Very nice B&B, good beds and a good breakfast.

We stayed in the windermere room. The room was nicely presented and bed was very comfortable. There was a couplr. Of nice touches, a flask of mulled wine and mince pies. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and the breakfast was lovely. Only reasons this is not 5 stars is the bathroom was tiny and 9.15 was a bit early for last breakfast serving.

This is a great little b&b with just 4 rooms they don't cater for children so if you are a couple wanting a break from the kids this is perfect with just a 10 mins walk into Bowness on Windermere with its restaurant and pubs and of course the beautiful lake Windermere the food is great and hosts very friendly and welcoming Paul and Sue 10 out of 10

A really lovely stay. Very friendly owners and comfortable rooms in a good location and at a very reasonable price. Ample parking on the street in the area as well. Recommend booking directly through their site.

Not the kind of guest house that wee expected room was clean bathroom very small not very welcoming as people say breakfast was excellent directions wee were given for our return journey was not right won t be returning.

This was not the idea of cottage that we had in mind. We were poorly welcomed. The room was cleaned but very small and the shower wasn't good at all (poor pressure I guess). The included breakfast was average. The place is 15 min walking from Windermere station but it's not surrounded by a nice view.

Lovely place not far from shops, bars and the lake. Very friendly couple who own it and make fab breakfasts.

Room small but perfectly serviced, clean and cosy. The location is just off Windermere centre and again perfect for both roaming or staying in the one area.

Lovely B&B run by a very friendly couple. The place is quiet during the evenings but is next to a school so not great if you plan on sleeping in. Hosts prepare a lovely, satisfying grilled breakfast or cereals if you please. Nestled between two parts of Windermere so it's probably best if you have car.

Warm and friendly guest house We stayed two nights there to enjoy the natural beauty of Lake District. Nice, neat room with Teddy bear on bed! Breakfast is freshly cooked with items we choose the night before. Thanks Paul and Sue, we will be back.
