Nice place to stay and club area is also very nice.

When I’m staying in Dubai for work or training, Time Oak is always my preferred place to sleep. Friendly service, nice breakfast. I had to work on my 50th birthday, my wife arranged a small surprise from The Netherlands. The staff from Time Oak were so friendly too decorate my room, thank you very much for that. Thumbs up for your hospitality 👍👍👍👍👍

Great Hotel to Check-In. High Standards, Best Customer Service.

It is my second time here. We love the breakfast at Pranzo Eatery and the bbq lunch by the pool. My husband and kids (1, 5 and 11 yrs old) always enjoyed their weekend here. Food is freshly made, staff’s are friendly and helpful and very clean. Thanks to Melanie for always welcoming us. I highly recommended the hotel especially the Pranzo to one of the well known facebook group accounts in dubai and they all love it. Looking forward to come back with family and even friends in the future. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

I highly recommend time oak hotels, definitely ill choose to stayed again for my next visit to Dubai. Coffee on breakfast was absolutely my favorite every morning. Spent 9 nights and I wish I could stayed longer. Quality food and decent ambience. Their deals are amazing for anyone visiting Dubai to find a proper dine out. Experienced a wonderful time with friends. Perfect place to celebrate my 30th birthday, Staff is very friendly and sweet! Specially janine! 😉

Very nice hotel … celebrated my birthday here with cute and tasty cake pressed to me by the hotel as a surprise in the room.
Staff is very helpful and doing their job at the highest professional level, specially Ms. Sheely at the front desk, she is very organized and attentive to all questions.
Sure will return here again, we simply could not leave.

The place is fab and the people working there especially the people assisting in the pool area are really accomodating.

I visited with my family and it was a great pleasure to visit such a great hotel where everything is provided under one roof. This hotel has everything what a family on visit can expect of. Amazing staff with a nice friendly behavior. Food was delicious and service was on time. This place is worth visiting whosoever want to come to Dubai for an overall amazing experience.

It's a good hotel. They do not have much options for vegetarians though. I faced problem with all three meals here.

Stayed here for 4 nights on my way home from Zimbabwe. Excellent price! The king size bed was so comfortable, huge pillows, lovely pool (although would have liked it open before 10am), they brought me as many bottles of water as I needed, Wi-Fi was only ok, but overall a refreshing and easy stay in Dubai.

Nice hotel. Rested from 30 March to 6th April 2018, with his wife and son 4, 5 years. The room was very clean. Large balcony. The room was clean. Any request is made by the staff within five minutes. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Good atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. Cozy atmosphere in the pool area.

Nice place for living but too much expensive because I was there on valentine night and they increase the rate for room because of valentine night and I can't book another one they are know about that. Well anyway the place is nice but the price is too much high. If you want live there you must have all money in your pocket.

Very nice overall stay of 6 weeks at this hotel. Rooms regularly cleaned and fresh towels provided. Decent restaurant downstairs. Food delivery from out side venues needs to be collected from the car park but that’s understandable. Would recommend if working in Tecom.

Excellent. The apart are as big and comfortable as a condo. You can make your own breakfasts or lunches or choose the rest.

The stuff are frindly and welcoming you any time. The Rooms are spacious the necessary facilities are available, you will find all you need in the hotel, and it is suitable for long stay because of the big refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen. We recently visited Dubai from Australia over the Christmas and New Year and stayed at the hotel. We were a family of 6, so we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment which had a lot of rooms, an a bonus 4th bedroom. During the New Year celebrations, we could see all the fireworks from the balcony, that took place in the major attractions. We felt very at home, because all the staffs were very professional and loving. The buffet was amazing, it had a lot of choices for all ages. The rooms were cleaned everyday. My oldest son loved the gym and the sauna. The children can't wait to be back and we'll definitely stay in this hotel again, on our next visit, which will be very soon. The pool is good, because its for all ages and there is always a life guard that is very alert and dedicated. There is an grocery shop, that has everything you can think of, that will be useful when cooking in the room, our just heating something up in the microwave. I can go on and on… good job all of you and thanks for making our stay beautiful.

