij de black bird, vlakbij earl's court underground station). Al met al een prima hotel voor een paar dagen in Londen.

The hotel is very close to the Metro. There is a very good pub and the people are very friendly but the room is a bit old. The double bed is small.

Hotel more than correct. Which is a bit annoying but I understand it… no effort to speak French. On the other hand a pity to have to pay to get a French news channel. I do not think that the English channels are paying in the hotels of the same group in France.

A cheap alternative to the many expensive accommodation in London.
Near the subway station, quickly in the center.
The hotel itself creates a slightly rundown impression from the outside. It is clean, the beds are relatively comfortable and the breakfast is good and plentiful.
Minor flaws: Our closet door was broken and the toilet flushing needed about 15 minutes before it could be pressed a second time.

Near Subway. Few plugs in the room. If you plug in Bath. Sale of accessories in hotel. Very good area and breakfast service. Warm pub to Eat.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Location is good, and it has its own taxi rank. Hotel is nice but the rooms are a little dated though well maintained. Air conditioning units are already on heat only in September so rooms were warm with no way to cool them. Good water pressure, and good sound insulation between hotel rooms. Nice bar and decent breakfast.

I have lived in many other IBIS hotels in Europe, China. Singapore, Hong Kong. And India. Room condition was the best at Earl's court. Room layout and available furniture was very comfortable and convenient, with elegant finish. Bathroom with bath tub was relay comfortable. Location of the hotel is ideal for tourists and business visitors, as it is very close from tube station and many bus routs available just outside the hotel. Breakfast is not vary good and very few options available for vegetarian guests and the same items repeated every day. This certainly needs to improve. Air temperature setting was not good on first day and our room was very warm.

Stayed on a business trip and was perfect since the event was at the ILEC center attached to the hotel. You can't get any more convenient was that. The location is also close to the underground and very easy to get to other areas of London. Breakfast is great here and you get great value for your money. The other restaurant is great too. Staff were always great and hotel is kept very clean. My only hang up is the rooms, they are very outdated and very small. For comparison I stayed at an IBIS in Berlin the week before and the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and renovated washrooms.

As always the IBis chain made my experience very good. Unlike other trips I notice that for example there is no dispensing of shampoo in the bathrooms and is less the variety of fruits and breads for sweet breakfasts compared to the ibis of France. It may be this last because in if the breakfasts are very and different what actually made me encourage me to try the English breakfast.

Beds are big and comfy. Breakfast is pretty good, but they only offer white bread. Rooms need updating. Have to leave windows open to avoid getting too hot, and there is a lot of street noise. The "coffee maker" they report to have in each room consists of an electric kettle and packs of instant, but there is a nice coffee bar in the lobby. Be sure to bring your own facecloth and shampoo, as none of that is provided. That seems to be a European thing more than the fault of the hotel, but be forewarned. Also bring your own toilet paper, as the stuff they provide is very coarse. We had to change rooms upon arrival because of a housekeeping issue, but they were very gracious about moving us and comped us some free drinks at the bar. I would have given them another star if not for this issue.

Come in the years but clean. Our room smelt, however, as if it had been a smoking room in which one has placed a "smoking forbidden" sign. Staff very friendly.

I am familiar with IBIS for many years and know the formula very well: Good product for an attractive price. Reason for choosing IBIS Earls Court was the convenient location. Close to where I needed to be, close to the tube station and a couple of nice pubs nearby. We had no complaints what so ever. Everything was fine and all staff was very friendly.

I was with my wife at this hotel for 3 nights and I have to say that all in all it was a positive experience. Only complaint is the continental breakfast which actually gave little choice. So I call on leadership to improve this sector.

Small rooms but with everything you need. Very nice view and structure. There are no safes or minibars. Too bad for the lack of power outlets near the bedside tables.

The Ibis was ok, unfortunately we had to change rooms twice, the first room smelled like fresh paint, the second room we were given was right next to a noisy generator, but the third was fine except it had no radiator, but a plug in heater which luckily we didn't need. The pizza in the restaurant was amazing to be fair, so I can't complain. All in all its decent If your not planning to stay in London for more than 1-2 nights.

Good hotel, good facilities, excellent breakfast, the pub and the dining room is also very good, but the fault is in the staff. Do not pay attention that if there are two people in a room, of the same sex, it corresponds to two beds and a-bed, double bed. Most of one must claim the change room. In addition to serving evil way, and above all, not only do not speak Spanish, with the amount of tourists speaking they receive, but the only person who speaks is not manifested. And the worst thing is a person of the reception, at the request of the coordinator of my group, and told them that they were in Great Britain and there are only English speaking. It seems that no one taught him manners and did not know that in a hotel of this category are supposed to speak more than one language. Stayed here while attending a conference in the same building. Comfortable room, decent breakfast, though lack of plug sockets in the room was a bit of a pest.

Ibis has one of the best prices in London for a good location. Checking in & out were quick & easy. Breakfast was amazing & has a lot of choices. The room has A/C, irons & such. It wasnt 5 star for me because it is missing a safety box and maybe a fridge would be a bonus but not a major let down for me. Also, only 2 overground stations away from Westfield shopping mall with large selection of stores and restaurants.

