One of the worst experience in a hotel. Restroom smell like sewer! Expensive! Restroom fan noise! Stairs rail falling apart! One positive is close to the board walk.

Pretty run down. The man working there was nice but that's about all you're going to get. On a positive note, it is right there at the boardwalk and is very affordable compared to other hotels in the area.

Screw this place… We went to the Boardwalk on a very busy weekend and they offered parking on their premises… I was willing to pay the 40 dollars but they expected me to leave the keys to my car so they could move it if need be. I don't know you people like a hole in the wall… We left and found parking at another local business and it was only 15 bucks and I got to keep my car keys.

I will say it's close to the board walk but the room smelled musty the was no coffee in room no wash cloths and when I asked for more towels she had to check to see if we were staying another nite. Its was really loud because of the traffic and no ice machine.

Shower doesn't work, unfriendly check-in and to small rooms (no space to open our luggage). But Wi-Fi works good.

Will not take a cash deposit, only credit card. Cancelled my reservations for me, because they did not want cash.

I'm in a wheelchair and we were given a room upstairs but then observed that I couldn't do that safely so we were changed to a room on the ground floor. Too big a step for my chair but once in, it was quite comfortable and well-appointed. Thank you for a lovely, restful night.

Had two friends staying in a room so some of us visited them. Room was clean and orderly. Would come again.

Cheapest in the area. Has the basics but not very clean and the cleaning lady is not very nice. The place needs a renovation as its run down.

It's very simple just a place to sleep at for the nite.

Myself and my friend, we weren't to impressed with the place. No complimentary breakfast there and there was no coffee pots in the rooms for us to make coffee when we got up. When we turn on the water for the shower, the shower came on it was very loud the faucet. Plus we didn't have no washcloths in our room we just didn't like the atmosphere that we were staying in. I booked it there because it had a good rate and now I see why. Plus the carpet in there looked dirty. Won't stay there again.

Decent for a one night, last minute stay. However, the room was over priced and a bit dirty.

The lcation is good everything else is awful they do not offer clean towels the have one loose bedsheet covering the old mattress it had broken taped outlets on the that sparked and broken lights.

This was the worst motel I've ever been too. Not only is the motel somewhat run down, the service was terrible. My girlfriend and I were staying in this motel for her sister's birthday. We had all driven in a car to the hotel to drop off our stuff and drink a little. We were going to have only 2 people stay in the room just like we had told the front desk. We then went to the beach and came back to drop off our stuff and get ready to go to our friends house where everyone else was going to sleep. We then get called by the front desk to come down to the office. We went to the office and they told us we have too many people in the room (6-8 people). He then said everyone needs to leave and they can not come back. We were not being roudy or anything but they forced us to leave and wait for our friend to be ready for us to come. It seems like they were constantly watching us and keeping tabs on us when we were doing nothing worng. We also had to give them a 100 dollar cash deposit when we first got there. At the end when they checked our room, which had nothing wrong with it, I could tell they were trying to find ways to keep our money. I do not suggest this motel. The super 8 across the street has given me better experiences in the past.

Don't stay here if you need Wi-Fi. I quote, "It works in the parking lot. " And in the office. It did Not work in my room. If all you want is a relatively clean room near the Boardwalk, whatev, but I call "False Advertising. "

The rooms are clean manager was nice just make sure you wear socks because the floor kind of cold.

Good place. Friendly management. The rooms are extremely dated, but they're very clean. Really not an issue, because chances are you're not going to be spending much time in the hotel anyway. The location is great, just a ten minute walk away from the boardwalk and main beach, and maybe fifteen from the wharf. Price is excellent, considering the location.

This hotel sucks I had to go buy a new bed cover because the one it had was nasty the towels were dirty a the please is not to secure and on top of everything its not a pretty pleace from the outside.

Nice locations. Close to the Boardwalk Downtown and wharf. Friendly owners. If you are just trying to sleep wash your ass stuff like that. Then Capri is the place. Family and I stayed there 2nights3days. Very enjoyable no bugs. Excellent Prices.

Called to get information about room rates and person answering the phone was very rude and hang up the phone without answering any of my questions definitely would not stay here very bad customer service.

My second time staying at the Capri. Centrally located and reasonably priced. Will be back.

Not really clean. Uncomfortable beds from the ' 70s? and generally outdated equipment.

Didn't even get the chance to stay. I reserved a room for a weekend and when I called to ask about check in times, the "manager" said that me making a reservation was pointless. He was very ride over the phone. I do NOT recommend you staying here. And it looks horrible.

The rooms are small but clean. Location is relatively quiet and staff is helpful.

All in one it was very Dirty there. Next to the bed was really Thick dust and a Straw from the predecessor. In the bathroom mold on the ceiling, In the corners in the bathroom, everywhere Dirt and hair from the predecessor. Bath runs out of spite closed drain. Price performance for the condition of the building is simply too Expensive. The only plus was the Central location to Santa Cruz Beach and to Downtown.

It's horrible full of bed bugs. Horrible I tell you horrible horrible.

We stayed 2 night second day my 2 sons were bitten by bed bugs from room 134 my younger son is now suffering from infections on his body bed bug bit all over his body n has to take antibiotics for 10 days n missed school n also didnt get to enjoy his vacation do to shore water burning his bits I am now taking legal action please if anyone stays at motel check bed n side panals. The lady at front desk is giving me run around can not give me manager name n is taking long to contact me for full reimbursement. I wish I can post pics on how sever the bits look on my son n how infected he is. Other than that great location just be aware of bed bugs.

Room was infested with bedbugs. Had lo leave at 3 a. M. Covered in bites. Avoid this place like the plague.

About the best you can expect from a cheap motel. I felt safe, and the staff was polite. No hassles, no problems. Of course it wasn't as nice as higher priced options. Room was cramped and the bed was hard. You get what you pay for.

I highly recommend the Capri Motel! If you want the perfect location close to the wharf, a clean comfortable room, with plenty of hot water right up until check-out, all for a great price, with no hassles, then you won't go wrong. I am coming back for sure. They are very runner — friendly for the annual Wharf-to-Wharf race, too.
