A very nice place to stay. The stay included complementary wine and cheese, a great view of the ocean,. Free room delivered gourmet breakfast, the room was cozy and not to mention the staff was so pleasant. A good place for a couple getaway. Well worth it.

Very Nice, quiet and comfortable place to stay with a fireplace in the room. They offer food, water, sodas and a breakfast in the mornings. Great views and location with in walking distance to the boardwalk and pier. The rooms have NO A/C but it has a controller on the wall… odd but we had a fan that really helped. Parking is limited and that was not a problem for us at all. Check in is one of the big negatives that I have, it’s at 4:00pm and they give you wine and cheese tray but we had dinner reservations at 5:00pm at a restaurant… ☹️

This place is clean, quiet, good tasty cheese tray, breakfast, drinks, coffee, tea, etc.
The two things that didn't like is that no A/C in the rooms, and being that the temperatures were high in the 80'S, 90'S, having no A/C wasn't comfortable. If you go during cooler days, then wouldn't be a problem. Also, the check in time at 4 PM isn't convenient, even thought I requested an early check in.
I would visit it again, but in the spring or fall, never during high temperature days.

Excellent location. Upstairs carpet is in dire need of replacement. Manager said she would have an earlier than normal breakfast ready for us since we had to check out early… her idea not ours. But she was nowhere to be found the next morning. No biggie really but if you're going to offer…

Great location near Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk; breakfast dishes were prepared from scratch by an excellent vegetarian chef; staff were warm and very welcoming; afternoon wine and cheese served; room was clean and comfortable; highly recommended.

Terible rooms, loud as Hell all night, And the staff is no where to be found at night. I really don't know how they charge 200 dollars a night and say that its exclusive Dont know how they stay in business for how rude and uncaring their staff is. I wish I can give 0 stars. Ruined our trip and our 28th aniversary. Thank you much for the memories. Never again.

Perfect location, beautiful house, nice service. The house is beautiful and very nicely done. Lots of history and character, but still modern amenities and privacy.

Couldn't ask for a better stay! We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a fireplace, and this was before we let them know that we just got engaged! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and it was such a nice touch having coffee/tea, muffins, and cookies available all day to enjoy as part of our stay; I wish we were there longer! Will definitely seek out other Four Sister Inns based on this experience and recommend West Cliff Inn to everyone.

Great food was prepared for breakfast. Friendly staff. Advertised Fire place but it would not work, the room was o. K but I don't think it was worth 250.00 a night and that was with a winter discount. A refrigerator would have been nice as we wanted to have cold drinks and and a place to store food, they did not provide cold drinks in there small fridge. Beach was within walking distance and lots of resturants nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay here this past weekend. We had room We would have liked a better view of ocean as we were on opposite sides of the beach. However there is a balcony on 2nd floor that does face the boardwalk/ wharf. Staff was excellent! The breakfast was 2nd to none and in the evening between 5-6:30 there is wine and snacks. We plan on coming back here in october with my kids if they can accommodate us.

Fantastic place in a beautiful historic building. Sucj a friendly atmosphere, complimentary wine and a 5-star-breakfast. Feels like home. People take care of every detail. Staff was gorgeous. Beach view from almost all rooms.

The service was excellent. Our room had an ocean view, was very clean and had a feel of home. We enjoyed wine and cheese in the evening and a wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning. The manager at the front desk was warm, friendly and helpful. It was located close to the boardwalk and convenient for shopping, eating and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

So? What's not to like? We spent election night here. I totally slept through it. I am becoming a real fan of the Four Sisters.

This was one of the best B&B's that I have ever enjoyed! Beautiful views, fantastic staff and the best breakfast. I remember going here with my boyfriend and our dog and staying in the adorable cottage with our pup.

Only issue is that outside hallway sound and other rooms can be heard from inside the bedroom. Service is great, location is great, rooms in general are clean and very nice.

This is the worst place. They mention they are pet friendly, however 5 days before our trip we were told they could not accommodate us. Then we get a call they can. We were looking forward to it. Then we arrived, they place my family of 3 and our dog in this garbage type room with no refrigerator and a small full size bed. We stayed one night (were supposed to stay 4) I would not recommend this placeplace.

We stayed here 1 night toward the end of August in the Deluxe king room (#2) bottom floor. Great views of the boardwalk and the ocean, room was very clean and cozy. Nice front porch for guests with chairs and tables both on the porch and in the front yard. Grounds were well kept, beautiful grass and plants. Very short walk to the Santa Cruz Pier and boardwalk, no driving necessary! Fresh cookies and pastries on check-in, breakfast buffet in the morning. Entire hotel environment was charming, cozy and romantic. Staff was very friendly and able to get us in when most others were booked. Prices are on the higher side, but if you're going to pay a little more for a room, this place is more than worth it! We are looking forward to our next visit and hoping to check out the Jacuzzi suite! Thank you.

Wow, this Bed and Breakfast looks really nice! I wish it was my home.

The owner of the hotel has a very money grubbing nature, I had a chance working for him and he ran away without paying me, he stopped replying to my emails and started accusing me for the things that I am not responsible. If someone knows how can I take legal action against the hotel or the owner please let me know. I have all the proof of work and his conversation and promises of the amount.

My boyfriend and I just returned from a visit for my birthday and were very sad to leave. Staying in winter seems to be a nice way to go. The place was very quiet, the fireplace controlled by the thermostat kept the room nice and cozy, and the special winter pricing (2 nights for the price of one) made it feel like a steal. We originally booked the cheapest room in the house (1st floor, no tub) but when we asked about upgrading the receptionist showed us the best room in the house (ocean view, jacuzzi tub) and told us it was only an additional $50 we couldn't resist. Best room ever! Despite how much we loved our visit, I do have a few negative comments: — rough toilet paper! You would think a place this nice would invest in 2-ply, at least. — The afternoon wine and snacks left something to be desired. The would have been better off serving 2 buck chuck, and the veggies were wilted. Other than that, we loved it.
