Old non carpeted rooms with roaches, broken shower, too many wooden objects so not baby friendly. Uncontrollable air conditioning vents, slow housekeeping took 2 days to give water bottles. Parking on 4th floor guards think we are lying and showing fake hotel key lol. Long waits for lift etc.

The Day and Night restaurant hosts the seafood night every friday where you can hope to indulge in an absolutely ocean fresh platter of seafood. The theme night specializes in seafood boils which are given a special touch by their chefs’ unique blend of secret sauces. They serve excellent mouth-watering preparations of Starters, Main Course and seafood grills. Each item on the menu is carefully constructed to ensure a seamless blend of flavors that give a distinct taste experience.

Mercure apartment is home away from home. The apartment was amazing. The house keeping team headed by Amir is awesome. I particularly like Subham and Margaret as the are always cheerful and helpful, they obviously enjoy their job. Anga and Ali were also great. They never missed cleaning my apartment even when I asked them not to worry, they will return patiently wearing a smile to clean. They kept my apartment really clean and were ever ready to help. I liked the gym staff who always welcomed me with a smile and helped me out. I spent 23 days and enjoyed every day at mercure apartments. I will recommend mercure to friends and will stay there again if and when I visit Dubai.

Very nice hotel with great benefits: outdoor pool with magnificent views, fitness room, spa, valet, very spacious suite, king size bed of great comfort, the breakfast buffet is varied and international. I highly recommend this property.

Not really, the hotel room is ok not bad the staff in house keeping is they do good but except the receptionist and the restaurant as my experience and my bosses. As they let me to stay in this Hotel and they paid extra in credit just to having a good meal on their restaurant but everytime I have to go for my meal they keep telling me that I don't have credit and must pay via cash so I have to go again and again in receptionist just to ask and explain for many times again and again. What is the racist experience although I am a Filipina so yeah they have a bad experience although I'm still staying here until end of the month.

We had a wonderful stay here at Mercure Hotel Dubai. Staff are so friendly, hospitable, respectful and most of all honest. Being a hotelier, a Training Manager and worked in the country’s 5 star hotels. I set a higher bar looking at the Service Standard and my expectations are met. Every single details of our needs was taken into consideration by all the staff especially the Housekeeping named B. Ali, Saddam and Saru, ensuring that everything is set as per the standard are the supervisors Ferdinand and Ryan — Thank you Sirs!
In the midst of this Pandemic, looking at cleanliness and hygiene practices, we’re at home and we feel safe.

We stayed in this hotel with family for eight days and really impressed with their service. Two bedroom apartments are large enough for big families and furniture and other aminities are great. Concierge service and room service was realy very professional. I will must stay here in my next Dubai trip.

Second time in this hotel, first time everything was so amazing, but this year service is so bad, we don’t have microwave, kettle, we say workers to bring us, but nothing they bring us. In reception, they say us that 4 person they must give us 2 liters water, but until now we have only one liter water. We was here in New Year Thank you for understanding.

All there staff’s are very friendly especially Zayed and Goitom they are very accommodative Nd respective and they do there job to the best of there knowledge and fear of God.

Excellent property! Raza one of the best ever guy who was so help full and professional in his job by giving us a skyline view to made our holidays best. The hotel is located right next to the internet city metro station and that is the best part about it. The pics on the page doesn't do justice at all. Their is a Zoom supermarket just a two mins walk away to get groceries, snacks. Thr is also a salad bar and pizza counter too.

It's not bad but it's good base on my experience. Facilities quite big space enough for big family. The staff are friendly and nice like Kuya Menard and Mr life guard chamal. They are friendly and nice people here. I definitely will come back here again.

Very good hotel, had a little problem with checking in but overall very good, rooms are nice, pool is excellent, however TV need more non Arabic channel as there are like 68 channels with 60 of the being Arabic, 1 Indian and 1 Chinese.

