I guess for the average cost of the area, the room was ok. It was large enough, with a low ceiling (hit my head once against a low wooden beam). The room was oldstyle and charming, but the view was not the best one. The breakfast from the adjoining cafe had several options, while I went for a good fruit salad and orange juice.

Cosy room with everything we needed. Lovely staff and a delicious breakfast at their restaurant on the corner of Turl and Ship Street — a 20 second walk up the road. We would definitely come back!

Lovely old townhouse on a gorgeous old street. The room (the jade room) was modern and spacious with a cool view almost peeking over the wall of the historic building opposite. Bed was comfy but very soft and shower a bit of a tight squeeze, but spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the cafe/restaurant had generous portions but wasn't without flaw (e. G. Soggy bread)
