Excellent breakfast, catering for everyone. Rooms neat and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good shuttle service. Good sustainability programme without compromising.

Good location, free shuttle from airport. I appreciated the gym and a pool. Small but for a one day visit was great. Rooms were clean. There is a convenience store not too far away, but at the reception they didn't know when I asked. The cafe staff and some of the receptionist were really lovely and helpful. For a one night layover good choice.

Wonderful experience. The hotel Breakfast happens to be my best meal of the day because all meals are prepared to suit everyone. Courteous and friendly staff. Best Hotel in dubai if you want value for money. Location is perfect. Very clean environment. I will definitely recommend this hotel forever. Shuttle service very coordinated.

It's a great place! Friendly, helpful staff. There is a transfer to the metro, beach, shopping malls, airport (acceptable schedule).

Its average place you can enjoy and also take benefits because of services. But Personal opinion its best for me. Thanks to management for the nice service. I was looking for smilar to the services but found this one. I actually don't want to waste my time here and there so thats why I chosen this place. I really love to be here. Stayed with the daughter in April 2018 all liked, polite staff, immediately react to any request. Good breakfast and dinner time. Transfer to all the malls back and forth. Good Food.

The hotel has an exceptional value for money. It has a swimming pool where you get free towel. It is a 5-minute walk from the Al Jadaf subway station. It also has transportation every 20 minutes to the station and Terminal 3 of the airport. It has own taxis at the hotel's doorstep. They have currency exchange at the reception. You can book excursions in the hotel itself. In the rooms you have 2 European power adapters. Every morning you get 2 bottles of water, coffee, milk and tea free (there is a thermos where the water is heated and the coffee and milk envelopes are poured). They have a restaurant, bar and pub. As against, the air conditioner did not work properly, towards cold in the room and the fridge in addition to being small did not cool enough. In spite of everything highly recommended this hotel.

Decent for business travellers. Old setup needs a big refurbishment. Better hotels are available in same price range and well connected localities. Breakfast was good.

Lovely, friendly hotel. Staff can't do enough to help. Clean rooms, plenty of space. Pool is lovely, lifeguard on duty throughout the day, he also clears the leaves etc out of the pool meaning it's nice and clean. Food is good and there's a lovely little souvenir shop too.

Rest Sjomej. Deluxe Room with a view of the road. Very pleasant, polite staff. No Deposit!, tasty varied menu. Very nice pool. Chistotakrugom. There are 2 TVs in the room. Kettle, coffee, tea, water. The level is much higher than three stars. Construction is nearby, but it is also in other places. Transfer to any place. Very satisfied! Highly recommended!

Great hotel equipped with all the comforts only flaws the cemetery view of the room but the rest compensates.

Good and cheap hotel, ideal for visiting Dubai. Our standard room is perfect for overnight stay, even if you want to sell an upgrade at check-in. The pool in the main house is clean and the water is checked every hour. There is also a lifeguard. The Metro is about 5-10min away so you can get to Dubai quickly and conveniently. The rooms were a bit noisy, at least with us (7th floor) You could hear a lot of the street and ventilation. The neighbouring building site hardly bothered. We recommend breakfast for everyone. Hot and cold dishes, international. So you are stronger for the day, because otherwise food is very expensive here. Also shopping at the supermarket. Clear recommendation.

Let me down after my 3rd stay. Had to share bed after I clearly booked for 3 guests in each room. Nevertheless it's a great place to stay good staff and shuttle bus service.

Hotel has a nice public area, the food is good, especially it's very nice because the kitchen is open almost the whole day. We've stayed here because our Emirates flight was rescheduled for another day. It could be a bit cleaner, the furniture inside is a bit outdated. It's fine for one night but I wouldn't stay there for a week. Hotel has a great potential though.

Budget hotel with reasonable and clean rooms. A restaurant is available with a limited range of food, but reasonable. A daily shuttle can bring you to the centre and back, that is including the hotel fee. Good and price reasonable for a short stay in Dubai.

Staff is good… complimentary shuttle bus service from airport terminal 3 only. Breakfast was good at 40aed with lots of breakfast options of Indian, continental and Lebanese food. All things are good but they don't provide early check in before 9 AM.

Good location compared to some tourist places, however inside you can find a service that organizes tours in the city, you can also ask the car taxis with driver to make guided tours, the price must be agreed before, and can range from 20 to 30 euros As of now, traditional taxis are generally lower though not by much. Inside there are many services, including free Wi-Fi although with reduced speed, but sufficient for normal use, swimming pool, gym, office to make prints or documents. Rating I would say good in relation to the price, something could improve in the service at the table in the restaurant, which for certain points of view is a little rough.

Nice place to stay, very near to metro station. They provide complimentary shuttle service to several famous landmarks, metro station and airport terminal-3 I believe. Rooms and washroom are a bit small, but ok for a budget hotel. Room was clean and tidy, service was good. They allow early check-in based on availability. Has buffet breakfast available which was good and has ateast 1-2 Indian options available.

Location is OK. A little bit far from downtown but they have some free shuttles in the area. Didn't use the shuttle at all because their schedule didn't work for us. Clean. Fair price.

