It is a very clean hotel, the attentive staff, the company gives is good, central place, in general everything is a good and with good service.

Breakfast is delicious, Rooms are pleasant, staff is fiendly, there is gym and pool on the top floor and the Hotel location is very good.

Please take inventory of the side bar, the house keeping staff take advantage of u on that, they consume what is provided and the client is accused of being the one who consumed. They do it so well, replace everything else but leave the bottles they consumed in the refrigerator until the day u check out, I don't recommend, the management didn't seem to do their investigations well.

It's good, pleasent environment, good room service, kind hospitality, room servicing boys very kind, good, quick, service.

We stayed there for 2 nights and we had a great time there. The location is near to Al Ghubaiba bus, Ferry and metro stations. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are big to easily accommodate 3 adults. Interiors are good. Swimming pool is small but it doesn't make any difference. Gym is well equipped. Food is tasty. Buffet breakfast has choices for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Free Wi-Fi was available. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Basically I have been there to fix rooms for our guests who are visiting Dubai during October seasons. It's a simply nice hotel offering great place for Indians shopping. They need not take a cab to visit their shopping needs. Rooms are spacious and good. Good staff and lovely place.

It's a nice hotel. The rooms are small, everything is comfortable. The only thing, instead of cold water flows hot. Asked for help, offered to give a bucket where the water will cool down and so wash.

Staff were professional, polite and friendly. The rooms were smart and felt clean. Good selection to choose from for breakfast — Location is not far from most attractions as well as the airport. I highly recommend this Hotel. Regards. (New Zealand)

Best place to stay in location, breakfast, service deliverance is really nice. I loved the place to spend my time in vacation, city centre is too in walkable distance.

Thumbs up to the room service. Rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast buffet is really good, especially the non-veg section. Front office staff could be a little more responsive and friendly.

The hotel is good, but there are some challenges that one can face here, first and foremost the hotel seems less friendly, there are a few who are good but and sometimes they give wrong or incomplete information to the customers. That is something which really spoiled our experience. Also if one is expecting to invite their family members to the hotel room, then you can only meet them in the reception area. Which I didn't find good at all. Also I would like to once again emphasize on the overall courtesy and politeness of the staff. I had not so pleasant experience with the duty manager 'Tapesh' twice. The hotel rooms are good but when it comes to customer satisfaction, I will choose another hotel, and will not recommend it to anyone else!

Do stay here if u are on a trip to dubai. Such a wonderful staff always ready to help u or serve u and the rooms are excellent. Had a wonderful stay over here…

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had a wonderful stay. They had both continental and Indian breakfast which was very nice and upto the mark. Location is convenient.

I have good experience staying at this place. For Indians, specially vegetarians, this is a good place to be in. Foodquality was really good and it felt I am having the same somewhere in india. Most of the staffs including cooks are from india. Rooms in terms of cleanliness and other services were extremely good. And the most attractive things is its proximity to gold suk and meena bazar.

I'm happy with the kind employees of your hotel from the valet parking, guard and restaurant staff. Though your staff are kind to guests, they are bound to make mistakes. I am just very sad with your management's handling of my complain about the small scratch damage my car had by your valet. It has been almost two months and no one has gotten back to me for a proper resolution. I gave up and would never folllow-up anymore so I'll just leave a fair review so your customers/guests would be aware.

Neat and clean rooms. Food too is good. Location is good. Nearer to places one would go for shopping.

Had lots of fun while staying at Howard Johnson. The staff is very co-operative and friendly with great hospitality. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet is a delight with both indian as well as continental cuisine choice. I would rate it as an excellent choice with good location.

He doesn't finish convincing. The rooms are nice, the service not so much.
It may be a cultural issue, but it would be bad to attend the guest more carefully.

Over charged us for phones calls that we did not make. Also We checked in at 2am They would not allow us to late check out past Noon. They also holt our passports in their office upon our arrival till bill was paid. You get what you pay for. We were shopping for good rate we end up paying same rate that we could paid for nicer area hotel.

A nice 3 star hotel with good food options and staff. But they could make the check-in & check out process a bit easier or rather smoother.

