Ideal location right in the city center. Cheap, clean and pleasant. The man who welcomed us was kind, smiling and a little crazy :-) I like him.

Fantastic place in Oxford.

A good hotel but there can be a lot of street noise in the morning.

Comfortable bed, simple but useful facilities like tea, coffee, shower gel. Great location, right in the centre of Oxford. Really friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable price. I'd definitely stay again.

Most of the places seen in the pictures don't exist, when is says room service they do not even serve food for breakfast they give you an empty fridge, I came here with my wife for a romantic stay in oxford but were greatly disappointed at the pricy and just bad b & b this was.

This was a horrible experience, the one pane windows let sound burst through the windows, and short drywalls seperating the rooms gave us insight into other clients conversations and made us hear them when they were using the bathroom, the rooms are tiny and beds for two can barely fit one person. There is no real breakfast the give you orange juice concentrate instant coffee and cheap cereal boxes. They provide you with jam and butter but no bread or nothing to spread it on. There is only one available plug in the room. The experience made me think that we went out camping in the middle of the city, the blinds provided no cover against the sun which would wake you up as early as 4 AM I posted one star because zero stars is not an option.

The room was not clean and when I asked for the "continental breakfast" they told me it was a juice and cereals from the mini frigde of the room… Then I talked to the mánager as I didn't want to stay that night because of the fault of cleaning and poor quality of the room and the service. I tried him to refund me the money and it was imposible! So I finished paying that awful room and another hotel… The worst bed and breakfast ever!

Had a great time in Oxford, and was a nice stay in the hotel. Clean, quiet and close to the city centre.

This place offers the features of a low budget hostel at rates charged by charming b&b's. Don't be fooled by the email giving a breakfast time of 07.30 to 09.30. "Breakfast" consists of a poor quality picnic in your room — a couple of croissants dumped in the room the night before, no plates or space at a table to eat them from, long life milk to go with variety packs of cereal (three between two of us), and a couple of small cartons of fruit juice drunk from the carton through straws. I cannot believe I paid £115 for this.
