Went on an office holiday with 14 colleagues. Nice spacious rooms, attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of variety and good food. The one star less is for the flies that seem to be everywhere and spoil the experience.

The place is really good. We selected this spot to watch football finals nd it was energetic. The visit made it special to see France winning. Apart from it the drinks are good food is nice specially spring rolls. The place is decent enough. Thou the food took long time we were happy that they have us extra spring rolls plate on house to make for the delay.

We booked a meeting hall with them. We guaranteed complimentary bottled water and microphones being set up before we start. At the time of the event, the bottled waters were not there. When we followed up, one from our team were asked to take them from the kitchen (very unacceptable). Microphones were not set up yet. And what's worst is that the temperature of the meeting room was very bad. We were all using papers and hand fans to help ourselves. When we informed reception about this, we were told that ac is already on. And they did't even do anything about it. This is very disappointing and completely not acceptable and unprofessional.

This property is centrally located, easy access to Metro and Mall. For Indians its a blessing in disguise as its very close to Good Veg Restaurants, Service was good, Staff were friendly and security was also good. Value for money, they have a bar inside the hotel. I loved it. Special thanks to the duty manager who called me personally when I was in my room to check if everything was ok. Sadly I forgot his name.

Good rooms, but a bit clairvoyant. Lots of Indian guests. Good location in the centre. By taxi or nearby S-Bahn, all sights are easily and quickly accessible. A taxi is very cheap in Dubai.

Good food and service but not during peak season. Hotel staff not able to handle heavy rush. Noticed flies in restaurant during breakfast for all 5 days of stay.

Great welcome! the staff are adorable from the Manager to the room maintenance. I would recommend this hotel. On my next trip to Dubai I will come back here without hesitation.

I'm not a picky man. I'm fine. The towels are clean, white. The water runs hot. There is a bidet in the room. The food is good. Not a very large selection of dishes, but tasty. The hotel is 5-storey, old building, but I like it. The Metro is 500 metres away. It's a big advantage. The sea is far away. There is a busik from the hotel. In 10.15 there, in 15-00 back. But the beach is 5 aed per person.

Nice hotel but the AC in our conference room is not working. They not even bothered to fixed it. Someone came just pressing the buttons and thats it. We are 400 in the event and everyone is sweating. Its not yet even start of summer. Not good in customer service.

The 4-star Holiday Inn Bur Dubai is located in the heart of Dubai. The Hotel has a 24-hour restaurant and night clubs.

A super hotel. The service is just fantastic and if you have any questions about the meal, even the chef will come by personally to answer all your questions and to fulfil your own special wishes. Furthermore, it can be said that in any case, half-board is recommended, as the food is simply delicious and very varied and also drinks of any kind during the meal are included in the price.

Exactly what we were looking for as a couple is a city hotel with good public transport links.
A 5-minute walk to the metro station from which you can reach pretty much all the sights for a day ticket of 8 euros.
The hotel is located in the older centre of the city and about a 15-minute walk from the Creek, from where you can reach the souks (gold, spices, textiles) as well as the old mud houses etc.
Our room on the 2 floor was very quiet (no disco or streets noise to hear) as we are not very sophisticated we were thrilled by the spacious rooms. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely recommended very tasty.
Particularly noteworthy is the very friendly and accommodating staff We are happy to come back.

The Holiday Inn Bur Dubai is a year-old 4 star hotel. The flair of the furnishings conveys the charm of the 70-80 Years. It is so clean, only our room smelled a bit musty. With our friends the room smell was technically ok.
The toilets on the ground floor, where the reception is located, are heavily frequented and should be cleaned more often, unfortunately it is not possible to sit down.
The breakfast is very rich and is also offered by the staff at the normal time, very friendly and accommodating.
I must also mention that the entire staff is very, very friendly and helpful and caters to all Wishes.
All in all, The Holiday Inn Bur is a hotel with a typical Arabian atmosphere that you might or may not like.

Very good hotel. Near to all the priority places to visit in Dubai. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Neat n spacious bathrooms with all eminities like bath tub, speakers, running hot water all time, etc. In house restaurant caters continetal and Indian cuisine. Dance bar and club for live entertainment but some disturbance to rooms at night. Due to sound. Very good staff, courteous and helpful.

Great chain of stores that seems to be the most popular in Dubai. Quite varied products of quality not very optimal but at the price defiant the competition. You can find everything. Always crowded with customers and hard to make a way among the rays. We do good business there.

Very good hotel in bur Dubai. The best one infect I would say. Rooms are spacious, clean, food is awesome. Both disco good. However due to some maintenance work going on the swimming pool was closed. The fitness centre is having all necessary equipments. Would recommend the hotel to visitors. The hotel is at a very good location. It is located opposite the Burjuman metro station. You need to come out of Exit 4 and walk across the car parking and you can see the green lights of the hotel. It is not more than 5 min s walking. In room service is very good. They have got good clubs for entertainment. Burjuman shopping mall is at stone throw distance.

Nice location. Very friendly stuff and helpful. Rooms need to get this days. Carpet not good. All room smells like old wet socks. U cant see out of windows. There is only local apartment about 3 meters away. Need to keep curtains close all the time. Swimmingpool been closed whole 12 days we have been here. There is photo what u never see. Left is hotel and right is local apartment.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Pretty awesome place in Bur Dubai. Very near to Places like Dubai Creek, Dolphin Museum, Meena Bazaar, Burjumann Mall etc. Parking is available. I got an free upgrade to suite. Very spacious room. Wonderful people at reception, attentive staff and good service. Breakfast was too good. Indians are definitely going to like what's offered in Breakfast Buffet. Overall enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

Keep your hands off this hotel!
On the roof there is a disco, which makes the building tremble until 3 o'clock in the night. Sleep is not to be thought of. The rest is really great!

