Best and budget hotel in Dubai. Just opposite to Dubai Museum. Neat and clean rooms, quick service, good staff to assist. Easy access to Dubai metro al-fahidi and burjaman. Also nearby to Dubai creek Diera.

Worst service, not clean at all, the aisle and the rooms have super bad smell! I Called them from the room for a noisy neighbor more than 3 times! They did not do anything about it, and they didn't say they sorry about it! I requested to change the room because of it, and they said they will do if he repeat it the next day! No parking if you have a car. And the public parking is far and you have to pay 18AD a day! I requested a late checkout for 2 hours more! And they say we can't because the rooms are booked and there is only 3 rooms used for the whole floor! If there is less stars I'd given it to them!

Short form: Superhotel for all with a small budget long form: (Bood. 2016) we checked in at night at 3hr, after leaving our totally dirty AirBnB booking location the day before. Also that we wanted to see the stairwell and our room before booking was treated as a matter of course.
For me it was pure luxury that the beds were freshly sourced every day, the bathroom was cleaned and the employees quickly led you to the nearest supermarket.
Which has lasted as long as it has been without getting 3 times, as I have done a regular time.
Only English and Arabic are spoken at the reception. They also have the patience to explain everything to you several times if you don't understand it the first time or the second time. ;P The price of the tours on offer (e. G. Desert bashing or abu dhabi) are the same as those we found on the net, with the advantage that you get a VERY GOOD rabat as a guest.

Very convenient location (near Metro, bus station), polite staff, inexpensive. Relatively 2 stars-clean. Great Wi-Fi, no interruptions. Breakfast is very good. Cheap Restaurant menu. The area is old, colorful, live mostly Hindus, but the prices do not lomjat, you can buy everything at normal prices. I'd go back there again. Unsophisticated recommend.

Good hotel for an average spender. A bit old hotel compared to others. Manager and senior staff are very good in service. Restaurent staff were friendly. There was a little girl at the reception who was very rude initially. May be the hotel should train her on customer servicing. Overall good service.

Thanks to permanent air conditioning, many dust mites. I am an allergy sufferer and had a very strong rash. Otherwise very nice and helpful staff. Price performance is optimal!

Economy stay in dubai … and very easy access to bur dubai and market place.

The indian staff are nice. They are very helpful. But basic things is lacking inside the room. No water heater and cup to make coffee inside. No parking lot. The breakfast is different from what is expected. The good thing is its in the middle of karama. Too much shop and the Bur Dubai souk is walking distance.

It was just okk experience. Front desk staff need to be more skilled.

This Hotel is good for one night staying. The lobby is very small and the room service is not good and there were some bugs and insects inside.

Best thing about the place is the proximity. Staff are nice, Wi-Fi is decent, room furniture is quite old but clean, and it us relatively quiet. Good for budget travelers, especially solo.

It's not worthy for long stay. Terrible room service & reception staff. Always they question you & doubt you, they don't know how to treat a GUEST.! Only thing I like the lighting systems & its some what near to All Market.
