This hotel is offering an extravagant iftar … buffet… for the holy month of Ramadan… So we stepped into this hotel and the buffet barely looked like a buffet and nothing close what the picture they have posted on Cobone… It's very disappointing and really a bad choice on our part to be at this place to celebrate … I am not sure what's their objective in serving this kind of food.

Hotel services = 0 from 10 Hotel facilities = 2 from 10 Breakfast = 0 from 10 Staff = — 10 from 10 (Staff very aggressive and rude) Wi-Fi = 0 from 10 (Not working, If you complain there is no action) Location = 8 from 10 Price = 5 from 10 Front Desk = for check-in will take 30 minutes minimum. For checkout 20 minutes. For me it was an experience but I will never repeated again.

Convenient located with Asian and Indian restaurant. Hotel room are giod, but need the check the amenities which are provided. What is complimentary and what shall be on chargeable basis.

Bery bad experience at iftaar time. What ever they show on website, nothing is there. Even no taste. It's adventure but very bad experience. Recommended… don't go for dinner.

Good food which makes it… getting more than what you pay. I highly recommend it.

It has got 2 pubs in its vicinity. Slightly off located but a nice hotel.

Im really disapointed about the hospitality n service sooo bad! Specialy girl receptionist re not welcoming at all and disturb by calling for nothing early morning! I went out to my room n once I came bk they remooved everything from the mini bar! And they dont even put any toothbrush! I dont recommend this hotel at all!

Terrible, the first night clearly told the main station to inform the restaurant the next day breakfast needs to be packed, because the reason for the early plane, did not expect to be told the next morning do not know, my God! What kind of service?

May be the best by the Ramee Group with almost every cusine and other facilities under one roof at Tecom.

We visited "Sport Bar" with my friend on Wednesday. It was "happy hours" for a beer until 24:00 (27 aed. Only) and billiards tables were opened for a free games… Also during the evening we found out that every day after 24:00 o'clock they have "hotelier's night" and for all BAR drinks there is a 50% discount for hotels employees! So we enjoyed all promotions that night as we are working at the hotel with my friendI will recommend you to visit this place on Wednesday, specially if you are a hotelier!

I didn't know if I was staying in a BROTHEL or a hotel. During my stay in Dubai there was a huge exhibition taking place so I wanted something affordable and luxurious at the same time. Well my stay was everything but pleasant here. There was prostitution in front of the hotel (girls waiting), the people at the front desk accept money from guests to be able to lure girls and prostitutes in to their room. Everyone is loud and noisey because of the night club downstairs… The hotel itself was quite OK however I did not like my stay in this ratchet prostitution place …

Hotel have view so nice, staff is friendly but breakfast I think hotel should change or add more option although breakfast is buffet. The first time I come to Dubai and enjoy not bad in Ramee Rose hotel. Thanks a lot.

Good ambience. Great spread. Good place to hold a birthday bash or office party.

No frills hotel. The location is great.

Good location in Barsha Heights, small club and sportsbar downstairs but sound does not reach upper floors (10th floor anyways). Nice enough breakfast buffet, free fast internet.

Except for the view nothing in the hotel was worth living. There were Cockroachs in the room, poor lights, TV remotes weren't functional despite replacing, bathroom fixtures in bad shape. I would avoid in future.

Good breakfast, comfy bed. Nearby convenience stores. Kairali restaurant is good.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, tasty breakfasts, convenient recognition, recommend all to visit this hotel.

I regret to post this but hope this would be treated as a constructiconstructive learning curve. They very much lack basics as telephone etiquettes and hospitality. I never stayed there but the very first point of engagement warned me off. So not to be considered. Moreover shocked by the way the receiver in rock bottom picked up the call… OMG!

Kairali is an interesting kerala resturant Yes.

Good place for staying one or two night. Very nearby Dubai Internet City. Jumerah also very nearby. Metro station is very close.

Decent place with a multitude of restaurants. The overall upkeep & maintenance is rather poor. Could do with a complete makeover. Location is fantastic, though.

Actually the location of the hotel is good, it is clean however there were certain issues, like nobody cares about you even if you have a problem with your stay, they don't care about it, and they claim there are Dish TV there was nothing except for nonsense Arabic Channels.

Unfortunately I bought a packed deal to stay in this hell of a hotel "Ramee Rose Palace Hotel", I have been here for 3 days now: Poor service, no one cares about your complaints! I have emailed them, used social media and I am still waiting for them to get back to me. Dirty rooms, I have had to change rooms 3 times and the hotel facilities still don't work, Steam Room smells bad and does not work at all and three lights are missing (see the picture), Sauna does not work (see picture), swimming pool is as cold as a fridge (see the picture) and to top it up there was hair in the bath tab (see the picture). do not book your self here!

Value for the money. I like the breakfast food options. Quiet place and good room quality and amenities.

Had a chance to view the rooms in this hotel and this is my review. compare to other 4 star hotel, the rooms here are much better and highly recommended. Room interior is elegant and prestige, furniture are well maintained as well as the cleanliness of the room. I can say the room rate is low compare to others and it's really a good deal. Few selections of restaurants but have tried only Rauchi — I think it's asian-chinese/filipino cuisine. Apparently they served good food and the restaurant was full when we dined in. There were 2 receptionist at the desk, they were accommodating, smiling and are polite. We will come back and will recommend this hotel to our friends.

Service 0 Room 0! There is a smell and there is no duvet cover in the toilet the water does not work, very poor service! Order that do not have to wait for more than 1 hour! And I don't advise anyone to come here! No need to spend money on it!

Worst service ever! Checked in with my friend not being well around 3 in the morning after half an hour or more one guy comes in the middle of the night with a brown bag that he wants to remove the minibar! Told the guy that my friend is sleeping and he can not just come at this time to remove minibar when we already paid for the room! The guy started to be very rude and unprofessional! Wi-Fi not working and room service it takes forever until they deliver what you ask for! Never again.

You can't expect luxury at this price. Nice hotel with restaurant and night life options.

Good Kerali restaurant — affordable and foods are amazing!

Went to Rock Bottom. The atmosphere was great, with lots of people simply enjoying themselves and tearing up the dance floor. Was a good night.

Good place… Here you can find Indian restaurant and also there is a dance bar. There is a place to play pool and outdoor sitting is also available.

I was living there for one year. The stuff was friendly and the place was very comfortable. However the breakfast was the same througout the year.

Worst service and they don't know how to speak to customer. If we order any room service it will take at least 1 he to get… I will advice pls not to go…

It's clean, the food sucks, the beer in the sports bar and the Rock bar is just a horror in quality and the price of space. The hotel is clean and good.

Hotel needs improvements. Bathroom were licking, I saw cockroaches in my bathroom. Breakfast were awesome.

Had a great weekend stay with complimentary breakfast. Nice pool and jacuzzi in the roof to coo down in those 40 degree days.

The hotel is more suitable for those who want nightlife. The music from the nightclub on the 5th floor of audible practically on all other floors, including the 13th. Bedbugs, broken plumbing add visual recreation. Otherwise everything is OK. The Usual three.
