The staff were discreet but very small rooms and no closets breakfast is poor and always after 08, 00 lack of croissants, fruit etc and not replace it
The air conditioning in the room goes up like it wants to alternating between very hot to very cold without touching anything

We stayed at this hotel a few months ago, and we were impressed by the staff. My daughter has many allergies, and the staff did their best to make sure she was safe (they cooked food separately for her). They couldn’t have been more accommodating! The rooms were clean, and the hotel was in a good location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to traveling families!

Pretty comfortable. At the reception staff really nice and helpful. A special mention for Riccardo, receptionist, a young Italian really kind, helpful, very prepared. It must be rewarded for efficiency, availability, courtesy. Overall, the hotel is a comfortable accommodation, located in a strategically ideal area. One flaw. I found dust in the room and some inattention related to the replacement of towels in the bathroom or, in times of greatest attendance, a bit of neglect on the part of the staff in the breakfast area, perhaps undersized, but overall the whole it is advisable for both singles and families or professionals. Try!

The hotel guest provided excellence front desk service, especially the night shift rep. He is on point and carries a special present in making sure the customer is taken care of. The down part for me was not having the amenities like access to a microwave to warm your life over food, no access to a fitness center, and no appropriate hand rag to shower. I found these essentials important. If they improve in these areas I believe the hotel is a very good place to stay.

STRENGTHS
A 7-minute walk to West Kensington tube station and a 2-minute walk to the bus stop to downtown and other destinations. You go everywhere with ease.
The staff is friendly and helpful, someone also speaks Italian (as everywhere in London).
The hotel is very clean and the rooms, although devoid of closet, are comfortable and equipped with a hair dryer and iron with table. Good air conditioning. Convenient bed and pillows (2 per person) have different hardness to accommodate the taste of customers.

A positive curiosity of the hotel is the fact that in the evening it is possible to bring purchased food out, even pizzas, and consume it on the tables of the breakfast area without any problem, also taking advantage of the free water dispensers. Convenient for large families or for those who do not want to eat always on the premises.

There are many supermarkets and fruit shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel open until 11 p. M.

Criticality
In-room TV only broadcasts channels in English; NO SKY or other chance to see something in Italian. Equip yourself with tablets and use the hotel's Wi-Fi to see something in Italian (but not everything, since we are abroad).

Lovely welcome and all very clean and tidy. Rooms are through in a separate building but that was fine as not far. Breakfast could have been a little better although all the elements were there it just lacked a little something. Maybe more variety for the hot breakfast? Not much around the area and not really at Earl’s Court but was an easy 2 buses to get to Wimbledon for the tennis so would stay here again.

Great location,, West Brom. Station is the closest walk. There's a hidden path round the side that is a fun short cut, if you can find it.

Very impressed with this hotel. 1. Buffet breakfast has really good bacon and sausages. 2. Bed is ultra comfortable. Fantastic night's sleep. 3. AC in the room. Perfect right now with hot weather outside 4. Staff really good — very impressed. All the other items (clean, modern rooms, shower great) got can take as read.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms! The breakfast is also superb with plenty of options for everyone, kids and adults. Location is great for tourists as well, 2 tube stations nearby and you can get into central London in ~20 minutes.

Recently stayed here during our trip to London. Happy with our stay. Really convenient location as it is close to the tube (district line). We found it very easy to get where we wanted to go. The bed was comfy and the room was decent. It was a bonus to have breakfast included. However the buffet is an exercise in patience. It’s not well laid our and it gets busy fast. We would go back.

Located close to West Kensington tube station. Great staff and good breakfast spread. But, rooms are on the smaller side and was tight for our family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Overall, though, good value for the money.

We arrived twenty minutes before the official check-in time but were given a room. When we got to the room it was clear it had been set up for four people because the couch bed was out. We just folded it back in but when we did there was some food on the floor. Otherwise the room was nice and clean and facing a quiet road. We were put in a building across from the main lobby and had to use our room key to get in. We had to slide our room key in over and over to get the doors to open. We weren't the only ones that encountered this problem. We had to have our keys reprogrammed twice because they stopped working altogether. That was really annoying. The breakfast was good. It had a good selection of hot and cold foods. The staff was friendly. They just need to get that key card reader fixed.

Great location, ideal for those coming from Heathrow. High quality services at a reasonable cost. Close to Natural-history Museum and Albert and Victoria Museum.

It was a very nice Hotel and a great breakfast. A five minute walk to the Metro.

Basic, functional and clean. Checked in and out in seconds, and the staff were all polite and friendly. Free Wi-Fi with strong signal. The buffet style breakfast (English and Continental) is self service and the food quality was adequate. Summary: ideal for an overnight business stay or a short stay where you are not expecting to spend much time in the hotel.