Nicely maintained property with good hospitality. They have got big swimming pool, pub and restaurant in the premises which makes your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is well spread but 95% menu is repeated daily and that's only minus here. Good connectivity to all places as metro station is 10 minutes walk away. Taxis available all the time.

It is a very clean and comfortable facility. Within a walking distance of the metro station. Their complementary shuttle to and from 5 Malls including Dubai Mall, Festival City, the beach and airport made my Dubai experience worth every penny and minute.

Well maintained hotel, wide choice at breakfast (sweet salty) bathroom a little small. The most shuttle bus to Metro station every 15 minutes, for 20 EAD airport shuttle. The least some receptionists at the limit of the incorrect.

Great value and very close to the Metro. It is a bit of a distance from Dubai Marina but very close to the old area and Deira.

Good reception, nice entrance, decent pool area, but the rooms are disappointing! impossible to open the Windows and even see out, a filter was sticking on the glass, no bath and the hotel isolate from everything.
Fortunately the Metro is 10 min walk and the taxi is not very expensive; approx. 30 DHS to go to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa and 50 DHS to go to the beach next to the Burj Arab hotel.

I was placed at this hotel in 2015 after missing a connecting flight with Emirates, so I didn't pay for my stay. The food buffet (breakfast and lunch), was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean. Furthermore, the staff was very pleasant. There was a complimentary shuttle bus service to the airport as well. I rate 4 instead of 5 stars, because there was a noisy construction site when I stayed. However, probably nowadays it is not an issue at all. The metro station is about a 10-min walking distance from the hotel. Which is convenient to get to the city.

Missed my connection and Emirates put me up here for 12 hours. Perfectly acceptable — free Wi-Fi, buffet food not bad, regular transfers back to the airport.

Very nice hotel, we had rent a car but a free shuttle to the main sights is available. A large parking lot but not enough covered and complete places quickly.
A very nice pool very pleasant to relax and to make children play. The pool supervisors are very responsive and very welcoming.
The rooms are correct, very clean with towels, water bottles, a small fridge and a kettle. Cupboards will allow you to store your clothes and a chest is integrated.
The cleaning is done every day in the rooms.
The Wi-Fi connection works fine.
The staff are friendly but the hotel is very poorly soundproof. We had to change rooms as we had very noisy neighbors, we recovered a smaller room with shower while we had a bathtub. We didn't want to refuse the new room as we were already embarrassed to complain about the noisy neighborhood.
A souvenir shop will allow you to make small purchases.
The staff are very helpful!

Hotel close to town but that from the impression of being out of the way due to the poor presence of nearby buildings. In Some rooms it is impossible to see out the window and also you can not open them. Breakfast appreciable Although I must admit it wasn't the best. Helpful staff.

Very convenient hotel out of the city busy streets There is no shops or attractions next to it but there is lot of options inside the hotel like restaurants, bar, pool, etc… I like the signs they put on every light switch, in the bathroom, all to save power and be green. the telephone extensions don't work as per the list provided the mixed grill plate I ordered to the room is so small, like kids meal They put a open garbage bin inside the room, not recommended they don't have accessories like tooth brush and shaving kit.

Wary on arrival at reception and smell in the rooms. Lights that turn on and off inside the room as in the worst suburban motel.

It was kind small but cozy! I went with my son. From us to dubai I stayed in Millennium and from kabul to dubai I stayed in Arabian Park hotel. Staff helped me with everything as it was hard for me with a tiny infant :/. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

Dont go for this Hotel, it suckksss, pooorr room srvice, tooooo costlyyyy, no friendly stafff, charges you extra money, main Reason Very Far away from the City, Trust me, Dont even think about this hotel.

Destination for Emirates passangers with 8+ hrs layover time at DBX. Decent hotel, nice enough food. I was happy with my experience there.

It's a quite nice clean place. Economical prices. Room which I lived was not much spacious although the corridors are quite interesting with all the zig zags.

An excellent hotel. Comfortable environment, FREE Wi-Fi and most of all staff is amazing. The hotel gives services every 20 minutes to the metro station and the airport along with free pick and drop from various locations around the city, so for a tourist that is a a goldmine.

They say they're a 3 star hotel with a 5 star hotel attitude. It's true! For that cheap price I got a really good service, they have a pool, free Wi-Fi in every room, free breakfast and free shuttle bus to main places. Also, to the metro station it's only 5 minutes walk! Very clean aswell.

Very well n quiet place to rest from many journeys in dubai. Staff were very kind and always helpfull. Shuttle bus to many places in dubai was very helpfull when I was there only with my 2years son so we could spend many time together without think about looking for taxi, juz manage our time with the bus time. Very recommended when you travel in short time and less payment.

How is it possible to review this hotel from 1 to 5 stars? We'll give it a try next week. Hopefully ok, or better.

After we were left to die by hotel right next door, we come to this hotel. Bed quality was lousy, shuttle service very inefficient. Both hotels in the middle of nowhere.

It's a small quiet and beautiful hotel with warm Kenyan Sisters at the Front Desk. Fast Check-in, Free Wi-Fi, Free Shuttle Bus to and from the Airport and around all major landmarks of Dubai plus all major shopping centers. Nice clean rooms with comfy beds, all the amenities you may need are in reach. And all… within the comfort of your budget. I Loved it! ❤❤
