Nice facilities. My arrival to the hotel was horrible. Guest were checking in and departing, cars backed up trying to get into the hotel as cars were exiting from the rear of the hotel. Terrible. Made reservations through Agoda, only to find out the hotel holds 500 aed and they claim it takes a week to return the credit. Unacceptable, then states I can pay it in cash. Goodbyeee. I don't think I will return for that reason alone.

The staff made us feel so welcome at 3. Am, but that service didn’t stop there. Always helpful & enthusiasm shown to us was wonderful.

Had a great time at this hotel. Excellent staff. Loved the roof pool, steam room and gym. The Japanese buffet was really good.

The only impression I will keep of this place is of the disrespectful security staff. It feels as if they were briefed to act this way and if so then they perfectly completed the task. I guess they are not reminded that they are part of a Hotel where people search for quality of service unless they’re just really bad at it.

Great sports lounges! They have recently started discriminating against black and/or unaccompanied women. They pick out black women ask for Emirates ID or Passport. When presented with the latter they still ask for Visa Copy while the info they need is on the passport. When presented with Visa Copy they ask for a stamped one yet they can see the Passport has an E Gate sticker. Since you have women who solicit in your establishment work on that first and don’t discriminate.

Stayed here with my family for a month. I'm giving 5 stars especially for the incredibly friendly staff! Our apartment was nothing fancy but very comfortable. Great swimming pool (external) and gym. The restaurants are good, though overpriced like usual in this kind of hotel. The metro is a 5-10 minutes walk which is nice, but otherwise there's not much within walking distance.

Absolutely wonderful lazy vacation in Dubai. Everything is in the Hotel so if you're lazy and just want to chill, plenty of restaurants and bars and disco inside to choose from as well. Lovely spacious room and friendly staff. The only negative was the exhaust fan in our bathroom was kaputt but all in all we enjoyed are stay and we'll definitely come back again.

Superb hotel, great location, high standard of rooms, immaculately clean, friendly staff, great roof top pool with stunning views, food & restaurants outstanding. We are more than happy to recommend, it would be hard to beat this hotel.

I advise you not to neglect the buffet breakfast offered. There is a wide choice that will suit everyone.
Its location is ideal for getting to the Marina or Jumeirah.
There is a car service included for hotel guests.
The hotel is really lively with several bars and restaurants.
There is also a spa with a swimming pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi as well as a sauna and Hammam.
I really recommend this place.

We went to the Lucky Voice bar for karaoke, which was fun. Afterwards it turned out that the valet parking crashed our car into the door of another car. We wanted to get a receipt from the valet parking or the hotel saying their valet parking damaged our car and it would be fixed, and go on our way home. That was not possible, the hotel made it clear they did not care about us or any damaged cars by their valet company. We are now trying to solve it with Dubai police. Definitely not professional or something resembling 5* service.

Less five star than it should be. Rooms are OK and the gym is good. Pool is in the shade. Restaurant is a Chinese Buffet hardly premium. Breakfast is generous but basic. The staff are great though and couldn't do enough for me. Thanks guys.

Good hotel, located a 7min walk from the metro, the setting is nice, the staff very helpful, the breakfast is super super varied, it changes a part day after day, there are free shuttles made available by the hotel for different places, very Appreciable, I would recommend this hotel.

Spend part of the honeymoon in this hotel, the rooms are super large, super comfortable and luxurious. The area of the normal office, the breakfast if it was terrible. Taxi service very good. The lobby of the hotel beautiful and the staff very attentive.

Grand millennium is nice place to spend your holidays in Dubai. It's clean, affordable very near transportation and waiters are good we'll mannered. They have good food options and breakfast is really delicious and when you check out they hire you transportation like taxi and they open the doors of taxi and say goodbye in a happy mood. I think it's nice to satay in such a good environment.

Lock Stock and Barrel & the Crystal Bar have a great vibe. Ample space to spread out, including an extra/quieter upstairs level (both)

They take you free to different places in Dubai.

Great Hotel But the prices have risen a lot in the last two years.