We arrived at about 10pm on the Friday and the reception was a bit confusing with the staff not understanding what we were saying, they were changing shifts and seemed more interested in taking our carpark payment of £40 for the 2 days we were staying as well as signing us up for the rewards scheme used by the hotel chain. We eventually got to our rooms after I precariously parked the car in a tight underground space beneath the hotel. The rooms were of a very good standard and comfortable. We noted no drawers in the room but the dual door that separated the bathroom from the toilet we thought was an excellent idea. The big let down for this hotel was the breakfast arrangements, it was as if we were in a zoo. Considering that we were combating against the other guests, rudeness and bad manners employed by all in trying to get our breakfast was extremely bad, to say the least. A major shake up of how breakfast is served is highly recommended. The stay in itself was not too bad but I experienced a lot of ignorance from drivers whilst travelling in the car which, in the end forces you to behave in a similar manner as not to would not get you anywhere. The purpose of the visit was to allow my sons to enjoy the P C Gamer weekender at the Olympia exhibition centre which was approximately a mile away from the hotel. All in all I think we may be staying elsewhere next time. We booked through Booking. Com at a total cost of £406 for 2 twin rooms for 2 nights.

A nice hotel, very well run with friendly and professional staff. Rooms were nicely appointed and the bed was super comfortable. The only downside was a lack of restaurant although they did lay on a fabulous breakfast.

As always Holiday Inn express is a great place to stay. They are functional clean affordable well located. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times. You get more than you pay for. Earl’s Court is no exception to this and will be a great place to stay to visit my daughter during uni years.

We stayed in this hotel for a week, with the whole family. We stayed in a double room set up for 4 people. Using it in this way the room is not particularly spacious, but we spent most of the time around the city. The breakfast offered a good choice of variations, from sweet to savory. Surely for stays of a couple of days is varied, but soon we realize that there is no rotation of different products. Maybe thinking of varying a little bit more could be greatly appreciated. In terms of convenience to the vehicles we were very satisfied, we used the West Kensington stop, on the District that was less than 10 minutes walk. Nearby there are many grocery stores, for those who decide to opt for packed lunches it is easy to get fresh daily supplies. Just one stop away, on the District you can reach Earl's Court where you can have lunch and dinner, having only to be spoiled for choice! The reception staff has always been friendly and helpful, offering if necessary to book taxis or restaurants.

Value for money more than correct. Spacious room and bathroom, hard to find in London. We were able to check in at 10:00. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast was great. Recommended. Good area, close to the West Kensington or Earls Court Metro stops.

The receptionist was only just polite. We had to go outside to get to the building where the rooms were and the price for s room for the night was over the top as I spent the night later in the month at a 4 star brilliant hotel for far less money.

Not the biggest or the most luxurious, but the location is the best because it is the subway with several lines to 1 block, and a small shopping center with a variety of places to eat or do take away.

Outstanding customer service from everyone. Luca in particular went above and beyond. 50 rating for him on a scale of 1 to 10. I have a special diet and he volunteered that since I was the guest of the day, they'd prepare a special breakfast for me. He knew me by name. Many of the staff knew me by room number. Lots of smiles and genuine willingness to serve. Although it's a 3-star hotel in terms of facilities, they aim to deliver a 5-star customer service experience! On average, I'm traveling 1x a month. This may be the most personalized service I've ever received, including stays in 5-star in hotels.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good variety of coffee, is a good value for what you pay, caminandi you get to the metro station and you can move to any point in the city especially if you go on vacation. It is recommended to buy a multi-day pass. I also recommend you buy the hop on Hop off pass.

Clean and well located hotel. Small room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, 2nd bed was a poor quality sofa bed (the springs were more present than the mattress! ). The breakfast buffet was poorly managed some mornings. Staff who do not speak a language other than English. Distributor if one has forgotten Qqchose (adapter, map of London, toothpaste, etc. ) with correct price.

We spent 5 nights in the hotel. We (young couple) were accommodated the first night (Saturday) in a room for disabled people. The hotel was fully booked, which is why we couldn't get another room. On the second day we were able to change the room in the evening (the bathroom is simply not made for people without impairment). This went without a hitch. The rooms are sufficiently large, modern and sensibly furnished (you always miss a real closet in such hotels). We were housed in the building next door, which also looks more modern from the outside. You can get there simply and completely uncomplicated from the side exit there. The first room (2nd floor) was oriented towards the backyard (rather cloudy), while the second room (1st floor) was facing a side street (with pretty green hedge). We liked the second room better, which is why the review also refers to the condition afterwards. Breakfast (included) was Ok. Table condition did not exist. Furthermore, the choice is not sumptuous but sufficient (fruit salad would still be great). The rooms are tidy. Defiant there are only 4 out of 5 stars, because in the first room process and carpet had stains and in the second there were hair lying on the sofa. And the cushions from the sofa looked a bit older. For the price (£110-140) a night but really enjoyable. The hotel is recommended.

