Great location and great staff. Worth the money.

It is a really good place to chill and relax.

A good hotel for tourists to stay just near from the burjman metro station.

Hotel was clean. Only 3 floors. Its an apartment hotel. Small kitchen area in room with kitchen utensils, oven, cattle, cups, fridge. Dinning table, sofa, double bed, dressing table, cabinets, tables were also available, Its like a studio apartment. Daily clean the room. Washroom with bath tub. Staff was very cooperative and friendly. Food is also good. Specially tea and paratha. 5 minutes walk to burjaman metro station, day to day, Americado, burjaman shooping mall, Carrefour. Only one flaw is that internet in not free. They charge 25 AED for a single day.

Haven't stayed in hotel. Their lobby is huge and good internet speed.

Try allo paratha morning breakfast incomplete without that.

Will visit again for sure, great staff excellent location and good price for rooms. Would recommend.

The worst hotel I have ever visited. Staffs are irresponsible. One cleaning guy came directly to my room without knocking and he said he thought I was checked out!

OK, Room service also good, very near to Burjuman Metro. We can say more comfortable to the tourists.

Poor staff service and poor management. Less customer centric. Felt as if they don't care. Rooms are not clean and my recommendation is only if we don't have any choice one can stay here not otherwise.

How much rate off one night.

I stayed in MOONVALLEY hotel for the second time in june 2014 for 5 day. My first experience was fantastic, And this time also I had a good Experience. The reception people were very professional. They explain everything to you. The staff was friendly and our hotel room was ready for us as early as 7:30 in the morning (when our flight arrived). Thee room was in a good shape and had a comfortable size. Besides a small gym the hotel offers a pool on the roof of the building which is a nice opportunity to refresh, during our stay. Breakfast was good and appropriate. Food is awesome quality & quantity. I would recommend to all for stay. THE HOTEL is located an close to metro station and there is always taxis available, excellent location, helpful reception staff! all in all it was a comfortable stay. Stayed July 2014, TRAVELED on business.

Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Terrible guest services, expensive Wi-Fi, gross rooms (including stained sheets), very sketchy "spa", no security, low quality breakfast food, bedbugs, inconsistant cleaning services. If at all possible, find a different hotel to stay at.
