Great place to stay in the Windermere area. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, with good vegetarian options. The hosts were very welcoming and happy to share their knowledge of the local area. I highly recommend.

We were made to feel welcome from arriving to leaving. Clean comfortable rooms and fantastic breakfast. Ken and Cindy couldn't do enough. We had weather from hell and they were kind enough to put all our clothes in the tumble dryer. Will deffo go back.

We stayed for one night, I'm scared to tell anyone about it as there may not be an empty room if we want to go back. Well what can I say, Cindy & Ken are excellent hosts from the minute you walk in. Our room & Bathroom shower were "SPOTLESS. " The breakfast 5* Cindy cooked everything beautiful. So yes we will be back to this excellent guest house. Thank you Cindy & Ken.

Lovely place to stay. Ken and Cindy both lovely people. Our room was spotless and stocked each day with plenty of tea and coffee choices! The breakfasts were absolutely amazing! We stayed 3 nights and I tried 3 breakfasts, each as good as the last! Perfect location for both Bowness and Windermere. I can't recommend this B&B highly enough.

Our home from home we can't be there often enough! Ken and Cindy are the most welcoming hosts you could ever want. Once you have stayed at Denehurst, you never look back!