I had the worst experience in dubai at this hotel. The room was not clean when I came in. They are taking deposits even if you remove the mini bar. Bad internet connection, They always call for no reason to wake you up for a food delivery you haven't ordered! This is nothing compares of what happened to me on one of the mornings. My reservation is with breakfast inclusive. And on that day I had a meeting and the driver was waiting outside so I have 10 min to take quick breakfast. The restaurant receptionist checked my name it wasn't listed so she asked someone to double check and I waited for 10 min after that she welcomed me in. I took a table, Filled my dish and boom! one of the employers asked me out because he believed and apparently everyone was there believed that I don't have breakfast under my reservation even after I showed him the booking confirmation. I was on hurry to catch my drive so I left angry and I didn't have the time even to debate.

Was very impressed with this hotel. we booked a 5 night package to Dubai from Brisbane as we have always wanted to go. The hotel was undergoing renovations so things were a bit crowded at reception but the staff were amazing and could not do enough for us! The Metro rail station was right at our back door and an amazing supermarket/deli/coffee shop across the road. It is well situated right in the middle of pretty much everywhere… The rooms were dated but very clean and spacious. We had a 1 bedroom apartment that had a full kitchen. The room service staff were very polite and eager to help with any requests. Breakfast was included and was amazing… the selection of food was outstanding including anything you wanted cooked. All at no extra charge! I would definitely stay here again if I get a chance to come back.

Great place to stay. The train rail is right outside the hotel and is connected to plenty of Major attractions and you get amazing views. The amenities are great, food is good, service is amazing, people are lovely. Etc. This place is a TOP choice for my return visit to Dubai.

It's a good budget hotel. The apartments are nice. But request a higher floor room as they have been recently rennovated. Check out process is a pain, but other than that, a very decent place.

We booked a room for 1 week and it is very pleasent stay with beautiful view from balcony.
Everything is accessible on the location specially a departmental store in the premises, a relaxing swimming pool and jecuzi. Customer service is awesome from vallet parking service, reservation staff to household staff, Specially our care keeper Ms Syeda Tabassum (nickname Shadkun) with cooperative and remarkable service provided by her, and her instant guidence about the services we can avail.

Very nice place, big suites with all facilities, bedroom, full kitchen, laundry room and living room. Very good food. Nice stuff. Daily house keeping service included. Good fitness center with sauna, steam and swimming pool. Just next to the metro station. The whole experience was great.

One star is too much for this place. Today my bed was broken early in the morning. They were humering and instructing at 7am and I could not sleep well. On weekends you should forget breakfast because you have to wait in the que for long time. We paid for it but did not had. Tv dose not work well. Room service and clean up is not good. It is not recommebded to stay in.

Is there any 0-star or negative rating here? This is the first time we were pushed away in a hotel coffee shop. We often visit Café social but this time we were told by the security that the premises are only for hotel guess (AND YES, IN A VERY RUDE WAY). (Went to the other side) So told the restaurant manager in Mercure and guess what? He’s similarly rude Don’t expect me to calm down with the situation and go inside to please him to give us an entry. Please come and visit here if you wanna see some BUNCH OF ARROGANT STAFF.

Great Hotel with beautiful, large rooms, very decent and quality finish. From the essential advantages-from the hotel to the Metro less than 50m, also to the hotel convenient to get by taxi (Uber) and some attractions within walking distance. Wi-Fi in the room is free, breakfasts-depends on the option You take.

A nice city-style hotel. Convenient location, 2 minutes to the subway. Nearby are minimarkets. Polite staff. There is someone who speaks Russian language. Cleaned every day, always clean. It's one of the best hotels in Dubai. Not less than 5 star hotel. Service is excellent. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of varieties. Metro station is just in front of the hotel. Swimming pool is excellent and big enough. Only negative point is that no more options for restaurants nearby. Best hotel for families.

Nice Hotel but is getting on in years. Facilities in the room very well. Kitchen, 2x TV, bathtub, hair dryer, Desk. Equipment unfortunately not my case. Staff all very nice and accommodating. For Breakfast there is a large offer. The Metro way is not a 100m. The Pool is small but functional.