Wonderful hotel and suites. The rooms are very spacious and the amenities are amazing. Fully functional gym and a play place for the whole family to relax and cool off. We had a really good time here so I can say it is definitely a place to visit again and again. The staff are so professional and warm as they make you feel at home and welcome in Dubai. The food is also very tasty — eat breakfast like a king and order lunch and dinner that will make you ask for more. If you are looking for a time away from the rat race and the hustle, Dubai is the place and Time Oak is your home away from home. Enjoy.

I didn't like it. There is not hot water in the shower. You need to switch a water heater on before having your shower and you need to wait a lot until the water is heaten.

Nice hotel with almost all facilities. From gym, pool to mini shopping bar. Nicely designed rooms are very comfy and the balcony view (if you get a rear side room) is a treat to your eyes, especially if u like high rise buildings. Other key point is regarding breakfast — lot of options there to make sure you are get all full and charged up for the day. Enjoy!

This upmarket hotel in a contemporary building is 7 km from snowboarding at Ski Dubai and 9 km from shopping at the Mall of the Emirates. Modern rooms with balconies and city views offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, plus minibars, iPod docks, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Suites add kitchens, laundry facilities and living areas, and upgraded suites have extra TVs. Room service is available 24/7. Amenities include a colorful cafe and a poolside snack bar, and a modern restaurant offers a terrace with shisha pipes. There's also a 24-hour gym, a hot tub and an outdoor pool with a sundeck, plus a kids' play area and a spa.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The check-in took long time about 15 min, but it worth the cheap price. There is free car parking in the basement. My son liked the outdoor and indoor kids playground. The swimming pool is good and there is kids pool and jacuzzi. I tried also the steam room. I liked the room its look new, but the prices of the hotel restaurant are expensive.

For the money I paid, this is perfect. Good service and close to metro.

Good food. Quite environment and excellent location.

We took 2 rooms for one night before the Dubai Jazz Fest, and for the price ($83.00 for a king room with balcony) I can't complain too much — I mean, under 200 for a nice enough hotel in the city center, pretty good deal. The 3 stars is for failing to ask if we wanted smoking or non-smoking, then putting is in 2 smoking rooms that were really stinky when we walked in. Bathrooms could be cleaner as well. Also, note this is a 'dry' hotel, so no bar. Not a huge deal, but really wanted a cocktail before the show!

This hotel is in good area such as easy access to the Metro and taxi easy to find. On other hand we do like is the hospitality and they are many restaurant near by. The only problem for us was the breakfast. There were not much choices everyday, basically it's just standard breakfast for good hotel, luckily we found a Chinese rest near there so it's balance.

Normally stay at Rotana hotels when on business in Dubai. Time hotel seems ok so far. Deluxe rooms getting a bit old though in design and services level is normal.

Stayed here for a night in Dubai with a group of friends. Check-in was slow, standard room is large with a separate smoking area. The bed was soooo comfortable. Also, location is not far from the marina and taxis are always available outside the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again.

Spacious rooms, has every silverware you need to cook, quite area and very kind service.

I didn't like the hotel when we arrived even we have reservation they give us 1 room instead of 2 and even it's one room we have to wait more than 45 min to get our room.

This is a hotel/apartment which offers comfortable apartment suites with the type of service you would expect from a hotel. The suites tend to contain a separate bedroom and bathroom, a living room and and w. C. And a small but functional enough kitchen. For those who are using the Time Oak for a long stay you'll find the kitchen facilities to be lacking some basics, such as a microwave and toaster. Cutlery and crockery are limited to four of each item but that is usually enough. There is no dishwasher which although is not a major inconvenience if you are by yourself, is still a disappointment. Servicing of the apartment is limited to three times a week. The housekeeping is adequate but falls shorts of the care you'd get at higher end hotel suites. The restaurant is attractive and the food is decent but you will be VERY DISAPPOINTED if you are looking for a glass of wine to accompany your meal, This is a "dry" hotel — no alcohol is served here. A word of warning — when you check in the hotel demands payment up front. This can be a shock to the cash-flow, especially if you are staying for a longer term. However, you can usually negotiate something around this. The pool is nice enough with plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. However the gym is a little small for such a large building. Despite the minor disappointments the Time Oak provides reasonable value for the market involved.
