We have stayed at this fabulous Hotel twice now and the experience was an absolute delight. The rooms are fresh and clean and the Reception and House Staff are polite and helpful at all times. We give the " Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa 10 Gold Stars and look forward to a return stay very soon. If looking for a Hotel in Dubai I urge you to book here… you will not be disappointed!

Situated in a bustling neighbourhood, across the road from the Dubai Museum (and a hop on hop off bus stop), within walking distance of the old souk (textiles), this hotel provided a cool haven from the heat of the Dubai day! Fabulous staff, friendly, helpful and efficient. Indian, Chinese, Pub-style restaurants and Bistro on the premises.

We changed hotels six times during our trip, from heritage style hotels to 7 star Jumeirah. Arabian courtyard was by far the best for service, friendly staff and atmosphere. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to return. Thank you to all the staff for the most amazing part of our tripDavid.

Excellent customer service with brilliant clean well sized rooms. Wi-Fi seems to have a few problems but who cares when you are on vacation.

Easy to locate, very professional staff, amazing customer service experience. We got a room with an amazing view, Wi-Fi works and a lot of food varieties to choose from. From English to Indian. It also gives you the feel of old Dubai. If you are looking for the whole old but golden experience Arabian Courtyard is the place for you. Also close to the Deira Mrkt.

Arabian Style Hotel, with heritage look, hotel with beautiful location, good amenities, well trained staff and reception, restaurant and well designed rooms. Hotel is located opposite to Dubai Museum, at a great place in Bur Dubai area, walking distance from Al Fahidi Metro station and you can go around the city, nearby Old markets, creek or nearby tourist destinations easily. Hotel has a tour and travel desk which offers attractive tour packages to facilitate your local site seeings, however I feel prices are on little higher side. If you are interested to buy some clothes, electronic, enjoy local cuisine or buy some souvenir, you can easily get it from the nearby Bur Dubai Market. The place is famous for Indian/ Pakistani suits Indian jewelry and Arabic stuff. There is also a nice coffee shop in the hotel, where you can enjoy a variety of beverages and snacks. Their breakfast is amazing and caters to the requirements of their global customers, however the area is little crampy as it has a limited seating capacity and we had to wait for our turn to have breakfast. Their rooms are amazing looking with heritage stuff. Have a glance at the added photographs, you will be able to appreciate the hotel well. They also have a small swimming pool so you can relax poolside. Their darban is a smart looking and courteous Sikh, dressed in traditional Arabian attire. Hotel just shines during night time. I would like to enjoy their hospitality during my next visit to Dubai.

I visited Mumtaz Mahal in Arabian Courtyard. It was fine dine with Indian music. Best place to hang out if anyone wants to listen old and new songs. The food was fresh, good and tasty. All my guest were happy to spend the evening in Mumtaz Mahal.

Situated in the city centre right opposite the Dubai Museum, close to most of the main markets n the riverfront. The location makes it a perfect choice for work as well as a holiday stay. The staff is super helpful n polite, rooms well furnished n spacious, the whole interior has been done keeping in the the Arabian aesthetics which is really great. The food is good too be it Chinese or indian… and the pricing is pretty reasonable. Definitely the great value for your buck…

My experince with Arabian Courtyard was really great,, Hotel location is in heart of Bur Dubai, front of Dubai Museum. Room Size is big. Hotel Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Breakfast is very delicious. Overall it is a one of the best hotel, provide you comfort more than your home.

An hotel in the centre of the interesting part of Dubai, opposite the fort and near the creek and souks. It has an old-fashioned feel about it, and all the better for that. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the service was cheerful and efficient. I thoroughly recommend it.

Stayed here for 5 night as it was a convenient location. Old world middle eastern type hotel with “Aladdin type dressed” doorman. Located opposite Dubai Museum. Always request rooms on higher level as music from the club below is does not allow one quiet sleep.

Arabian courtyard is on the the old standing property before the new Dubai took over the hotel business. But give its location and charm it is one of the cultural hotspot for tourist. The property is nice, although personally I feel it can have some renovation.

This hotel is a little tired but ideally placed in the centre of the old town near the creek. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The room we had was great, very comfortable bed and a well appointed bathroom.

We had a great stay and loved Dubai. Thanks to your staff for giving us a complementary upgrade to an Executive King room for being our first stay. Ask for room 702. Very roomy. It’s a quiet room on the back of the hotel with a view of the city.

Highly service oriented. Great staff everywhere. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Great location for getting around. Across from Dubai museum. Easy to metro, also taxis and Uber. They offer two late check-out options if you have a late flight. Breakfast buffet is standard.

A nice place to stay. It is comfortable with its own restaurants. The staff are helpful and English is spoken. It is very handy for the museum and close to the historic quarter by the creek. However, there are few places to eat out close to the hotel, although there are some a bit more of a walk away. If you are wanting to stay somewhere more central to the modern part of the city, this is probably not the hotel to choose.

Very well situated for shopping relaxation and anything you care to do also for choices of eating outlets. Staff are absolutely amazing especially concierge CHARITH and ISMAEL and front of house BAKSISH SINGH Who go out of their way to ADD value to your stay with their care and consideration Love all they do SUBS.

Hotel is located directly opposite from the Museum & a 5 minute walk from Dubai Creek where you catch the boats to Gold & Spice Souks. There are textile shops located here too if you want Pashminas etc. Also many gold shops in the vicinity. The hotel staff are very friendly, the room was large, clean & well equipped. Excellent shower. Decor is a bit dated but it added to the charm. The lifts function well. There is a gym & pool including several restaurants. Had a great Arabic meal in Pharoahs Restaurant where you can include alcohol which can’t be consumed outside at local restaurants as it’s a heritage area. The buffet breakfast excellent. It was busy & I was seated in a small room off to the left of the main dining area which was probably a previous smoking room so try & avoid if possible. Also easy to catch taxi to Dubai Mall. Overall would stay here again. Felt safe walking around as a solo female traveller.