This hotel caters to both Business and Leisure Visitors. I stayed here for 8 weeks from 31st July 2016. I stayed in a variety of themed 1 bedroom suites in this all suite hotel. My favourite was 3803 with a Burj Al Arab View (side view) on a high floor with next to no road noise. I made the mistake of booking in 2 week and 3 week consecutive stints. However, if you book for 31 nights or more, you are given a suite in the first 8 floors which includes a full kitchen suite of electric stove and electric fan oven. Floors 9 to 38 are suites without an electric stove and electric fan oven. Every 1 or 2 bedroom suite is very large for Dubai with a balcony, lounge with sofa, working desk, dining table, large cupboard, chest of drawers. Each room has a Samsung Washing Machine with Built in Tumble Dryer — its very good. The kitchen has a large fridge and a microwave with grill function too. This hotel does not have a bar so does not serve alcohol in any of its restaurants. The gym is very good as is the steam room and sauna as well as the swimming pool. The breakfast is very diverse and the staff from door staff, security, front desk, breakfast service management — friendly, polite and genuine. Very highly recommend and deserved of its 4 stars.

I wish I can give this hotel 0 starts. The worst ever from all perspectives. They only care about money. Not recommended to anybody.

Nice hotel rooms, with 40 storeys. We were lucky and had a room in the 38. Floor. We had a wonderful view with the best weather. Breakfast was also really great and offers something for everyone, no matter whether fresh fruit, cereal or hot food. There is even a proper filter coffee with milk, which tastes even according to the German coffee. 1 deduction, because the need to Lie by the Pool or The requirements of something more than basic cleaning, and there were initial problems with the deliverer, this could have been more easily solved. But otherwise, it is 4stars value because the price/performance ratio fits, and the location is also good, because there is no 100Meter is more of a metro station. As a small tip: We were almost always on the "Uber" Taxi App on-the-go, since the goods in comparison with something cheaper. As the "real taxes" and much cheaper than the other "private taxis" without the Meter. ;-)

I lived in Gloria for about a year. The furniture is just way too old and broken and smell horrible. The apartment is just too dark and the locks on the door are beat up, the hallways stink and are not safe and the short-term reception staff are extremely racist and rude. This is NOT acceptable by any means especially in Dubai, a city that is multicultural. Something NEEDS to be done as I am not the only one that suffered from racial discrimination My parents and my friends also stayed there for a while and both had negative experiences with the SHORT-TERM reception staff. Very rude, please do something about it.

Huge, spacious and stylish apartments with incredible views of Sheikh Sayed Road and the palm. I recommend going on 40th floor to visit the lounge. Food is amazing in all restaurants based in the hotel. Non-alcoholic hotel.

In June 2015, we were here in the hotel. Only on the 28th floor then on the 34th floor. The views terrific. The apartments beautiful and mega big. Everything clean and well kept. We could use the swimming pool from the opposite Hotel Gloria, because our renovated. We had booked with breakfast only. Good selection with cold and warm dishes, Antipasto, fruit, juices, cake everything what you need. Optimal situation next to the Metro station, from here you can discover the city. The Metro is very cheap. The hotel is slightly more expensive than the around the corner supermarket.

The rooms were very nice. The reception very friendly and offered help when I needed it. The Turkish restaurant inside was very good. The metro station very convenient.

A remarkable hotel, we were staying in apartment 1105, Irene is the one who welcomed our stay for one week and she was very professional, bubbly and made us feel like home she was always available to help in addition to the staff members we met the next day, everybody at the hotel was very generous and made our stay at ease and very comfortable, I highly recomment stay at this hotel for all purpose, as we went with a group of people some of us where there for business and others for leisure and we were all very satisfied and the excellent service was well noticed.