It’s a great place to conduct conferences n staying as well. People love changes, they improve the experience over a period of time. And it was a good response from candidates from the conference. The service is also appreciated, they are giving the best from their end. Loved it.

Great service and comfortable rooms. All staff were very helpful and humble. On our request, kitchen staff prepared separate food for our 2 years old kid, we really appreciate their efforts. Only problem we faced was noise coming from club at ground floor. Food is average here, not as per our expectance.

An exotic hotel in the middle of the city. Large. Lobby reception and 3 elevators in operation. Basement car park and can board elevator from the car park. Ground floor having a beautiful restaurant. Rooms are nicely furnished. I visited room number 254 and the guest booked the room through an agent in Mumbai and priced at RS. 5000/ — for twin bed though with single occupancy. Nice view of exterior traffic from the room. Good clean bathrooms and working table 24 hrs live channels. Excellent.

Nice hotel. Good location, close to the center and the ocean. We rented a car, but there is a metro and bus stop nearby. Great breakfast. Most of all liked dinners, not expensive, varied menu, very tasty.

Good for a short stay, Budget trip or a business trip as its near to a Metro Station, a bus stop and it's located in Embassy District. Busy streets. Conducted a Party. Some of the food items were missing which we mentioned. The main reason was communication gap between us and the event manager. They should spend more time with the customers over phone or directly rather than communicating only through mails. Since we r hosting for the first time a proper explanation should have been given regarding selection of menu. After such incident no apology from their side. However the food provided was good. But myself n friends will never opt for holiday inn hereafter.

Loved the hospitality of the place. Rooms were good. Views not so good though. Room service was excellent. Location is good as it is close to malls and the metro.

Top value for money. Friendly staff. Dinner very good. Metro, taxi, shopping mall all nearby. Water for dinner and free in the room. Up to Al Mamzar beach about 14 km by taxi 30 DIRHAM (about €8€) or free by hotel bus advance booking are required. Water temperature in the sea 34 degrees top for bathing. Only thing that bothered me a bit was breakfast room was a bit crowded with people (Indians). We keep there 10 days in September. Top holiday.

Stayed in a one bedroom suite, which was fine. But the check-in and checkout experiences were very poor. As was the pool experience. Not enough sunbeds. And I learned that management is aware of the problem, but can't be bothered to fix it. Used to like this hotel. No more.

Unfortunately, something aging business hotel. The central location right next to the metro station, however, makes up for a lot, as does the warm service from Hamad.

Hotel for tourists and business overnight. Not family and not in the best area to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Worthy of attention for the price.

I stayed in this hotel 5 days. This time was so wonderful for me. Location is good, room is good food is good as well as staff. Especial a man from Uzbekistan his name is Uchkun. He was so helpful during our staying there, we could be more comfortable because of him. Me and my husband very thankfully for him. We will come back again!

Good hotel. Not too expensive and the breakfast is really good. My only complaint is that if you have a room towards the center of the hotel near the elevators, it gets loud at night. Everything is clean, the rooftop pool is very nice and the staff are very accommodating.

Horrible. I arrived late evening. Noticed the rubbish bin was full. Sat it outside the door on my way to dinner. Got back and turned down a made bed to find filfty dirt sheets. Further look showed the whole room dirty. Even the lift call panels are untouchably dirty. Terrible staff. Un acceptable.

I had a good stay. The rooms are very vibtage in style. Had a fee issues with house keeping. Honestly not a bad place for what I paid. Gym is good and I heard the night clubs are good, but never went myself. Youncan hear the club at might from the rooms.

Good for one night some of the staff was nice and courteous; I'm from the US and opted not to use my mobile service provider. One of the bellhop men was nice enough to let us use the phone to place a call for pizza. the Wi-Fi is not the best by any means, try to use to make calls over internet is out of the question here. So if your service provider is not located with the immediate region then I would advise looking elsewhere for another hotel. the night is still young and I'm still here as I write this review… the juror is still out on the remainder of the stay and the morning breakfast! one other note to mention, is they didn't have an issue extending the checkout by additional 2hrs… this is the third hotel of my visit and I'm guessing it's probably customery to extend by up to 2 hours upon request as we didn't have any issues at the others either.

Bad reception, then man must really long wait to get up to his room, we had two double room next to on booked but unfortunately two separate get, which have up to the end our stay not our room changed, the room should be mini bar from rusty be that was also a false display cloths, guests in bathe room was not clean (full patch), room, small black rumble rumbled animals, the address was also not easy to find, also was for some taxi ride hard to find internal welan also against on price per hour 4 euro, per day 18 euros for a 4 star hotel is something really embarrassing, that was my last visit to hotel holiday inn Bur Dubai.

Fantastic and affordable hotel in the embassy district. Half a block away from the metro junction. Walking distance from many sites. The staff need far better training in some areas, and need to better understand their responsibilities. But they try 100% with nothing but a positive attitude. The elegance of the hotel will confuse you as it is a holiday inn, but higher end then most holiday inns. This our the hyatt are solid affordable hotels.
