Not good not bad, for its price and location but we only booked for ten night's stay, and spent the days exploring and nights resting. So all is good, I did not like seeing the staff using a towel from the bathroom to clean the toilet seat. Maybe it was an isolated incident but it was off putting. I just brought my own towel and toiletries and by own bed sheet. They did replace the sheets everyday and room service was everyday at 10:00 am. Altogether a reasonable location with many shops nearby. Right next to metro station stop and bus stop. If you plan to go to The Mall of Dubai the bus service is better, as the Metro stop is a long walk away.

I got a renovated room, so it was pretty good, but yes the Wi-Fi facility is chargeable. So one can try n look for the hotel which provides Wi-Fi complementary.

Hotel location is good but bot hotel. Rooms and corridors give u bad smell all the time. Breakfast is not good. Avoid it.

This is the old hotel. And is a budgeted hotel. Food is good and staff is also polite and behavior was also good. Where as Rooms are of average size. Cleanness is moderate. Staff was hospitable. Their is also food available in Cafe. Deluxe rooms are also available and those are awesome.

Very very very very Bad hotel, not clean, zero hygiene. I found 2 rats during taking my breakfast and they was jumping on tables and between food I can't imagine how the let such a thing happened in the hotel. I don't recommend this hotel at all. I forgot to tell you the quality of the room is very bad and they have bery bad service.

Never go for the entry level rooms, they are pathetic. Dripping water from ceilings of bathroom, poor air conditioning and smell of mold. If you want to stay here, go for super Deluxe rooms, they are nice.

Satisfied with the worth of money got. I booked for approx Rs 2200 online after some discounts. Major highlights: 1) Huge room I got with all the facilities like TV, refrigerator, AC, wardrobe and clean and comfortable beds. 2) The hotel is well managed and professionally managed. 3) The major benfit is that this hotel is located on the main road and just beside Al Fahidi metro station. 4) Connectivity for all modes of transportation is very good. 5) There are two clubs in the hotel Indian and African. 6) There is one Spa also. 7) One can get all type of food in just walking distance as this is very close to Meena Bazar. Negatives — — Few problems I got were that I was not given any water to drink, no breakfast and no Wi-Fi in room (i can use Wi-Fi in lobby).

One of the old hotel in bur dubai. The prices are with in budget. Wifi is paid here. There are 2-3 night clubs in the hotel. Entry is free inn the clubs.

Spacious rooms, good hygiene, nice amenities, free Wi-Fi and reasonable rates. This hotel has everything you need. I will definitely recommend this one to everyone.

This place doesnt have free Wi-Fi in rooms. Wifi is only available in lobby and that too is of very bad speed.

I am staying here for last 4 days everyday when I leave the hotel for work I ask them to change the shop clean properly as cockroaches are running around and mosquitos. But they seems don't do it properly. Asked the cleaning person to do but it seems they are paid heavily as the person was shouting unbelievable. Worst EVER Hotel in Dubai.

Budgeted Hotel, Early check inn available as per availability. Recption manager is cooperative. Mr Kotesh. But rooms are not well Maintained. Bathrooms are very small. But if u require budgeted Hotel. Rush inn is on.

Worst and dirty, Fraud getting paid for everything.

I wanted to check out early due to sudden change in plans. I explained it to the staff in evening. He understood the situation and guided me. Not sure about his name but he deserves to be a manager. If the staff is like him I will come back again. I am coming back in April with 4 more PPL and I will definitely stay for more than a week. Best customer service staff. I work in service industry and I am director of business development sal de la business solutions. I will definitely recommend the rush inn not because of the way the property is or amenities. But due to that staff. He deserves an applause.

For its price is normal. It was once a high class hotel, and now is very outdated. The rooms are spacious, the staff is OK, the Wi-Fi in the rooms is paid, the lobby is free. Arrival will have to pay additional tax.

Very convenient for Business travelers looking for Budget Hotel. Breakfast is NOT GOOD, Bathrooms are small, take Higher floor rooms to avoid Noise from clubs downstairs.

Hotel staff is very hospitable. Excellent service. However, the breakfast given as complimentary is below average. Few floors have been renovated so it's good. But a few are not renovated, so the rooms are not so good and washrooms in those floors are below average. But the staff maintains cleanliness etc but overall infrastructure needs upgrade which they have started.

Worst Hotel To Stay in. For Wi-Fi u have to pay Extra 25 AED nd that Is only one person can use at a time.

Not happy at all with this hotel, when we made the booking we were told that the required rooms are available, but upon reaching the hotel they gave us a substitute room, which was in OK condition, the balcony had French doors which took two of us to open em, dust n mould on the sliding rails, needs plenty of grease to get them open, Wi-Fi only available in the lobby, didn't have breakfast as we checkout early, the two club which r in the lobby, Indian and Africana played music till 3am n my word were they loud, could hear them on 6th floor… Overall it's a no go… Not again for me…

In the middle of city (close to Mina Bazar). Break fast was not good. No additional facilities like swimming pool or gym. Hospitality from Staff is ok but not excellent. They also run night club in same building.

Very good budget hotel. Near Metro station.

First floor you have 2 club with loud music : Africana and Indian. The music is until 3am every night. I stay at 6th floor and I can hear the bass and I cannot rest.

Too loud in the night peaceful night not possible as night club is operational.

L dont call this an hotel, when "me" and my friends arrived at the hotel, the hotel desk seemed to be normal, but when we arrived at the room, oh my god, it was completely diferent from what we saw in the internet pictures. The room was not clean, it had a carpet in all room so dirty, the bathroom was disgusting. To night when I decided to sleep, I saw a baby cockroach to walking on the floor. Im a kind of person who dont require much hotels, because when I go to a city I just want a place to sleep, but this place… I wont recommend. They have to improve.

Lived in this hotel for a week. Main advantage of the hotel location is very cheap shopping district of Dubai Барджумане. You can, of course, to go моллам (bargaining. Centers), but cheaper Барджумана no. Metro and so near, yet another station is being built near the hotel.
Non — Smoking is not a blind eye on trifles such as the absence of handles on the bedside table and so on. In-room refrigerator, air conditioning and TV (only Indian channels). It is generally Indian region: staff, kitchen, most of the residents of the hotel — all Indian, can consider that in India visited. No tea set in the room no.