Hotel with all the conveniences. Just outside the hotel there is a bus stop and a short walk you can reach in just a few stops and metro for the Center. Do not buy items from the vending machines in the hotel because they are dear friends.

This is not a review of the hotel itself but of an interaction I had with the staff when I was in a time of need. I did not stay at the hotel and am sure by some of the other reviews that it is indeed, very pleasant. Essentially I needed a one page ticket printed for an EasyBus ride to Gatwick, I had already missed one of the buses due to trouble with the tube and was trying to make sure I encountered no problems with the second bus. The file was on my tablet, I tried printing it at the hotel I was staying at but the printer was broken, and the IBIS hotel was right beside the bus stop so I thought I would ask them if they could help me out. They refused as I was not a customer. Many points to note, this is fair enough, I do understand that they would be very kind to me to print the file for me. It is not expected. I also realize that I should have taken steps earlier to print the ticket but I assumed I would be able to print it at my hotel. This was a poor assumption on my part. My only problem is that I have worked in hospitality for a number of years and I would never refuse this type of request especially someone who looked as disheveled and stressed as myself at that moment in time. This is not a review of the hotel, I just wanted to tell this story. Based on this experience I would not look to book with IBIS in the future, but then again I never did in the first place and is one encounter really a fair assessment of the place. Probably not.

Convenient location, reasonable amenities and really balanced pricing. Try to get upper floor (we were 12 topmost) with southeast exposure. Get UK socket converters as Herr they cost 7gbp each and there now USB. Hotel has a free Wi-Fi which is solid advantage.

Clean, but terrible service. We had to rest here on a business trip. It's clean, but there is no option to borrow a power plug adapter or a hairdryer (there's just not one the the room). Instead you'll be advised to buy one at the vending Maschine. No drinking water in the room, no possibility to get the room completely dark (in case you want to sleep a bit longer). Continental breakfast is only with coffee from am drinks Maschine, that isn't cleaned up very often. No bacon, no eggs, only a few croissants. Restaurant-staff is unfriendly or just talking in Chinese language. Would not suggest to book a room here. There are a lot better and cheapest locations around!

Norwegian friends stayed and were looking forward to a short tour of London by traditional London Taxi. Doorman suggested an Asian man take them in a car but wanted too much money and English was very bad. Therefore his knowledge of such an historic city would be non existent. Found very nice English Taxi driver myself. Please use a traditional taxi and not one of the cars the reception tries to give you. Other than that you get what you pay for with this hotel. Which isn't too much.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff and one spoke Spanish. Very well connected by metro a two minute walk away. Spacious room and very comfortable. Breakfast very complete. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were partly very unfriendly to us Germans, if I enter a Lobby and friendly greetings. Can I get that from the staff expect. Never again, sorry.

The room is very comfortable! The hair dryer is good. The breakfast is very varied. The elevators are congested, there is that to consider if you are short on time. There is a pub and restaurant! The staff is ok.

Basic rooms but clean and tidy, the lack of hair dryer and working bathroom fan was annoying. Food was great, would recommend.

I spent a week at this hotel in October and it was fantastic! My room was lovely, clean and quiet! My travel package included the breakfast buffet which was terrific and the pub is a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day of sightseeing! The staff are friendly and helpful and the tube station is only a 5 minute walk from the Hotel which is most convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

If you like indian food please Try The Taj Restaurant in 10 Carlton Parade Orpington Kent BR6 0JB open 7 days a week Monday to Saturday 5.30pm to 11.30pm and Sunday 5.30pm to 11.00pm.

We booked the Ibis Earls Court through the airline's website, selecting a room with a double bed for seven nights and upon arrival at the hotel were told we were booked that the airline had booked us in a room with two twin beds! However, we got a room with a double bed which looked over a noisy construction site. We went to reception to request a change and were offered a beautiful room, on the higher floor. The room was lovely and newly renovated and the bathroom as well. It was clean, tidy and had sufficient amenities for guests. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast was generous and a nice treat to start the day off. The pub food is delicious and very reasonable with good portions. The best bit was the red buses right outside the hotel that took us right into the heart of the west end. The location is ideal for the city, airport and travel to other zones. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly revisit. Thank you Ibis Earls Court for a wonderful experience.

It was easy to find the hotel. It is very close to a metro station.

Pay on exit it claims No that is not the case they blocked our card even though they said that no money would come out untill the end they said it was for security reasons only, they still have not unblocked it 4 days later, bathroom dirty, something horrid on the skirting board, TV not working despite being fixed twice, bed made but rubbish not removed, locked out of room sat night when asked why we were accused of not paying even though we paid in full with cash, totally dismal, we complained to head offic but as yet we have recieved no reply steer well clear.

Hotel makes a good impression from the outside. 2-bed room was but no 3-star standard. Just a simple wooden chair seat, no Cabinet, only an open storage area. Air conditioning, which can be limited to rules; the firm was to open, but not recommended due to strong exhaust noise of air conditioning installed outside the window. Description in terms of exhaust noise applies only to the side away from the side of the road.