Very nice person.
But the room before problems like for example the bathtub and sink completely butcher despite the intervention of a concierge. The lights were not working all… etc… Details that make that for a 5 *… it's average. But if not top overall. Close to Metro (approx. 800m)

Excellent hotel, clean, friendly, service is great, would love to stay here again with family. They have mini theatre and rooms are spacious. Only comment is they have a bar next to the lobby so the entrance has smoke smell.

This is a very nice hotel. They have a traditional bar area, an Irish Pub, and two club/bars in the hotel. There is usually a long line to get into the two club/bars as many local people come to the hotel to go there.

Hubby give lectures n he do a lot of work in the room. The desk chair was too low for his comfort when he sit to work on his computer. He cald reception to ask if it can be replaced. A staff said nothing can be done. So I suggested hubby to place a pillow to raise the height… tat was saturday. Today Roselyn came to clean my room n casualy I caution her when she wanted to take the pillow away… reason it was there in the first place… Tis is wat I really appreciate most when staff took the iniative to rectify the problem instantly even after I told her its ok as we were told earlier theres nothing they can do! Roselyn insisted. Inform her supervisor mr. Kamal and voila! he came with a proper chair in a jiffy.!
I know my husband will be vry please when he come back frm work… We would like to extend our great appreciation on the part of Roselyn n Mr. Kamal for gg out of their way in assuring tat our needs were met wth our interest at heart… Tyvm as my husband can do his work in comfort… n giving me a lovely memory to bring hme wth me…

Fine hotel with very nice apartment for long stays. Suited in a nice area that close to action. In the reception there is a good Lebanese restaurant and at night you can enjoy some drinks in Lock Stock and Barel.

Location — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Location wise it's easy to miss, however, navigating there with the GPS made life easy. Service — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff are friendly & welcoming. The response time is quick. However, the hotel was extremely busy at night, given the bars on location. It took a good 15+ minutes for us to get our car from the valet parking. Decor & Amenities — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A classic hotel design. Very elegant and clean though. The rooms toilet do not have "Shattaf".

This hotel has some great night spots. Lucky voice is the newest to their addition. Great vibe and great music. It has lock stock and barrel and then the good old Belgian beer cafe.

Features 3 bars. Lock and stock barrel is really nice. Competitive pricing. Nice ambience. Always full… even on weekdays. Up market crown. The hotel has 2 more pub /bar. Haven't visited those. But heard good reviews.

“A real five star hotel” Very very nice This is a real five star hotel All the bathroom consumables are from Aigner, soap, shampoo, tooth brush, etc… I couldn't resist taking the soaps with me The staff are great, the food is excellent. Location is prime for business. Only one thing happened which is no good, the TV system had some problems and kept disconnecting from network. Their maintenance guy did not manage to repair.

Very good price for 5 star hotel, they have all the services you need, comfy large room, good location if you are in a business trip for TECOM area.

This is probably on of the worst hotel you can get into, especially the reception staff. The majority, except for few, of the reception staff who simply treat you as they are doing you a favor, not a job they are paid to do. The service culture in this hotel needs a major overhaul and replacing all of the reception staff with their line management would be a good start. Not recommended at all.

I like it, great location, towards Jebel Ali, clean friendly service and facilities, I like the Belgium Cafe and the cigar lounge.

This is a very good hotel for business travellers as well as family, all facilities are very good, the room was very clean and neat, Gym is very organised, staff are very friendly and helpful, the only thing is that the swimming pool is not temperature controled, otherwise everything else is good, very much recommended.

I was in dubai for business trip and my company choose this hotel. It is a great hotel with all facilities.

I think just one & half month back. We went to there it is Nice pub with response from every staff. And also lighting is good.

Not bad, there's a lot better anyway.

The executive suites are very nice and the Belgian bar has a great selection of beers. There’s a good gym on the 18th floor that’s ok to keep ticking over, but no heavy stuff.

I have stayed here in executive suite. Very good service and facilities.

Very good experience, the staff is at the small care. The location is not top but the metro is nearby and taxis are available.
