Booked a family member in since they were looking for a budget hotel, but this was way below any acceptable standards. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and the hotel looks like it's falling apart. It was pretty appalling, had booked two nights but my guests opted to lose the money and leave on the 1st night. It's not that it isn't cheap, but it's better to book a hostel which will at least be clean.

Its a 2 Star Hotel in a very Good Location. Opposite to Meena Bazar & Dubai Museum. A good Room. Simple but Good… Good hotel in 2 Star Category in this Area… only I Feel that Front Office staff Is Very Rude & always they are in a Sad Mood… rest is ok…

Good Hotel with Bad staff especially the front desk staff. Very rude. They speak as if they owned the hotel. Be careful with the billing content. If you only intend to stay it's a great hotel. But rest is awwful. Not recommended. My first bad review about any hotel in Dubai. Not et all a good experience.

Not so clean but OK, not comfortable, location is in the middle of market, staff is not so cooperative but OK.

The staffs are rude and they enfoced me to pay everything in advance and the quality of food is not good.

Economical in charges n good in location, but by room service it's below average. Need more man power n educated staff for dealing customers.

No international electricity adapter found. A little english spoken. Not clean. (Lots of hair in the bathroom…) Bad Wi-Fi. Noisy — the windows do not close properly. Breakfast: tea, juice, instant coffe, watermellon, cornflakes, something like pancake or eggs.

Centrally located close to old souq and the creek. Rooms are small but tidy. Friendly staff at the hotel.

Bath room is bad. Reception staffers not good.

The hotel itself should probably only have two stars since it's you only get what you need; small simple rooms and small breakfast buffet. However, Sun City International d is located right in the center of old Dubai, Bur Dubai, close to the Creek, museums and historical sights, and it's only a 5-10 min walk to the metro station with easy access to Downtown Dubai. Make sure, though, to get a room on one of the higher floors (I was on 3rd) since the music from the bar in the evening and night can be quite loud (I could still hear it from my room).
