Nice staff. Affordable, Superb service and facilities.

Facilities a bit old. Noisy at the night club there is in the hotel.

Above average. 3 star hotel. Near Metro station, advisable for Indian tourists.

! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I stayed there for 6 days. The location of the hotel is very impressive. Everything is near by and the staff is very cooperative. Their hospitality is excellent. They preprare very delecious breakfast. Whenever I will visit Dubai again I will surely go for this hotel only. Amazing experience!

Ok ok hotel. Have had much better experience at a 3 star hotel in India. Was expecting better services. Strategically comfortable location ensures that I gave it a 3 star rating. Close proximity to metro and market ensures u utilise every minute of ur trip effectively.

HOTEL services and management is very nice, specially the morning breakfast which the HOTEL provides to their guests are tasty and the full of variety with their good services. I feel comfortable during the stay in this HOTEL. And if I would get the chance to visit the DUBAI city again, I would like to stay in this HOTEL again… My best wishes are for Regal PLAZA HOTEL.

Good. Have everything necessary here. The smoke smell s very suffocating and prominent. Location is very good.

Hotel Located is at Best Place. But it has very Smokey atmosphere. Hotel has In house Russian Club House so so much noise during Nights. Break Fast is below average. They arrange Breakfast in PUB which is not properly hygiene.

Nice location, stayed here for five days daily complimentary water bottles not providing, it is really surprising.

Worst feeling of all destination I travelled among 15 about hotels. Water is most necessary things which is given as comlimentry but we didn't get, wake up call also necessary, they didn't bother ither. No recomend to any other travellers stay there.

Location is very good… Its too much near from Al Fahidi metro station… Restaurants and Shopping shops availbale easily at walkable distance… But lobby area is small. Rooms are good but rooms comparitively small as compare to same category other hotel… Rooms are awsome. Bar is available in the hotel only…

A good place to catch up with someone or friends over a drink. The place is peacefull and the ambiance is good as well.

Jheng plays a vital role to the service which inlook forward for and it keeps me motivated to visit the place on every next opportunity… She is an asset to the management and hope she could be groomed to the next level of Customer Service and People Management. Waste only the servers better. I didnt gt my stuff carrot and cucumber Kalpaka bar waste management.

Good Rooms, but not good Staff…

The breakfast was good!. I didn't like the smoke hanging in the air because I'm a non — smoker. Staff are responsive.

This place is kind of in the centre and is the most recommended Check in for tourists as it has access to all attractions easily and there are good shops restaurants around that place especially Indian.

Good bar to go… service done by ladies too.

Awesome place and good services provided by them and the food from their hotwl services was just speechless.

Comfortable place to stay, but tied decorations. Excellent location next to metro. Highly recommend using the metro, easier, faster and cheaper than taxis!

The hotel is in the heart of the city with easy accessibility to all Public transport systems. There are couple of restaurants and a night club.

Hotel OK, a bit old, not too expensive thus not too fancy. Staff is friendly and helping, but they need to pay more attention to cleanness of the rooms (stains on the pillow, old bathroom with stains). Otherwise my bath towels were changed every day, my bed done every day, and I always had a nice greeting from the staff at the buffet for breakfast.

Hotel room is very good and spacious for business trips and food is also good serves Indian food as well also has discotheque a chick place front office reception staff is very bad both a lady and guy they don't know how to treat guest and made me wait for 20mins for nothing just because they where busy with on other guest.

Not a nice place to stay for business travelers. Very noisy place as the parties are on full night and rooms are not quite so it is difficult to sleep peacefully anytime of the day. Do not choose this hotel if you look for peaceful stay.

Hotel is within the city and pick up and drop and have good resturant and lobby. Manger and driver sunil is good enough to explain and drop. Food are hot and clean and have clock room. They arrange taxi.

The bar noises coming to my room I couldn't sleep.

Was here on 10th December 2015. Clean place. Very friendly staff. Good food. A bit crowded. All efforts were made to make guests comfortable. Thank you.

Quite disappointed! Old, dirty and poor quality. My suggestion: go somewhere else.

We have gone there from 3 jan to 9 jan so that's they are having there festival. So we get get facilities verry good but not exelent. The smell they use to sanitize rooms was not good. Bathrooms of the hotel are exelent. Swimming pool was small and bad. But the staffs are very good and LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC specially metro station AL FAIDI and Super market at the back was the main help from the hotel the buffet was amazing and the chef also. But they providing cattle in our room after a long time.

All way telling me no rout. Can you help please. Thanks.
