I am appalled! Having spent £125 to stay for one night, myself and my husband return from a pleasant evening in oxford having dinner and drinks to a positively OUTRAGEOUS attitude from the receptionist, who thankfully gave us his name “manjit Singh”. Upon return to our accommodation we entered the hotel lift, my husband suffers from dispraxia meaning he has issues with his hand eye coordination. We stayed on level three, the lift stopped at level 1 (reception) at which point we were verbally abused by previously mentioned receptionist regarding the pressing of incorrect lift buttons. I explained that my husband had inadvertently pressed the additional button to which we were met with a cold shoulder and a bad demeanour. Absolutely disgusting. Such a minor issue, we are otherwise loyal, quiet, well mannered hotel guests. I am truly appalled and now feel uncomfortable leaving my hotel room. Entirely unacceptable.