This was the fourth time I stayed at this hotel and I found that the service has deteriorated drastically especially the housekeeping. We had to ask several times for toiletries and fresh towels and toilet paper before they were brought in. The toilet flush was not working properly, the sink was not draining and it was finally fixed after 4 days. One strange thing was that there was no hair conditioner available. Even a 2 star hotel has this. The Wi-Fi in the room was very very poor.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Very friendly staff with great service. The gym and pool were better than I expected. Very well equipped gym great food places and barbers all around the hotel.

My experience second time was not as great as my first time experience. First time was great and that's why I chose to stay here second time. This time I was given a poor and noisy room on the first floor and I absolutely hated it. But they changed it to a quieter room after I complained. Room was still smaller this time and on second floor. I normally prefer higher floors. Breakfast buffet is better than average. Location is close to markets and restaurants. But pick up and drop off lane is narrow. Valet parking is available. The Indian restaurant here has awesome food and music here though. Loved the experience there.

Good sized and recently upgraded room, convenient location and quite atmosphere here. Breakfast is not included but plenty of options just outside. Walking distance to multiples shops, easy access to cab for sightseeing. Will try booking the hop on-hop off tour and a desert safari from lobby. It will be nice if hotel can give complimentary breakfast and newspapers in the morning.

At first glance it is very nice from the outside as well as the décor of the rooms. But unfortunately the air conditioning on the roof at the 8th floor was so noisy that I had to give myself another room. German is not spoken here but the communication with English is no problem. Warning tap water has no drinking water quality.

Parking is very difficult for this hotel, fortunately they have a very friendly VALET parking staff. The place looks very crowded. It it situated in one of the most populated area of Dubai.

I know you should leave a review only after the stay but I have just booked this hotel online will be arriving 19 Nov for 7 nights. I called the hotel for some information and would like to say the lady on the phone was so helpful. To me that's a good start, I am getting good vibes about this place I have done my home work read reviews and spoke to some friends who have stayed there in the past. Will update you guys after my stay.

The Hotel is aging! Some floors are already under renovation. But the staff is always friendly and friendly.

Went to Dubai for my birthday and I had such an exceptional vacation there mainly because of this hotel. I got birthday cakes compliments of the restaurants and the hotel itself but it was the service I encountered there. I was treated like royalty pure and simple. The staff was friendly and just overall amazing by going out of their way to make my stay one of lavishness. The amenities were immaculate thanks to very professional housekeeping and there was an instance where I forgot my cash and passport on my bed while I went for breakfast. Upon entering my room, my room was cleaned, bed made and cash laid out in order, not a cent was missing. Will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Dubai, not only for their service but also their location, which is in the heart of the shopping hub. Will definitely be going back soon!

This hotel is a clear recommendation! The location is perfect, all staff members were very friendly and helpful, I also enjoyed a massage, the roof pool, and a snack at the pub besides traditional Arabian breakfast in the morning. The rooms are large, very clean and nicely decorated. I hope to come back one day to Dubai and I'll then would choose the "Arabian Courtyard" again for my accomodation. Without doubt 5 stars! Sukran!

Nice place. It was my home when I came to UAE for the first time. Breakfast table was really huge, with a lot of options… It was a classic hotel, with a some excellent facilities, spa, gym, pool recreation area… Bar etc… 10 days went of just in a flash… Very close Al fahidi Metro station.

A good 4-star hotel in not-luxury but-busy district of Bur Dubai. Service is normal and staff are nice and always smiling. Three Indian/Chinese/Arabian restaurants are in place but the variety of foods is limited. Pool in back yard is small but ok. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. I've been there in 3 different trips!

The Room was very noisy although I requested a silent room. I was charged around 50 AED more than the reservation said. Breakfast was okay. Staff is very very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to airport is for free and we'll organized. Room was tidy and clean.

Very authentic hotel in a traditional style. Be aware that you are very close to mosques so will be woken by call to prayer. Very pleased we chose this end of town rather then the high rise modern. Small terrace with a few sun loungers and pool.

2 star Very disappointing No hot water at whatever time we tried Wife ate a cheese sandwich and finished up with food poisioning, reported this and no body followed up Broken toilet seat and leaking shower and sink taps reported this but weren't fixed Staff excellent and Restrants excellent Inhouse tour booking service was 5 star service.

A 4 star property, I was an employee there before few year ago, its nice hotel and management also, The General Manager Mr. Habib khan form Pakistan. it's locate at heart of Dubai (Bur Dubai). Opposite Dubai Musium Al Fahidi St. Near by Dubai Creek.

Nice little hotel with appealing decor. Located in a tourist-friendly area. Allows you to hop on the Big Bus tours practically right in front of the hotel because the Dubai Museum is across the street. Neighbourhood is easy to walk around and allows you to experience the 'older' Dubai that isn't full of skyscrapers. Close enough to the airport that your trip will only cost 25 dirhams by taxi. Bathrooms could use a bit of updating. My bathroom tub didn't do a good job of keeping water in despite pulling the shower curtain. Water tended to end up on the bathroom floor. Excellent water pressure and drainage. Staff was great. Would book here again.

Stayed here twice, it is a four star, great location, great staff, nice restaurants, very clean. Offers free valet parking for guests, which works well. Close to museum and creek, metro is 300m away.

Good place but no parkings.
