This hotel isn’t even a 2* Found blood in the bed when rang to tell them they came to sort but it took 3 attempts as all the bedding they was bringing up was dirty aswell and all the pillows was stained and then when they brought fresh pillows they had blood on, what is wrong with this hotel with blood 🩸 We couldn’t wait to get out of this place it put a downer on all the weekend as was they as my son was playing on the Chelsea pitch, we cancelled the day after and drove home after the match. The toilet was not clean, shower had all mould and not been clean as you can see all orange all up the tiles, lights hanging, hairdryer not working, window sill marks from last person there, dust all over and under sink all green and mouldy.

We stayed in 2 rooms with our teenage sons, it's a brilliant hotel for any football fans! The staff were very helpful, lovely big breakfasts, we will definitely be returning!

Helpful staff, Covid restrictions in place and adhered to, I felt very safe. Delicious breakfast delivered to my room. Later check out time offered if needed. Great value for money. Ideal for visiting Chelsea & Westminster Hospital as it’s only a 7 minute walk away.

I cannot thank this hotel enough for its amazing support during these tough times. Our stay with you was the best ever and we had to cut it short due to the Coronavirus and you refunded us in the nights we did not use. Absolutely amazing customer service and genuine help. Thank you so much.

Worst so called high end Hotel we have ever staid in.
Bed was sagging and so uncomfortable.
When we complained they said yes we have a phew like that.
Then they put a topper on it and it was even worse.
Ordered room service and was never delivered.
I will never stay here again.
Also they charged us more than indicated for parking as well.
Then when we tried to leave the car lark they locked us in for an hour because of it being after a football game. Terrible Hotel.

We were well looked after from the moment we arrived! lovely staff and special praise to front of house manager Jade! who could not have done any more for us! he is a credit to your company!

Lovely spacious rooms, the beds and pillows are so comfortable.

Just back from a 2 night stay. We are a family of 5 with children ages 9, 6 & 1. Rooms were spacious and clean. Found all the staff very helpful particularly when it came to heating food up for my youngest. Brilliant spot very convenient. We can’t wait to our next visit!

Location is accessible, staff is very courteous and helpfully.

On arrival was given an up grade room. Lovely and clean

Clean hotel very friendly and well presented staff Very close to the tube in and out to get to the city very good Wi-Fi … Only down side was the water pressure in the shower is very very weak and the water is loop warm!

I find it a bit impersonal staying at the millennium. Had to go out of the hotel for breakfast in the copthorne across a very wet plaza.
The same plaza that gets very noisy at night, especially when security are having shouted conversations to each other and members of the public.
The rooms are ok, although a few elements need fixing, the key to the wardrobe, the sink didn’t drain as quickly as it should, bits of chrome missing from the showing fixing.
There is not much information about the menus in the various bars and eateries. However when I did find them they all did the same food, which was a little disappointing. Luckily there are loads of places to eat in the Fulham rd.
Having said that it was clean, comfortable, fairly quiet for London. Great location for the tube, so easy for me to get around.

If this is truly an AA 4☆ hotel, then sorry but their standards have dropped dramatically. The room was 2☆ at best, with furniture that could have fallen apart at any point. A total lack of power points and then there was the trouser press (which apparently is one of criteria in a 4☆ rating) fell apart as soon I opened it. Then there was the key card fiasco which you needed to enter your room and to operate the lift but didn't work half the time and would unceremoniously dump you on the ground floor (we were on the 6th) and then not let you out! When we finally made up to our room the key card then wouldn't let us in so it was off back down to reception to get the cards re-activated and start the whole sorry process again. The only saving graces were; the breakfast was admirable and the staff polite and helpful. As a life long Chelsea fan and thoroughly looking forward to my stay here I found the overall experience disappointing to say the least.

Clean and tidy, stylish, warm and cosy, comfortable and staff attentive and friendly :) Breakfast staff looked like they worked in the gym, I thought we were going to get a free induction when we walked in the breakfast room!

This hotel is never a 4 star! Becoming very tired, needs updating! Be careful when you buy a drink at the bar, they add on an extra service charge and don’t inform you! It’s around 50p to pour a pint for you which makes it £5.55 at pint! It also costs £36 to park in the hotel car park so bear that in mind before you book it!

The hotel was excellent and great staff… it is on the Chelsea football club site which is quite unique and well positioned for easy access to central London but also the quirky nearby places. You dont need to go far to eat and drink and the sports bar was good fun albeit a little expensive. Really enjoyed the stay and we got a decent price for London … so very happy.

The room was nice enough and the staff friendly but the bathrobe in my wardrobe was dirty, I could feel every spring in the mattress (Rm 1515 ( (I slept on top of the duvet in the end and put the spare over me) and the cooked breakfast was very poor. Extremely limited choice and barely luke warm. They really need to up their game.