Buy a connecting trip, you need to buy accommodation, indicating arrival can stay in the hotel.
But the morning arrived 7:00 until 11:30 has not let us stay, and then 2:30 to participate in the desert exploration itinerary, then why do I have to buy a hotel to purchase the trip again, the same night more than the check-out in 12:00, please ask this hotel is in fraud? Anyhow this hotel according to the day of understanding is over-enrolment accommodation, cause we have no room, now also completely did not apologize, let me feel Dubaijin very uncomfortable, another breakfast is really bad, the dishes about only 15 kinds of bar.

Friendly staff, great food. I had some complaints with the locking card system. Overall, a good value for money.

A really nice hotel with helpful staff and every facility someone would need away from home. Trupti at the tour desk was especially helpful and friendly when going through tour options with us. She booked our desert tour at the time we wanted and made sure it arrived on time. If it wasn't for her, we might not have seen some of the beautiful sights in Dubai that we enjoyed on our trip.

Nice hotel. They do serve complimentary breakfast (mostly continental) which is quiet good. Located close to the spice market. For cheep shopping do visit carryfore near by by mall (1 km)

We attended a christening party in one of the halls. The arrangements seem to have been done nicely. The buffet laid out was good.

All I can say is one of the top hotels the wife and I have stayed at. The most friendliest staff, helpful and on the ball with what ever was asked of them. The pool was spotless as also the rooms. 5 Stars aren't enough for this hotel 7 plus is more in the line of ratings. Good effort and work to all who work at this hotel.

Stayed four days here with family. Good breakfast. Excellent house keeping. Good swimming pool.

Nice hotel. Could be good for budget travelers. Not too much parking lot but liked the Valet Parking for free. The area around is not much to discover or near to any attractions. Rooms are clean and beds are comfort. Facility is just fine.

I just checked in on 23rd of april 2017 and the moment I entered I saw big smile on the face of Mr Surya (The Manager) and Ms. Lucky (the Receptionist) The hotel is located In the heart of Bur Dubai. Easy to go anywhere from here… loved the housekeeping service… breakfast is an awesome. Everyone Will give you an answer on your question with great smile on their face… if I am going to visit again in december. @Howard Johnson Bur Dubai is my first priority. Convenient for a stopover in Dubai. Just what I expected: Clean room, centrally located and still close to the airport.

I stayed there with my mom and sister for vacation. And I most say I rillo enjoyed my stay, the rooms where clean, water was rill good and wifo was very active. I rilli enjoyed my stay and I would go back there again plus the staffs where friendly.

Hotel is nice but housekeeping is absolutely bad. We stayed for seven days and had to keep asking for the room to be cleaned every day. Also, they billed me wrongly for breakfast wen I had booked on only room basis. I have received no reaponse to my emails about excess charges but to no response.

We have booked for a week in Sep-15, hope for free Wi-Fi facility and good service.

Hotel is good in current price, location is ok, Food is good but they did not provide us Transfers as promised in our package and complimentory Wi-Fi was not given to us. Last day they left bitter impression on us. We were not getting 5 seater taxi to go to airport. We requested hotel staff to leave us in their cab on payment basis but they kept us waiting for 2 hours n did not provide taxi. Its very basic feature which all hotels provide to their customers. However when we showed anger as we were getting late then they charged us 15 AED more than the market rate of taxi. Although it was included in our package. Moreover desert safari which we booked from hotel lobby, was pathatic and did not provide us good service.

I just spend 6 days here june 2013. Iam coming from india. Water is very hot here in bathroom even dont take shower plz do something for that.

A good budget hotel. Stayed there for 7 nights August ending to 7th sept 2012. Internet reception which I paid for was very poor. The break fast was ok just that it was the same stuff everyday and the food is mainly Indian. Would not go back there. Almost missed my flight bc the reception did not wake me up as requested for an early morning flight.

Spent 2 nights there, Sept 2012. Good service, very clean and very friendly staff. Good value for money, just that they should have internet access in the rooms, for free off course. At that price I found quit a few hotels in Europe doing it. Breakfast was good and plenty. Just the coffee killed me. No espresso. Can't comment on the restaurant because I never used it. Location was OK, close to the main city and plenty taxis around to take you anywhere. Thanks Howard Johnson. Keep it up.