I am very pleased to have been a guest at Yassat Gloria from 13th April to 22nd April with my family. My family room number was 3723, my son’s family room number was 3721 and my daughter’s family room was 3702. I cannot name everyone at Yassat Gloria who, all tries their best with all cooperation as possible. We changed our rooms from 17th floor to 37th without any hassle from the reception staff and further assistance from Ambreen. Room cleaning services, especially from Sherelen who did it with efficiency and care with a smile greetings. She is hard working and an asset to this place giving it a good name. Staff at breakfast desk Myra and nice blond lady (I think her name was Beeti or something, apologies for not getting it right) hard working, very caring for preparing a table for 14 of us as soon as the saw any member of my family without fail, and serving tea or coffee as required. Thanking Staff at cooking position making sure they provided all the required food, filling as they emptied. Great services at Concierge Desk, very helpful in all enquires. Great services of hard working staff at the entrance of the hotel, opening doors of the arrival and departures, with courtesy and smile. Rest of the staff also need mentioning, at the lift entrances and anywhere we met in the hotel always giving greetings with a smile. Congratulations to the Yassat’s Gloria Management team who trained the staff in a way that I am praising them.

Despite being on the edge of Internet City, this hotel had the worst Wi-Fi that I've ever encountered. During peak periods don't expect to get connected at all, and when you do, you'll be treated to a whopping 0.2mbit a second. If you rely on Wi-Fi, do not pick this hotel. This is a shame because the hotel and it's staff are really friendly, the accommodation is very comfortable (and the AC works! ) and the facilities are otherwise fantastic.

On 04.11.2015 I'm back home after I could a couple of days in Dubai. The Gloria Hotel is highly recommended and I am pleased to have this Hotel selected. The Central location in the Dubai Internet City is very good, metro station right outside the front door. The suites are very spacious and well equipped. There is even a washing machine and a bathroom scale that is available is missing at nothing. My daily weight control was satisfactory. I had booked half Board and the taste, the variety of choices and the food presentation are excellent. Amazing that the weight was in control. The view of the street on the busy Sheikh Zayed Road from the 22. Floor is worth seeing. Due to the good sound insulation of a restful sleep but nothing in the way. The entire hotel staff is very courteous, attentive and helpful. I give the Gloria Hotel five star. Certainly I will not forget this stay in the beautiful city, hotel as soon. If you are planning a stay in Dubai, Gloria Hotel is highly recommended.

Was in business for about 9days, it has great subway connection but the room on the top floors were very noise with some sort of construction noise everytime when either next door or upstair flush the toilet or something. Complained to the staff but there was not much help. The bathtub was small and showed signs of fungus and not very clean. Some of the furnitures were old and falling apart (like handle). The main desk chair was old and tilted to one side and difficult to sit long. The internet connect was really bad at the beginning and complained and they fixed it and was o. K but not very stable. The pool was o. K but not much of extraordinary view nor location. The breakfast was good with variety of options. The elevator was so slow and with busy traffic and everytime it took really long time to get to 38th floor. Lastly they charged deposits in my credit card, but after check out it takes more than 2 weeks to get the refund and until then I can not claim any expense claim without the final credit card bill to show the actual expense.! Overall was not very pleased with the hotel. Would not stay again.

The poor brother of the hotel across SZR. Good but the swimming pool has almost no sun exposure and is tiny.

Its a really great place. And the view is just AMAZING. The view of Sheikh Zayed road, the marina apartments and the Dubai Twin Towers. All in all its a great hotel with great facilities and staff.

I am satisfied with all conditions. The staff is nice, really Russian badly know or at all don't know, a little language problems, but from the situation you can find a way out. We have stayed in, everything is there:washing machine, gas stove, microwave, etc to cook if you wish. Preferably water from the tap is not drinking, but for tea you can use.

The staff is extremely attentive and high quality rooms. That Yes, walk a bit scarce Wi-Fi: to access internet from the room you have to pay separately for this service. Once paid, you have to call from the room so they give you a code, for which there is to wait for you return you the call a few minutes later. Once activated, you can not have it anywhere in the room (only in the bedroom in my case) and occasionally gives access errors. Other than that, highly recommended. The pool is worth a visit.