First time I stayed here and the last! Shower was leaking like no tomorrow, our room was freezing. Customer service was appalling, hardly got spoken to. What was supposed to be a fried breakfast consisted of sausages, baked beans and scrambled egg, that's it! There wasn't enough tables on our first morning so had to sit in the lounge bit with a very low table, there was no Sausages only veg ones and the tables weren't cleaned very good and the crockery was still on tables. If we went out in the daytime/evening when we came back 9 times out of 10 they just looked at you and never spoke, the parking is a rip off and when I booked on my phone the screen wasn't big enough and I did NOT see there was a parking fee and when I checked in they didn't remind or tell me. When I checked out they didn't ask if I enjoyed my stay bearing in mind it cost me a total of £473 for only 3 nights! Sorry Holiday Inn Express but I think I'll stick with Premier Inn as their customer service, hotel, parking, was far far better than yours.

Extension room surprisingly quiet considering location. I paid a lot for the room thanks to the tennis at Queens Club, especially HIX aren't a full service chain, but it was primarily available, clean, comfortable enough. Breakfast is included in deals, and it's fine for the price, but there's a cafe open late ish opposite that does basics, and 'hen cabin'-type places within 2 minutes walk along main roads. I wouldn't want to be venturing too far from the main roads through the nearby estates at night, though. Not that they're 'bad', but you're not seeing the best of London, let's say.

We visited London 3 days and we chose this hotel. It's not very centric, but you have a tube station in 5 minutes walk. It's clean, and the staff is kind. Breakfast it was included and you have a wide selection of products. Price is good too taking account the average prices in London.

We arrived a few hours before check in and the very friendly staff allowed us to store our luggage in a secure room so as to allow us to begin sightseeing. The hotel itself is located very close to a number of tube stations along the district line which was great. Check in was quick and efficient. The rooms were to a high standard and facilities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast on offer was varied and very nice. The only downside we had on our 2 night stay was the bar in the lounge had not been stocked properly and on our second night they seemed to have run out of all of the drinks we asked for. Staff informed us that someone had not placed the order to restock the bar. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to London. I will definitely use this hotel again.

This is our second stay at this hotel which says it all really, and I would stay there again too. It is a great hotel with parking and equidistant from 2 district line tubes so ideal for trips into London.

We're in London, I met my wife's family. Their son is preparing to go to the hotel next to the boarding school. So they came here from China, and we are from the United States here. The hotel staff enthusiasm, friendly. Breakfast is standard Holiday Inn food, lots of seats. Hotel close to subway and bars, the location is also ideal. Nice room, very comfortable, there's Wi-Fi on.

Weekend travel, going to the theatre, staying at this hotel. Stylish, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly, and enthusiasm. Room a little small, but everything, coffee, tea, etc. And clean towels. Breakfast was relatively simple, but in the morning it was enough to get you in the morning to restore energy. Location very good, from the West Kensington Subway Station a little bit further, you can reach the hotel. The bottom side is inside. 2 Region is the iron. This area looks a little decline, actually, lots of small shops, street markets, bars and restaurants. Next time, definitely…

Four of us stayed at the hotel last night we were swiftly checked in and my soya milk placed in the fridge for breakfast today. The hotel was clean and airy. The room was a little tight for a family and luggage but as it was only one night it was OK. The bathroom was very generous shower huge with plenty of hot water and lovely fluffy white soft towels. Overnight it was quite but the bed and pillows were rather soft we should gave requested more pilows. Breakfast was very pleasant and we all enjoyed the spreaf.

Locality was convenient to the nearby Tube Station. Great friendly staff and good hot breakfast. I will stay here, again.

Budget hotel chosen for its proximity to a speaking venue. Great bar and restaurant and the staff were extremely friendly. It was clean, efficient and lived up to everything one might expect from a place like this.

Overall this hotel was nice. I wasn't expecting twin size beds in our double room, but the room was small, but nice. Bathroom was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. If you use washcloths, bring your own. Apparently they don't use them in London. I overslept and missed breakfast, but it is included. Wifi is free in the rooms as well. Not too far of a walk to West Kensington station on the district line if you're using the subway. Overall nice place to stay.

It's yet another Holiday Inn Express, but the rooms are very quiet, the staff efficient and friendly and it's a short walk to two tube stations and Olympia. You know what you get with a Holiday Inn Express and you won't be disappointed, this one is just fine if you need to stay in this area.

We were there for 8 days and we left very happy with the result:
Breakfast with no excessive variety (but fairly complete: teas, coffees, juices, yogurts, pastries, bread mold and toaster, eggs and sausages — and one day had bacon), but all very clean and comfortable.
Comfortable, spacious and comfortable rooms. Lavatory very clean and with everything you need. In bed we had 2 fat cushion and 2 thin, to be able to choose.
Very well connected with metro and bus (line 74 crosses half London, including several tourist areas).
In the area there are quite a few shops where you can get meals at very low cost and greatly varied.
Came only 2 negative points: very few channels of TV (no havia international channels) and the bed: the bed base is not independent nor has central beam or anything, so if one moves, the other rebounds.
